Personnel is courteous and well trained. The atmosphere of the office is calming/relaxing. Appointment times are adhered to barring any emergencies. I am comfortable with my treatments and the fact that procedures are explained prior to commencement. I've never been disappointed with the care I have received over the years from this team of professionals.

East Taylor Dental has always exhibited exceptional customer service until recently. Mindy has no regard for the patients and is a detriment to the practice. During my recent encounter with Mindy, it was clear professionalism was not something she prides herself on. I had to repeat the same thing over and over again. However, she only listened to respond instead of listening to understand. The staff is a reflection of the practice and it is apparent that some changes need to be made.

This was my first visit with East Taylor Dental Associates. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the care and attention they provided me. The Doctors and entire staff conducted themselves in a professional manner and exhibited genuine care and concern for my dental needs. Dr. Horner and his assistant are very thourough and patient. They explained my plan of care to where I had a complete understanding of the process. I highly recommend anyone that requires dental services to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.
