I don't often leave reviews, but every now and then I feel potential customers need to be warned in advance. most existing clients will be familiar with what I describe below. I had (until today) been a loyal patient of Treat Boulevard Dentistry. Things were were very smooth under the leadership of Dr Mary Zacharia. Even back then, I was very accommodating, as for more than 50% of my appointments, I would be contacted and asked if I could come at a different time as it was more convenient for them.

I almost always flexible and would accommodate these requests. This continued one the leadership switched to Dr Sood, and for the better part, I would continue to accommodate these requests (again current customers know these requests all too well). That was until today when I arrived for my 10.30 appointment per my text confirmations, just after 10.20, and they said actually my appointment was supposed to be at 10.00am and they would NOT accommodate me.

I requested my records so that I could go to another dentist and I requested to speak to Dr Sood. I was told she was busy with another patient. 11.00am comes along and three patients arrive. Over the next few minutes they all go to their dental hygienists. NOONE comes out. I asked if I was the only patient they were supposed to have at 10.00am as no patients had come out.

They said I was. I repeated that they had told me that Dr Sood wasn't able to see me because she was "supposedly" seeing another patient, yet there were NO other patients there. This is the new leadership here at Treat Boulevard Dentistry. The cancer (the lies and the deception) start at the top with Dr Sood and continue down to the administrative staff.

This leadership and cancer started when Dr Sood took over and her leadership (or complete lack there of) is rampart throughout the administration of this organization. Note: the Dental Hygienist's actually do an acceptable job and are NOT the reason for leaving this practice. For any potential new patient thinking of joining this practice, think again if you want a cancerous practice from the leader Dr Sood and down. There are plenty of other practices out there where you don't have to deal with this. Dr Mary. why did you leave? Thinks were great when you were leading this practice!

The whole office staff is wonderful! My dental hygienist is top notch and one I've been seeing for several years now. My dental hygienist takes her time with her assessment and is very detailed with her work. Karla is very kind and personable. They're very flexible & accommodating with their schedule. Thank you for a great experience every time!

Everyone was so very nice, very thorough with my dental cleaning and both Dr. Sood and her co- workers and the dental hygienist were were very professional. Even the receptionist was extremely patient in explaining my bill. I will highly recommend this dental practice.

I've came one time in the past about 13 years ago so I couldn't quite remember the place. It's very clean and organized inside. They have hand sanitizer and took my temp which is great during this time considering they are working in your mouth. Everyone is in PPE so you feel very comfortable I went in with confidence my mom is a patient here and she loves it.

They were very throughout with every thing and all questions were answered. I didn't feel like other dentist office like where they try to get over on you and charge you through the roof prices. Plus it's across the street from my job very convenient for me.

I have always had a great experience at Dr Sood's dental office. I have had a lot of dental work and cleanings done and have been very satisfied. They are friendly, competent, and professional. I highly recommend Dr Sood's dental practice.

I've been coming to this dental office for almost 10 years. Lucy is absolutely amazing and always does a fantastic job during my cleanings. I would highly recommend Dr. Sood and her staff.

I am very sensitive to medication such as lidocaine and lidocaine without ephedrine. They both cause reactions and would cause anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr. Sood Disick administered a medication without ephedrine and without lidocaine that caused no adverse reactions and made me feel much more at ease. The staff is always helpful and professional and work as a team to promote a good experience free from stress and anxiety.

I am honestly so happy for choosing them for my visit today. Even tho I don't have insurance, they were able to give me a discount and set up a payment plan as it accommodates me. I really recommend visiting them, the whole staff was very nice and smart.

I had an emergency need, and they were helpful about getting me in and making as comfortable as possible. The treatment was on-target, and while the challenge was simple, Dr. Sood was attentive and friendly. There was, to my experience, a little too much upsell for my needs; I'm no dental assistant, but I don't enjoy situations where people are encouraged to take on a plan with significant costs while they're still in pain, or otherwise distracted.

A good deal always looks good, and I rarely find urgency in dental cleaning schedules. The skill definitely seems to be in place. I would want to see that the business practices had changed before choosing to return.
