I love this dental practice. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by office staff, to the assistant holding my hand when I get my novacain injection (yes, I'm a big baby), to the hygenist who remembers I have to have warm water to rinse, I feel well taken care of. Dr. Steele is a perfectionist and very understanding of pain management. I highly recommend this practice.

Not great for a POC.Dale will recommend crowns and the like to get as much insurance money as possible. Get a second opinion before you go with any suggestion from this place. The crown I got was ill fitting and needed to be adjusted by another dentist. Not an authentic or trustworthy environment.

I have been coming to this dentist for at least 10 years. I've always been very pleased with the service I've received. I have to call two people out: Gail, the office manager, and Diane, the hygenist. Gail is great. When I've had issues with my insurance company in the past, she's great at helping me get it all resolved. Not to mention that she says, "Hi Anne" when I walk in. OK, now for Diane.

She is, by far, the reason I keep coming back to Dr. Steele's office even though I don't exactly live near by. She is so gentle while cleaning my teeth. Even when she gently chides me about my flossing routine, she's super nice. She needs to get a raise or a big bonus or SOMETHING because she's amazing. I've recommended Dr. Steele's office to others, and I will continue to do so in the future.

I'm a regular patient of Dr. Steele's for a reason. When I go to an appointment I'm met with smiles and greetings from the front desk. I rarely have to wait. Dr. Steele is thorough and sensitive. His assistants are ready to meet all my needs. When I'm finished the front desk works with me to find an easy payment plan. I have only good things to say about Dr. Steele and his courteous staff. I recently left this dental office and found a new dentist in Walnut Creek. I was never happy with this dentist after he bought the practice from the previous dentist. I found him to be condescending and not patient focused. His office does a hard sell on expensive cosmetic services and his dental costs are much higher than my new dentist. When I needed a minor repair on a night guard device I was told that I would have to pay $600 for some electro neurological treatment of my neck and shoulders and then have a new device made.

The office declined to discuss this any further or to agree to fixing my device. I took my device to another dentist who repaired it for a very small fee without demanding a needless treatment. I am happy that I made the change.
