I just left a review on Google Reviews & came straight here. This ought to be the best dentistry office I've been! Love the team & Drs'. My experience with the staff was always so welcoming always made me feel like I was apart of the "Smiles4OC family" I went in for Invisalign & the way they explained the process seemed too good to be true in a way where I asked myself "You guys can do that for me!? Amazing!".

I was in awe & excited to experience Invisalign with Smiles4OC, the way the explained everything - step by step. After 6+ months the experience & my smile was amazing. They boosted my confidence by 100! I have recommended this place to my husband & friends - friends that have asked me how my smiles has improved, I tell them about this office. In 10 years when I have kids of my own, I'm taking them here for sure! Love this & recommend this place!

Ive been going to this dental practice for many years and have always received excellent dental care. Dr Rolfes just replaced two old crowns with two new ones and they look and feel great! I also highly recommend Dr Do and the entire staff.

What a refreshing dental experience. They are thorough, SUPER friendly, and do everything they can do make you comfortable. They even let me use some headphones to block out the sound of the equipment which I told the office makes me nervous.

I'm honestly a huge fan of this place. The staff and doctors here are all warm and welcoming. With my past experience with Smiles4OC, every visit has been great and they treat me like family. I have very bad teeth and had bad experiences from the past with my previous dentist, so coming into my first procedure to get my bottom right molders capped was quite nerve racking. Dr: Do numbed my mouth so quick and smooth I honestly felt nothing, and she finished capping and filling all of my molders in under an hour.

She did it efficiently and noticed nothing but perfection looking at my molders now. She now finished two other procedure and going to come back next week to finish up the top left molders and my fronts. Dr. Do is absolutely a professional, and I'm l just astonished to see how humble and happy she is when her patients like me feel great! Her associates are just as amazing. Brittany made me feel like I was at home by providing me a warm blanket and some headphones to put me in a trance as they both focused on fixing my teeth.

She too is amazing for having good conversations and putting me at ease when I'm asking so many question to her. Each and every one of the staff that work here are not only professionals at their craft, but also good people who care for other individuals to live a better life. I'm now realizing the importance of having healthy teeth. I can finally chew my food, and not experience any pain. God Bless Smiles4OC!

This is the best dentist practice! I've been going here for years and my husband just started coming here as well. We both love the dentists and staff. The office staff and Drs. The entire staff at Smiles4OC is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming! They all work to make your time in the office and in the chair as comfortable as possible. Dr. Rolfes takes plenty of time to listen to his patients and ensures they understand their options. From scheduling to cleaning to payments, each member of this staff is patient and kind and here to put patients first! I would recommend them to anyone who ask!

Great staff - All are very friendly and try to make you experience as comfortable as possible. I love that they offer different types of sedation for the more complicated jobs! I cannot get over how incredible this dentist office is. From the front desk staff, the assistants, Dr Do and the hygienist: they all are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started coming here. Dr Do has amazing bedside manner and will come out and speak with her clients in the lobby and just catch up.

Everyone remembers you and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They do not scare you into spending $$$ on your teeth and are incredibly honest. I will refer everyone I know here. Thank you all!

I've had two visits so far and everyone I have met have been wonderful on every level. I've got to work with two dentists and both have been phenomenal. I'm 7 months pregnant and for me to be comfortable my entire time says a lot about the environment of this dentistry. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tim Rolfes and his incredible staff at Smiles4OC are all amazing human beings! Yes, they're running a business, but it's more like coming home for me when going to the dentist. Side Note: I've had a lot of dental work done over the years, and my fair share of unfavorable dentists/specialists. But, not here! From the beginning, Dr. Tim has known about my past experiences and has gone above and beyond in treating me with the utmost respect, sensitivity, and precision.

Talk about paying attention to detail! When in the chair, he always walks and talks me through what he's going to do before he does it. Being someone who struggles with anxiety this has been extremely helpful for me. And, furthermore, knowing of my struggles (especially when in the chair being treated) he's ALWAYS made sure that I've felt 100% comfortable and safe before he proceeds with his work.

I trust Dr. Tim with my life! Also, he's fair.beyond fair! He's always looking out for my best interest, health wise not money wise. Plus, Dr. Tim is a cool dude and we talk about surfing and his wife and kid. I could go on and on about how great this establishment and it's people are. The city of Costa Mesa and it's community are extremely fortunate to have their teeth in such good hands!

Thank you Dr. Tim and to all the great staff: Paige, Shawna, Christina, Andrea, Nathan, etc. etc. for making my dental experiences actually enjoyable. I never thought I'd say that, lol!

Dr Rolfes and the team at his office are amazing. The front office staff is warm and welcoming and efficient! The Hygienists are excellent. Dr Rolfes is a perfectionist in his work. I've had him call people from the lab to come work with him and me to make sure caps are a perfect match to my other teeth. To say my teeth are a land mine is an understatement but I've always felt I was in the best hand with Dr Rolfes.

I cant say enough about this place. I have avoided the dentist for nearly 13 years out of pure fear and anxiety but once I was sat on the chair getting my teeth drilled it dawned on me that I was nervous for nothing. Dr Timothy J Rolfes and the staff are Very good at eliminating fear and any worries i had. The staff here is amazing! They are hands down the most thorough dentist office I have ever been to and make the entire process really enjoyable. Dr. Tim Rolfes seems to genuinely care and enjoy his work. He took the time to go over everything with me and explain in detail what we'd be doing and why. Their equipment is state of the art, and I quite literally left with a smile.pun intended.

Came for a consultation. Dr Rolfes was terrific - took extra time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Sunni (?) was awesome too - very gentle taking x-rays - she'll be a great dentist with her compassion. And Shawna is top notch in the front office - very friendly, but definitely knows her stuff!

The entire team at this office is "amazing",n ot only are they "amazing" humans, but they are all "amazing" at what they do. It is like going to a friends place, because from the time I step into the office, to the time I leave, I am so well cared for and everyone is so attentive to my needs. Horrible! I am already leery of dentists but this office came highly recommended to me by multiple people. Not only did they charge $1500.00 for a procedure that most dentists charge $400.00 for, but ALL 4 TEETH (3 of my husbands and 1 of mine) have caused serious pain and have had to be redone by another dentist. Do not pay their OUTRAGEOUS FEES AND DO NOT TRUST THESE DENTISTS!

I've been going here since we moved here. This place feels like a home away from home. I don't even know how to describe how wonderful everyone at this office is. Everyone here is amazing. Any time I've ever had a problem they go out of their way to help me feel comfortable and that's so hard to find when it comes to the dental office. I've had a few bad experiences. Cant begin to talk about how understanding they are as well. There's no way I could go to another dentist office. These guys have set the standard.

I really appreciate how in-depth of an exam Dr. Rolfes performed! He not only examined my teeth, but he took the time to explain his findings and what we can do about them. He is also incredibly personable, asked me about myself, and remembered my husband. I really appreciate that about him. The rest of the staff is also SO friendly and personable. I feel very taken care of, and I would absolutely recommend this office!

Recently my dentist retired and I was on the look out for a new dentist. I was told from a friend to try Smiles4OC and I am so happy I did. From the initial meeting with Dr. Rolfes to my recent cleanings everything has been professional and surprisingly easy. They have state the art equipment and the staff is so friendly. I have just started Invisalign treatment and I am looking forward to a great result. I would highly recommend Smiles4OC.

Have been going to this office since I was a child - I always see Dr. Rolfes! They've helped me with all sorts of teeth issues throughout the years. Recently I went in for some bonding to lengthen one tooth that was significantly shorter than the other, and to smooth out my jagged canine teeth. i always thought my smile used to look a bit juvenile because it wasn't smooth, but now it's all fixed and I'm ready to take on my senior year at college! The Smiles4OC team is the best dentistry team around, hands down. I've gone to them for fifteen years, and even since moving away, I happily make the two-hour drive to their office because they are the only crew I will ever trust with my smile and my sensitive teeth. Aside from routine appointments, I've had both cosmetic dentistry and a gum tissue graft recently.

In both instances the team has demonstrated their superior precision and skills, and I felt very comfortable knowing I was in great hands. As with every visit, I had everything clearly explained to me beforehand- and the results have been consistently fantastic! Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and caring, and will know you by name after the first time meeting you.

Dr. Tim Rolfes is the newest addition to this dental team, and yesterday I went in on an emergency for a toothache I had had all weekend. Dr. Tim zeroed right in on the source of the problem ( I was not able to pinpoint the exact tooth) and explained I would need a root canal. There wasn't an opening until the next day, so he offered to begin the procedure to get me out of pain.

I was terrified, but he did an excellent job of keeping me completely comfortable and worked efficiently and carefully to complete the procedure. He gave me very specific post operative instructions, and a prescription. When the anesthetic wore off, I was amazed to discover the pain was gone! Dr. Dunne will be completing the root canal today, but many thanks to Dr. Tim Rolfes and his assistant Ele for their competent, gentle care, and my pain free good night's sleep!

Let me start by saying that I have an extreme phobia of dentists, but the staff here knows that and navigates around it awesomely! They really go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable (no easy task) they really know what they're doing! By now I've had Drs Rolfes, Do & Dunne work on me for various reasons. They are all so wonderful, kind, reassuring, they're the best at what they do.

The entire staff is nothing short of excellency at its finest, again I say this while having the worse phobia of dentistry, so you know I really mean what I'm saying. Best dental office ever! I've worked here almost two years now, and will never leave! The type of attention and care I see this incredible team give to every patient is amazing. I myself went through Invisalign and had all my treatment done here! Dr. Dunne replaced the two crowns I had that were poorly done at my last office and Dr. Rolfes got me through a year of Invisalign to now have beautiful straight teeth! This is the place to go if you're fearful of the dentist! Dr. Do also sees all the children and is so great and calmly with them!

Came in for consultation on wisdom teeth, but found out I needed root canals done. They were very helpful and well versed in all sorts of questions I had. I had an excellent experience with this office and Dr Rolfes. He was referred to me by a friend and the recommendation was spot on. From the Exceedingly professional demeanor of the staff.welcoming me to the office, making eye contact and shaking my hand, to the thoughtful and thorough examination by Dr Rolfes, I couldn't be more impressed. He expressed concern for me walking around with a badly broken tooth, MADE room in his schedule that afternoon, and helped to outline an extensive treatment plan to fix my issues. Vicky, the office manager, also went well above expectations; calling my insurance and Care credit accounts to give me as much detail as possible for planning with Dr. Rolfes' treatment plan. I am very very impressed with this provider and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

I went to see the dentists in this office first for my granddaughters a year ago. The office staff was kind and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Dr. Do did an amazing job of not only taking care of their teeth, but giving them their first positive experience at the dentist office. I then needed a root canal :-(( Dr. Dunne had to deal with my anxiety and get the work done - which he certainly did!

Everyone in the office is friendly and remembers your name. I have decided to continue with this office of professionals since I've been treated with such caring and concern. Got recommended by a high school friend of mine and went in for a new patient exam and cleaning. Staff was incredibly friendly and my hygienist Lisa did a great job getting out over a year's worth of coffee stains. Unfortunately I will be moving up to San Francisco soon but Dr. Do was happy to give me referral to other dentists in the SF area. Who knows. I might just have to fly down in 6 months to get my next cleaning in OC! P.S. their heated neck pillows are pretty great!

LOVE the vibe in this place. From a nervous nellie who does not like someone working on your teeth this place will make you feel at home. My family has been coming here for many years on the advice of a previous Doctor who retired and we couldn't be happier. My husband has had extensive work done over the years and his teeth couldn't be better taken care of and my son has been coming since he was little.

We have seen all the dentists in the office but I mostly go to Dr. Rolfus who's calm demeanor is what I need to get through my appointment because I have such anxiety when it comes to dental work. He is professional, calming and very efficient in what he does along with his attentive assistants and staff. Karen has been cleaning my teeth for years and does an excellent job and Vicky and Paige up front are always great to see and very helpful with any insurance/payment or appointments you may need.

Soon our insurance will be ending which concerns me but we have had very good care over the years and have kept up with our cleanings and any work that needed to be done so I am hoping that with continued preventative care whatever comes up will be doable. Any dentistry is expensive and you want to have it done right. This is the place to go.

A breath of fresh air! I had a dental emergency while my dentist was out of town. A friend of my recommended Dr. Rolfes to me, who ironically was also out of town! The office staff was so kind and told me to come right in. I had a very positive experience from the moment I arrived. I was quickly taken back to meet Dr. Do and her assistant. This entire office made an extremely uncomfortable experience a pleasant one! Not only would I HIGHLY recommend their office, I am switching! They can even see my children. She always asks if I need any numbing gel before my cleaning so that I'm comfortable and pain free. She's also a master at removing coffee stains from my pearly whites!
