The whole team is super kind ! I have severe dental anxiety and everyone is super supportive. After 3 visits with this team I am starting to kick my fear. They are awesome !

Dr. Lynch very knowledgeable and I trust his judgement. He and all staff very professional, personable and helpful. I never feel rushed by anyone in the office. Makes me feel like I am their only patient.

My entire dental appointment was exceptional! Every person on the staff I met with, from the receptionist, the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist, was personable and extremely professional. I felt completely at ease and welcomed.

The staff and Dr. Darnell were amazing! My anxieties disappeared after talking with them. The staff treated me above and beyond anyone's expectations. They will work with you financially, and plan a dental care according to your needs, and affordability.

Staff is super friendly even first thing in the morning, also super informative, open about situations, and honest/upfront about what's going on. They even took to time to break down and explain step by step my appointment! Super helpful and comforting can't wait for my next appointment.

Always a good - my hygienist Kim is awesome, always makes the process pleasant. Dr. Mater performed my exam and was excellent. He recommended a cosmetic adjustment which he preformed immediately and did a great job.

There is a positive, vibrant vibe and everyone is so nice! The first time I went I was a little nervous (as a lot of people may be) but everyone (including doctors and hygienists that weren't taking care of me) said hello when walking through the hallway and greeted me with a smile. I've had nothing but positive experiences there, and for a dentists' office that says a lot. I highly recommend Michiana Smiles to anyone who loathes the dentist because they will treat you graciously with no judgement. 10/10 would highly recommend!

The office staff were very friendly and helpful. And the dentist was professional, kind, and explained everything as we went along. All in all my experience was much better than I expected!

My appointment today was amazing. I was immediately put at ease about my anxiety and apprehension with the amount of dental work I need done. I cannot say enough good things about the process so far. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.

I cannot recommend going to Dr. Mader for an implant. When I went in 2016, they recommended a new false tooth in the front. I went along with their recommendation though it cost a pretty penny. The color seemed off from the beginning. You could see the post through the tooth, which made the tooth look like it was dead. I went back to discuss this with them and they said it was normal for porcelain.

While this is no doubt true, I really wish Dr. Mader would have used his knowledge and expertise to not recommend a porcelain tooth in the front. I've spent years smiling with my mouth shut. I finally went to get a second opinion with another trusted dentist in the area last week and he said all it requires to fix is a cap on the post which hides the metal color and was generally surprised that Dr. Mader and his team let me leave the office with my teeth looking like they do. Knowing his response, I am leaving this review. This is a purely cosmetic complaint but one that apparently should have been avoidable.
