From entering, they greeted with kindness. My entire visit everyone acted as if we were friends, Honestly! The Dr went out of his way to invite my parents into the back to explain my procedure and the processes. We laughed, talked of family. I actually took a selfie with him, for my start to finish picture! Awesome team they've got there! I told my mom, it actually made me miss managing, billing and working front desk.

Over the past year went through a major dental transformation which inclutheded an upper Bridge and 4 lower implants. Dr. Hsue, Dee Dee and other members of the team provided excellent care. There's only one thing to say about Dr. Hsue and his staff, "Excellence". His laid back approach, and compassion for your best treatment is above and beyond. Even though I was being difficult because of my pain his staff and him included looked beyond that and treated me as though I was more than just a number or patient but someone of great concern. Hi! At the beginning I was (scared and nervous )like most people to go to the dentist. I got a bridge of 4. My first visit was on Tuesday and I want to be able to work the week without taking days off. I went to my appointment and after 2 hrs later went home took my prescription and rest. Next day 7am no problem at all.no pain nothing bad.and with a new I been talking a visit per month and very friendly staff fast and they take care very . special hazel has been very professional and they know what they are doing! Also Very good PRICES and I think they have the payment options.and they can help you also If you SPEAK SPANISH very satisfied with the service. thank you!

Staff is always friendly, patient and kind. Appointments always run in time! Dr. Hsue has been our family dentist for years and I won't go anywhere else. He's taken care of braces, crowns, root canals and implants for us over the years in addition to cleaning and maintenance. Hands down the best dentist we have ever had!

The older I get the more I dislike going for dental cleanings. Despite the fact I really like my dentist and I do endeavor to take good care of my teeth and go very 6 months for cleanings. Today, I was so very pleasantly surprised by the hygienist. She was so gentle. No unexpected jolts. She did an exceptional job. And my dentist was as always wonderful!

The Team at West Valley Dental are awesome. I went in with a lot of anxiety about getting implants. They were able to explain the process and put me at ease. The price is very good. Everyone on the team are all nice and make you feel like you have known them for years. I highly recommend them for any major Dental Work.
