Dr Jackson and his staff have been so kind and professional. They go out if the way to make you comfortable and informed about your dental health, and procedures. I am very afraid of dental office but I find all the staff at the office caring and soothing. I would and have recommend this dentist to everyone!

Dr. Jackson, his hygienist, Brittany and the entire staff were wonderful, having a family like relationship. Moving into the area a little over a year ago, I was hesitant to switch dentists. My experience proved my hesitation was not valid. Brittany took her time, explaining each part of the process & my teeth feel great. Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable on new procedures, technology, etc. my teeth feel great! I highly recommend his office.

As much as anyone can "love" going to the dentist. I love going to Dr. Jackson's office. The entire staff, from reception, to my dental hygienist Allison, to Dr. Jackson himself is genuine, friendly, effective and efficient. The entire facility is spotlessly clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I was referred by a coworker and called Jackson Smiles with a bit of an emergency. My tooth had become infected and my dentist is an hour and a half from where I work. Called Jackson Smiles explained my situation and they got me in the same day! The staff is wonderful and so nice and courteous. They took great care of me and worked hard to get me a referral to an oral surgeon and made the appointment for me.

They took great care of me and I couldn't have asked for more. I am now switching to Jackson Smiles to be my new dentist. I will be making appointments for my whole family, and yes I will drive that hour and a half to bring my family to these wonderful people! Oh and their customer service is amazing! It was a bit chilly in the exam room and the dental assistant brought me a nice warm blanket to ensure my comfort!

I relocated from Round Rock to Carrollton and was in need of a dentist. Covid threw my teeth cleaning schedule out of whack. I found Jackson Dental on Yelp. I called and made an appointment and they didn't disappoint! The practice is locally owned and it's a family business. The folks at Jackson Dental were kind and friendly. All my dentist anxiety went out the window. Everyone introduced themselves, the dentist was kind and friendly. The staff was professional and upbeat, all my anxiety went away! I highly recommend Jackson Dental!

I have relocated from Round Rock to Carrollton and needed to find a dentist! I did not want one of those big flashy dental offices seen in commercials or big billboards, I was looking for a locally owned practice. Jackson Dental was just that! A family run practice, who made you feel at ease from the time you made your appointment till your visit was complete!

Friendly helpful staff, everyone came and introduced themselves and made any anxiety I had disappear. The dentist was no different, he was kind and funny and put me at ease and explained everything. There was no hard sell for unnecessary procedures! The hygienist was also professional as well as gentle and made me feel at ease! If there can be a trip to the dentist that makes you ready for the next one this was it! I would highly recommend Jackson Dental if you are looking for a new dentist!

My wife and I started seeing Jackson Dental this year after nearly 30 years with a Dallas dentist who recently retired. Jackson Dental has provided excellent service. The results fitting crowns and performing all other services have been exceptional.

Dr. Jackson and his entire office are just the BEST! I had a cracked tooth and because of unexpected commitments had to change my appointment 3 times, Dr Jackson worked things around and fit me in. He does a wonderful job with my teeth. Everyone in the office are beyond kind and sweet. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson you will never find a better dentist!

I have been going to Dr Jackson since he first purchased the business from our previous dentist. He is the kindest, most gentle dentist that I have ever used, always spending the time to educate me on procedures and health. I love his staff as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Jackson Dental! The office is easy to find and easy to park. It is clean and decorated in a very homey way that made me feel relaxed. I saw Dr. Aryn Jackson, and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. She made me feel comfortable, and she took the time to review my X-Rays with me and explain the areas that could be potentially problematic.

She explained it in a way that I understood, and in a way that did not make me feel insecure about my teeth. I've never had a dentist do that before, so I am so glad I found Jackson Dental!

These are the best dentists I've had. I love both Dr. Jackson's. Also, the hygienists and receptionists are always friendly.

We have been going to Jackson Dental for about 2 years now and I wish we would've found them sooner. I seriously can't understand how everyone is so nice and friendly in their office. They make you feel like a family member. Britney is my hygienist and is always good for great conversation. She is my wife's hygienist as well and always asks each of us about the other and also asks about our son.

She seems to genuinely care about how we are doing! And Dr. Jackson is literally the nicest human I think I've ever met. He's got a certain air about him and is a dynamic human being. And can't forget about Rachel at the front desk who is always super friendly. And Susan, Dr. Jackson's wife is also super nice at checkout. We love this place! My in-laws go as well, and our son will go when he's old enough!

I had the absolute best experience at Jackson Dental! They were amazing to work with and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Dr. Aryn Jackson did a great job and I could tell she really cared about me and all her patients. She was gentle, thorough and gave me a great cleaning. She shared honest feedback and advice about what I should do about my jaw pain. I am definitely coming back and highly recommend Jackson Dental to all my friends and family!

Dr. Jackson and everyone in the office was so kind! My dental hygienist worked so quickly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. X-rays were as fast and painless as possible! Dr. Jackson got me set up with a treatment plan and referrals that aren't crazy but also will take care of my concerns and needs. I didn't feel like he was trying to pressure me into anything unreasonable or that I did not need, all of his recommendations came from a medical opinion.

Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming, I truly felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Paperwork was online ahead of time which is awesome! Pricing out of pocket was extremely reasonable I do have dental insurance as well. I am excited to have Dr. Jackson as my new dentist!

I've been going to Dr Jackson for about 6 years now and he is simply the best in every way. He genuinely cares for his patients. He is very transparent and unfortunately that seems to be hard to find nowadays. I will never go to another dentist as I have found my dentist for life. My wife says he's the best. My kids enjoy going here and kids hate going to the dentist.

The staff is phenomenal. The office is always spotless and makes you feel right at home. I encourage anyone looking for a dentist to give them a shot. I promise you won't be disappointed and you won't want to leave. Thank you for all you do and for being such a great person. Always a pleasure!

Holy moly y'all! I just left from my first appointment. I did not have any dental work done yet so will update later with that experience. However, I have to comment on the professionalism of everyone I encountered in the office today. I don't personally enjoy the dentists office but Rachel, Suzanne, Kendall, Brittany, and Dr. Jackson all played their own role in making sure my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and I was comfortable the entire time.

I don't think I have ever had a better experience in any doctor's office than before today. I have neglected my teeth for about 2 1/2 years and I honestly feel everyone I met today went out of their way to make me feel like I wasn't being judged. At least for me, I thought they genuinely cared about my dental health the way they would for their own family or friends. Thank y'all!

Had a new patient visit here for a cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. First impressions are everything. Once I walked in and was greeted by Susan at the front desk, I knew I had made the right decision. Dr. Jackson was not trying to up sell anything or force unnecessary treatments. He was very conservative and minimalistic. Hygienist, Diamond was also amazing. Although we had to use all manual tools for my cleaning, due to COVID-19 precautions, everything was time efficient and pain free. This will be my new forever dentist.

I can't recommend this office and Dr. Jackson enough. Everyone is very friendly, the office is always extremely clean, I never wait long to go back for my appointment, the hygienist I see (Diamond) is thorough and quick with her cleanings and nice to speak with and Dr. Jackson is honest and doesn't try to schedule you for unnecessary work (which other dentists I've seen have done before). If you want an honest dentist with a friendly staff you should absolutely schedule with Dr. Jackson's office.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jackson for many years. Dr. Jackson is a friendly and caring person and always takes time to catch up on how our families are doing. On top of that, he's thorough and honest with his evaluations. He always shares why he recommends a specific treatment. The team at Jackson Dental is fantastic too. I always enjoy catching up with my hygienist, Britney, and the front desk team goes out of their way to help when you need it.

They have helped me schedule emergency appointments with both Dr Jackson and with specialists. I highly recommend Jackson Dental for your dental care. They make you look forward to my dentist appointments

Dr Jackson and his staff are always so helpful and nice. My son and I have been going to see Dr Jackson since he was 4. (He is now 10) They do a great job helping my son learn to take care of his teeth and they always there to explain what needs to be done and give you options. Britney, the dental hygienists, is also wonderful. She makes the cleaning experience as comfortable as she can and makes sure you feel comfortable no matter your age. You can actually look forward to going to the dentist. I have recommended Dr Jackson and his office to so many friends and will continue to do so.

I called at 2:46 and asked to make an appointment for next week. They didn't have anything but asked if I lived in the area and was available at 3:00p. Surprisingly I was right across the street and was able to make the 3:00p. It was so nice of them to get me in so quickly. everyone there is always so friendly. Brittany did an exceptional job at cleaning my teeth and she is extremely friendly. They always take their time and clean them more then I've ever had them cleaned at other places. I love Jackson Dental.

Absolutely best staff in the industry! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the friendly receptionist and it keeps going by every member of the staff. Dr Jackson is very knowledgeable and caring. He explains things in detail and is extremely honest. I'm a Client for life! Would recommend to all my friends and family. There are dental offices everywhere but not great dental offices like this one.

I have used Dr. Jackson for more than half my life. He has always been caring, easy going, dedicated, and thorough when providing options and information about keep my health in this regards at its best! If you have not used him or are looking for a new dentist he is highly recommended!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are very friendly. I love his current office location, but I would travel to anywhere in the metroplex to have him do my dental work. Because a wonderful dentist is hard to find. Dr. Jackson and his staff spend time with me and take the time to get o know me. That makes it easy for me to tell him about my dental problems and get his feedback on new dental products I see advertised. Great communication, great customer service, and a caring heart, make for a great day at the Dental Office.

Everyone was so friendly from receptionist, to hygienist to the doctor himself. I needed an emergency crown before a cruise they can make a porcelain crown in one day here! They were super nice even though they knew I already had a regular dentist (who couldn't get me a crown quickly enough).

Dr. Jackson and his staff are absolutely the best in the business. They are professional and I never feel like they are just trying to sell me a service. I have been going to Dr. Jackson for a number of years and highly recommend him to anyone want an excellent dentist, great staff and reasonable prices.
