Wow, GREAT dental practice. I chose this practice for my family as we recently moved to Providence, and I did so on the basis of positive patient reviews--and having now had our first appointments, we are thrilled with our choice. From top to bottom, we've really appreciated the staff's kindness, accessibility, thoroughness, insight and dedication.

Our dental hygienists (Tracy and Crystal) are both INCREDIBLE--very knowledgeable, patient, great listeners, insightful, helpful, non-judgmental--everything you'd want to feel comfortable, secure and completely cared for. Dr Carlsten is present, generous and helpful and did not simply do that "breeze by" that some dentists do (that can make patients feel overlooked and barely considered).

And from the moment you walk in, the office manager creates an attentive, friendly and comforting space. From securing appointments to thorough dental care, no corners cut, it's great dentistry all round. It's rare one looks forward to dental appointments, but I have to say that we do.

Tracy is the BEST hygienist I have ever experienced. The staff are each friendly and helpful under the leadership of Dr. Roger Carlsten. A great place to go if you appreciate a relaxed and yet competent

I was warmly greeted and welcomed! Hygienest (Crystal) explained everything she did and we each shared events in our lives! Dentist (Roger) was positive and hopeful and had a plan for new developments in my oral hygiene and shared vacation plans!

This office is run like a well-oiled machine. Dr. Carlsten and his dental nurses do everything to ensure the patient's confidence and comfort as well as his hygienist and the entire office staff! From the time you walk in you feel welcome and cared for. I was a new patient there last year and I am so glad that this is my new dental home. If you are looking for one, look no further.

Dr. Carlston and his staff are simply the best in the business. I've been a patient for many years and had many procedures done due my own negligence in taking care of my teeth. Their work has always been flawless, and I truly appreciate all that they do.

My favorite dentist, no. My favorite Doctor. Everyone in the practice is amazing. After years of not having a regular dentist I went to Advanced. Everyone there truly cares and helped me restore my dental health.

I've been coming to Advanced Dental Care for years. Love all of the sweet and friendly staff, Dr. Carlsten is great, and his nice dog even makes an occasional appearance. There's a very welcoming, family-like feeling here. It also seems like they've made all the right safety changes due to Covid-19, and I've felt safe coming here even during the pandemic.

The staff is great. Ask for Tracy, she is absolutely amazing. She gets my teeth so clean, is compassionate and professional. Dr. Carlsten's office is the amazing and Tracy adds incredible value to the place.

In a word, AWESOME! Super friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and Dr. C is simply the best. Great dentist with an awesome hair style. None! Love this place and glad that I found them!

I've been going to Dr. Carlson's office for years. I love all the girls in their. They are all so sweet and kind and I love my hygienist Tracey. She gets my teeth super clean I love going to the dentist now

To preface my review, Lynn and Kerri were unbelievable. Before I even stepped foot in the office, Lynn was extremely helpful. She personally called my insurance company to see if there was any way they could help me with my appointment. When I got to the office, she immediately recognized my voice, and aided me in seeing the doctor as quick as possible.

Before seeing him, I was greeted by Kerri who was extremely welcoming and kind. She answered every question that I had, and made the entire process a pleasure. The doctor was great as well, explaining everything to me clearly and concisely. The appointment was pain free and rather enjoyable. When I went to pay the bill, both Kerri and Lynn helped me find a plan that best fitted my personal needs.

They spend over 30 minutes talking to me, and helping me with every problem that I had. I am very grateful that they were able to help me as much as I did. I recommend Advanced Dental Care wholeheartedly. Hopefully you will be fortunate enough to meet Kerri and Lynn.
