Dr. Benjamin T Po, Jr. graduated from Texas A&M University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1985. He practiced as a general dentist in Houston until 1991, and then in the United States Navy for 6 years as a military officer and general dentist to the armed forces.

Conscious Sedation is recommended for apprehensive children, very young children, and children with special needs. It is used to calm your child and to reduce the anxiety or discomfort associated with dental treatments. Dr. Po and his staff are phenomenal. Before arriving my daughter was nervous about her first cavity. After getting in to the office she was quickly put at ease. She was cold and they had blankets on stand by. She also really loved the Disney movie playing on the tv in the room. It was a great experience for both of us. I highly recommend Pediatric Dentist of Katy.

Love this place! Highly recommend! The staff is always very friendly and comforting the kids. Dr. Po is so kind and funny. His sense of humor is really helping kids feeling comfortable and visits are just a pleasure. He is our pediatric dentist for 4 years already and I don't think we will go to another place anytime soon!

We just love Dr. Po and his staff. We have been coming here for years and always feel like family. Dr. Po does an excellent job of engaging with the kids in a way that they can relate to. Any dental work that needs to be performed is done with care. He is great at multitasking by explaining to the child everything that he is doing every step of the way while he is performing the work. I highly recommend him to ALL of my friends that have children!

Dr Po and his team are wonderful. My kids have been their patient since 2014. One of my kid has autism, He has sensory issue and just hate if somebody touch his mouth. We went from the time when I needed to restain my child in the dental chair for dental cleaning to recently a child that need lots of break during dental cleaning. He is one of the difficult patient to be honest. Dr Po and his team are firm and patient with my kids over the years.

I live in Sugar Land but a family member recommended seeing Dr. Po and I am so glad we came. The staff at Pediatric Dentist of Katy are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure kids feel comfortable. The entire office is wonderfully decorated to make it feel like a fun and happy place. If your child likes Disney they will love it here! During our visit in October they handed out fun goodie bags and the staff even dressed up.
To top it off they wheeled my daughter out after her sedation in a wheel chair decorated like Cinderella's carriage. My daughter was so excited and continued to talk about the visit and her goodie bag days later. The dentist, Dr. Po, was so honest and straightforward. He took the time to explain what procedures were necessary and why. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much to everyone at Pediatric Dentist of Katy!
