Shannon at the front desk was very professional and friendly when I visited. Dr. Raffi is a very professional dentist, with a very personable attitude that I could tell was a good guy from my first meeting.

Raffi is rude and has a God complex. He treated me without respect. I will never go back and will not recommend him.

The staff is friendly and professional. The work gets done at a reasonable price. And, in the COVID era, I feel safe, given the precautions they have taken.

I enrolled my kids at this facility. They saw Dr. Jones, and they really liked her, she was kind, and very professional. However.two of my kids had a bad experience with the hygienist! This woman was very rude, argumentative, opinionated, and acted like a know it all of dentistry. My older child was accused of not brushing her teeth, this is far from the truth, since the kid is a germaphobe, and goes through toothbrushes like crAzy.

My other child was told the same, which is not true either. Besides they came out of there with no cavities! My last child had aa different hygienist and she was fine. It was hard to get my kids to change dentist and thEy didn't mind going, but now that has changed. We will be certain on our next visit to request we not see this particular hygienist! If she hasn't already been fired.

Unprofessional front desk was having a lot of pain and with a tooth and needed to go see a dentist so chose the dentist that was provided to me by my insurance and that has been the primary office on my insurance for 12 years just never went to their office in person always paid out of pocket for small stuff done. We called this office and they confirmed insurance and and made our appointment to come on a Saturday, we also confirmed with our insurance if this office was effective under our insurance and the office was our primary office through our insurance for 12 years!

Come to find out we come into this So called place of practice for the "customers" that they wouldn't offer their services to us and that after all that back and forth to say that their office isn't our primary office through our insurance! So unprofessional that they set up and appointment took insurance information prior to day of appointment never took the time to confirm insurance on their end never did their due diligence too make sure everything was smooth NOR call the customer to let them know their was any issue with insurance or whatever it maybe.

Their unprofessionalism will cost you time and money from reorganizing things in your day to see an office that ends up being GARBAGE. I wouldn't refer anybody to this place and I feel bad when the dentists and owners of these practices loose on Opertunity due to unprofessional employees.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Raffi for the past 4 years. We have had the best experience from day 1. The Dr is great, the Hygienist is great and Shannon is awesome! I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Please please PLEASE do not ever come to this dentist. Every time I had an appointment with Dr. Raffi, he told me I have multiple cavities that need to be filled. He lied. Another dentist told me I had no cavities and there was no reason for that to be done. This is illegal and unethical. When he told me I had cavities I was shocked. I told him I know what a cavity feels like, I don't have any.

His response was "it's very small it's the beginning of a big problem, we have to fix it now." This is disgusting practice. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the pain, the trouble, your money, and your teeth.

I've been going here for dental work since 2009 and have never had any issues. Very clean office and friendly staff. Dr. Leblebijian is very kind and knowledgeable in his field. He has always done great work on my teeth. I've never felt uncomfortable during any procedures and he is always checking in to make sure there is as little pain as possible. I would definitely recommend this office if you are looking for great quality dental work.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but this place is A1! The office is really clean and the staff is great. Whatever you need they will address you and respond to you very quickly. Dr. Raffi is very friendly and he will inform you on just about everything you need to know from A to Z. No, the staff is not sitting at the desk 24/7 to greet you since they are in the back working, but you WILL be taken care of as soon as they get to you and they take care of everything you need.

I got my wisdom teeth pulled and they texted me the next day asking how I was doing to check-in, really nice of them, plus anything I have needed or questions I had Shannon made sure to get back to me. 10/10 recommend this place!

I just don't understand when you book a emergency appoint for a broken tooth and you go to the visit. And Dr. Raffi checks all your teeth and says ok you are going to need the tooth extracted.your going to need xrays. so we get up & walk out of the room he takes me to Shannon and says you can make an appointment for her to get xrays done. WTF I was so shocked no antibiotic, no pain med. and next appoint would be in 2wks! He is all about IMPLANTS

Terrible. He's an absolute crook. You can expect to spend 50% more than anywhere else. He's also extremely condescending. Also, beware, he is not qualified to do dental implants. His assistant Shannon is rude, and has definitely adapted the dentist's arrogance. And, do not expect to hear back from them in a timely manner under any circumstances.

If you're not paying cash, don't expect to hear back from them at all. I switched to an insurance company that actually paid for major dental work but of course at a lower rate that paying out of pocket and I was ignored trying to schedule anything after that. Thankfully, it worked out in my favor since I was then able to find an actual qualified professional. Best thing I ever did was dump this charlatan.

I think this dentist is a crook. My regular dentist no longer took my HMO insurance so I was forced to find a new dentist. I choose Dr Leblegijian since he was close. He was very polite but at my first visit with my daughters, he said my girls had 9 and 4 cavities respectively between them. I got a second opinion I paid out of pocket to my original dentist and there was no cavities found between them. I don't trust this guy. I don't think you should either.

This has been my dentist for 2.5 years! I love the guy, I went through two dentists as a young adult before I came here and I don't plan on ever leaving. I've had 2 root canals, 11 filings, and a crown through him! His sidekicks are awesome as well! It's like walking into cheers for me!

The Doctor is great! Could not complain about him one bit, his staff (and to be exact) the financial lady Shannon, is horrible to deal with! Talk about being fake, rude and having a nasty attitude! I was given the run around with my insurance, she obviously does not know herself what she is talking about. And she is rude. I would not go back to this practice. I seek professional help from them, granted I definitely got it from the Doctor, but not from his front receptionist. Thanks but no thanks!

I've been here a couple of times. Unfortunately this place is not the best. The front desk staff is very rude. The way they talk to you in not the nicest. No matter what you say they speak to you like you don't matter even though you spend money there. The doctor is just as rude as the front desk. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes without anyone checking me in.

Then another man walked in about 10 minutes after me and they took him on before me. When I got in the room the doctor spoke to me for 2 minutes like I was wasting his time and told me I had to come back next time when he had the time. Will not be going back.

I love this place. I have been going there for almost 10 years. Raffi is awesome, he fixed all my teeth problem and helps me to maintain them. I used to be sooooo scared/hate of going into dentist office. The chair, the dentist mask, the tools, the noise, the smell. That was why I had many dental issues. I would literally tear if i had to go for dental check up. And, I never knew how important teeth are to my body/health.

Until I found this place, friendly environments, super nice nice nice staffs (they really make you feel like home). I have been on 3 months maintenance cycle for years already (normally it's just 6 months, but I really don't mind going in often to have them check up).There was no 1 time that I didn't want to go in for my appointment. I have personally recommended this to my family and friends. Now, I just got a account on Yelp. This is the first review I have to write with my new account.
