Great dentist and staff! Dr Vasquez did an amazing job taking care of me and his team made me feel really comfortable throughout my multiple visits. This office is reasonably priced and you can tell they take pride in their work/ care about patients. I would recommend checking them out if you are looking for a reliable Dentist.

Dr. Vasquez is the BEST Dentist you will find, I have been with him for 27 years, he has state of the art equipment, he is gentle and always calms me before any procedure as I get anxious when it comes to dental work, even when he numbs you., you can't feel it! He also has a great staff, wonderful family and Rosa will help you with appointments, insurance etc. and is always pleasant I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Vasquez, he goes above and beyond! Don't go anywhere else!

After unfortunately getting way to rowdy with my friends over the weekend I ended up with one less tooth than I started the night with. His team took amazing care of me and were able to make me look like nothing had happened. I've received more compliments than ever about how great my teeth and smile look. I'll think twice next time I come in contact with a glass bottle in a public place but I won't think twice about returning to Dr Vasquez, his assistant Daniel, and his amazing practice

First off, I appreciated that after my last less-than-stellar review I was promptly contacted by Dr. Vasquez's office manager (and lovely wife) Lulu, who got me a slightly earlier appointment with Dr Vasquez to put in the crown I needed. Turns out there was a genuine family emergency that had messed up his schedule, so I was impressed he came in on his normal day off to catch up with patients like myself who had acute issues that couldn't wait.

Although I do have to go back to have my permanent crown installed (usually they can handle that in a single visit), I'm not going to knock my rating down because it was a genuine technical issue with the oven that "bakes" the permanent crown. As soon as Dr Vasquez noticed the issue he promptly had his Cerac machine print out a quick temporary crown that didn't need the "baking" process so I could get going and pick my kids up from school on time (even though the temporary crown feels no different & just as durable as the final product.) In short, I remain impressed by the cutting-edge technology Dr Vasquez has invested in to create the best experience & results for his patients, and still consider him the best dentist I've ever been to.

I've had 2 appointments with them. They were late to start both times, which I do understand happens so that's not a big deal by itself. The second time I waited an hour before the Dr saw me and then they weren't able to do the cleaning I came in for, just the X-rays and exam. I ended up spending over an hour and a half just to get X-rays and a 5min exam.

The cleaning was the main thing I came in for but they just cancelled that on me (btw, if a customer cancels on them they charge you but they can just cancel services on you without warning.) As I was leaving we tried to reschedule the cleaning and they only had 1 spot open over the next 2 months! Since I had a meeting during that one spot they wouldn't be able to see me again for 2 months. My time was wasted. I got home and made an appointment with another office for the very next day.

Hands down Dr. Vasquez is the BEST dentist! Hes been my dental doctor since i was a child and I would not trade it. I have horrible dental anxiety and Dr. Vasquez always makes me feel safe and relaxed. His office staff is amaizing and super friendly! I love it! Definitely RECCOMEND!

If you're looking for THE BEST, LOOK NO FURTHER! Not only is Dr. Vasquez a highly capable and efficient dentist in anything from cosmetic to general dentistry, but he is also a caring, engaging and overall awesome dude! I love that he's a perfectionist and will always work to make any service done right! You just don't see that anymore! Been going to him for about 15 years and there is just no one BETTER! You da' man, Doc! Thank you for giving me a new reason to smile! Please don't retire soon!

Back in 2012, this place was great, but not anymore. They are jeopardizing customer care versus money. I went in for a regular cleaning after two years of not being able to get one with my dentist. I guess if you're not getting any major work done you are not taken seriously. I got some X-Rays, cleaning, and the dentist diagnosis for 150 dollars. I am disappointed about my cleaning; the only reason I was there.

I'm in the military and military hygienist are not the most gentle with cleanings, but the person who cleaned my teeth at Daniel Vasquez DDS was definitely not gentle at all. She scrubbed my gums and rushed everything. The X-rays took longer than the actual cleaning. I was too honest to tell them I was there only for a cleaning and they knew I wasn't coming back so why bother, right? Not worth it.

This place is extremely clean. Jackeline is awesome, she's friendly and makes you feel welcomed, very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Dr. Vasquez knowledge and experience is beyond incredible. By far this is the best dental place you will find In Oceanside.

I've been taking my son here for years and we both love this place. Highly recommend.

If you search for a Denti-cal dentist, Dr. Vasquez's name appears. And you think, "whoa, this guy has great reviews for a Denti-Cal dentist!" and so you make an appointment. If this is you, stop. Don't do it. Dr. Vasquez is a Denti-Cal Dentist in name only. He'll give you x-rays and then tell you you're on your own. His office will then tell you to go to a dentist in San Marcos where your treatment will be low or no cost, but if you go through him the dental work you need will be 3k.

But here's the thing: the other dentist's office they tell you to go to is just a regular dentists office, like Dr. Vasquez's, so why is this other office allegedly so much cheaper? I'm sure Dr. Vasquez is fine, I guess, for the wealthy or well-insured. If you're neither, save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

Amazing dental hygiene Tara is amazing! Dr. Vasquez is very knowledgeable, the staff is very kind and work hard to get you where you need to be with dental health and outcome for perfection! I love it here and highly recommend this place! Rosa is very knowledgeable and Allie the office manager works hard to get your treatment plans going and will work with you throughout any money inquiries you may have. I just feel like home every time I'm here!

Switched from Dentist I had in Torrance, CA to Dr. Vasquez here in Oceanside, CA where I live now. About a month ago went for a cleaning and a reschedule for a composite resin coating to a upper rear tooth. I was a bit worried about what goes into a resin composite sitting there in my mouth. Dr. Vasquez convinced me not to worry. It was done fast and hopefully resins are not leaking into my body! Receptionists Rosa and Adriana at front desk are very friendly giving me a good reason to return for my next cleaning in about six months. Thanks

Lucy was a outstanding hygienist because she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very kind and sweet and she always had a smile on her face. Tera was also very wonderful she was very nice and funny. While she was cleaning my teeth she was very gentle I felt very calm and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vasquez's office to friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Vasquez since my very first cleaning as a child. Best of the best! I have relocated a couple of times where even then I would still commute the 1hr or 2 to get any cleanings or treatments done! His staff is amazing! The Rosie's in the front always greet you with a smile. Lucy is so descriptive and gentle when doing your cleanings really friendly Hilda, Sonia and Priscilla are great always really careful and professional when helping Dr Vasquez. Overall I highly recommend this place to family and friends!

From the front desk to financing, from dental hygienist to dental assistant to dentist. I am so happy with this office. I've been coming here for a few years and have recommended this office to my adult children, who also come here for dental services. Anna, at the front desk, really knows her job and works to find the best day and time for your appointment.

The hygienist, Tera, takes her time, explaining to you along the way. She is SUPER friendly. Allie, the finance person, exclaims all your options for treatment and how to cover the cost - insurance and credit. The dental assistants are so friendly and really make sure you're comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Vasquez, seems to be a leader in the field and uses technologyto make everything quick and easy. No one really likes going to the dentist. but this office is the best dental office I've ever been to.

I discovered Dr. Vasquez over 10 years ago when looking for a dentist for my daughter. He was the only one I found who had the confidence to do a procedure for her without an anesthesiologist and therefore saved me a lot of money. Also his investment in technology was unlike anything I had ever seen. Since then I have been back many times and have had great service. Today, beyond all expectations, he took care of a problem with a crown that was two years old.

I am in no way sure that he was responsible and I expected to pay, but he insisted on taking care of it and I am very grateful. Also, I am impressed with his hygienist Lucy. It is rare to find someone with her passion for her job and appreciate all the tips she gave me and the extra mile she went. Great office, great people!

Not the same business I used to go to. It once was a fun inviting environment but has dropped in the last few years. It started with the two employees at the front desk arguing about a second insurance and benefits for a customer so I could hear. Bad sign of what was to come. I was once able to get my appointment knocked out in one shot, not anymore they want you to do exams, cleanings and anything else on other days.

They don't have much availability so they booked me for a Friday and Tuesday. They canceled me Friday the day before, I was okay with it. I call because I can't comedy Tuesday because of work. Now there's a problem. They were very comfy able making me come multiple days, changing my appointment but I need to cancel is where they draw the line. 50 bucks later I'm moving on, they lost their ability to take care of their patients and lost my wife's and my business

Came in to get my teeth cleaned by Sharon today. My first time back in about 4 years and still the same friendly, informative and professional staff. I was very hesitant and nervous about coming back to the dentist and Sharon made me feel comfortable! Great experience today!

Originally I made an appointment here because I read the great reviews about Dr. Vasquez. Another dentist worked on me for my appt, even though I came for Dr. Vasquez. He did a great job numbing me which is typically a difficult part for me. I had more work to get done and stopped by to ask about the discrepancy between what my insurance says vs their estimate of what l would pay for some future work I need.

They said their financial person was busy and they'd have her call me. She never did. Months later I call back and ask the same, oh shes at lunch we will have her call you. Never received a call back. So I guess I'll find a new dentist.

During my recent dental check-up, Tera performed the hygiene work. She was thorough, gentle, and un-rushed, which made the process very relaxing for me. For any upcoming hygiene work, I will look no further than Tera with Dr. Vasquez.

I have been going to this dentist for the past 7 years. Dr. Vasquez is great, but after yesterday's appointment it looks like I won't be coming here again. I have been going somewhere else for my orthodontist because getting orthodontic work with Dr. Vasquez is very pricy. I was scheduled for a cleaning and the hygienist at Dr. Vasquez told me I would need my wires off so they can take better x-rays for my teeth.

I had my cleaning and was told that I needed a filling for a cavity. I was not told that I had to keep my wires off for the filling and the receptionist said I can come back at 1:30pm. I go to my orthodontist to have my wires put back on and then go back to Dr. Vasquez for the filling. When I got back to Dr. Vasquez I was told that I needed the wires off.

This was when they should of told me before. The doctor asked how long it would take me to go to the orthodontist so I can get the wire off because she couldn't do the filling with the wire on. This was a hassle for me because it was driving back and fourth. I called my orthodontist and they said they would do the filling instead. When I went with my orthodontist, she did a couple of x-rays on the tooth that needed the filling just to double check.

Guess what? Their was no cavity! The point is that Dr. Vasquez charged me for something that was not necessary at all and they wanted the money. This made me upset. I called the office for a refund and the receptionist sounded rude. I won't be coming here again.

Dr. Vasquez has a confident and calming "bedside" manner and explains your options clearly. He is really at the top of his game with crowns, I've had 4 drs place crowns for me and it is not a fun way to spend the afternoon! Crown from FLA dr. needed multiple adjustments (which can be normal), LA dr: took 4 hours and multiple shots to install and then the crown broke within a month!

Another dr. was fine but used the old technology. The ones from Dr. Vasquez are faster, less painful and reasonably priced. He trains drs all over the world on the new same day crown technology. Both hygienists do an excellent job. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Office is clean and comfortable with the latest technology. They even offer a payment plan if you need a lot of expensive work. What more can you ask from the dentist? I live in LA and drive 90 miles to the office and feel its worth it.
