This is the least expensive type of mouthguard and is available at most sporting goods stores. It comes pre-molded. The biggest issue with these mouthguards is that because they are pre-molded, there is no guarantee that they will properly fit their mouth, and they can increase their risk for injury.
Not only is soda full of sugar, which provides food for the oral bacteria that can cause cavities, it can also stain teeth with regular consumption. Use a whitening toothpaste. Whitening toothpaste contains abrasives that help to scrub away surface stains. Some contain very mild bleaching agents. Even simply brushing twice a day with regular toothpaste can help to eliminate minor surface stains. Regular dental visits. During biannual cleanings, the scraping and polishing of their teeth help to eliminate surface stains.

I can't believe I found this dentist for my daughter! The experience was beyond great! Not only professional but very friendly and down to earth and the way everyone interacted with my 3 year old floored me! They spoke with her, asking what she would like in the way of flavors, gave her little surprises-besides the new toothbrush and toothpaste! But what really stood out was that the hygienist told me that should there ever be a dental emergency to call the office-24/7.the dentist is always on call and he will meet us at the office!
I can't remember the last time I was told that a doctor was on call and would meet us! I can not say enough good things about this dentist and the entire experience! In fact, our appointment was on a Thursday and my daughter wanted to go back on Friday and Monday because she enjoyed the experience so much! I recommend this dentist 10000%

After trying several other dentists to get done what needed to be done we finally found Dr. Park! The entire staff is so wonderful and takes amazing care of the kiddos. My daughter loves her new Dr. and the dentist office! They are very reasonably priced and worked with us to arrange payment options. Dr. Park took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan. My daughter can't wait for her visits there! Thank you to all of the staff for being so Amazing!

I am so happy I have found such a great dentist. My son had to be put under anesthesia for his dental surgery due to some sensory issues he has. I can not tell you how nervous I was going into this appointment. The day of, the staff made me feel so comfortable and safe. The anesthesiologist they brought in was also fantastic and answered any questions and concerns I had.
One of the hardest parts of having a child who is considered "difficult" by most peoples standards is finding a good medical staff to care and be compassionate. I found that 100% with Dr. Park and his staff.

In my personal opinion Dr. Park has been the worst medical professional I have ever had the displeasure of working with. His bed side manner with parents is horrific. I have taken my son to his office twice and tried to explain my sons medical anxiety at which point I was cut off at the first visit. The second visit I took my son and he was anxious, his anxiety has also been heightened by traumatic events which I would have explained to Dr.
Park given half a chance but instead I was rudely cut off and told he needed to hear from my 5 year old who when talking to Dr. Park, Dr. Park could not understand him and made no real effort to understand what he was saying. He was also very rude to my son while my son was having a hard time. And was not able to provide a solution like a referral to a dentist who might be better equipped to deal with what was going on.
I personally work in the health care industry and I would NEVER speak to a family member or resident the way I was spoken to by Dr. Park or the way my son was spoken to by Dr. Park. If you want to deal with patients who sit still and do exactly what you ask them to then you should not be a pediatric dentist in my personal opinion.

I was happy to be greeted by a welcoming front office staff. The waiting area was very family friendly. My daughters first dentist experience was quick and painless! The staff here was engaging not just with me but with my little one as well. It was overall a wonderful experience considering how awful appointments can be with small children!

I brought my son in who is Autistic for an emergency extraction during Covid. He has never had any major dental work done without being put under fully. He had issues with everything, threw up the sedation. Dr. Park patently found a way around this sensory issue. Then my son screamed the entire time in Dr. Park's face because of the noise, refused to cooperate and hitting his equipment.
He was out of control to the point where the doctor was comforting me crying in the other room after my child rejected every kind gesture he and his amazing assistant tried and I realized with the medication wearing off, I'd have no option but try to find a hospital and start over hoping he didn't get a massive infection. Dr. Park wasn't going to give up.
We were on the same team. He firmly told my son his behavior was not acceptable in his office. He spent hours getting the tooth out, was incredibly kind about the situation. We got in the car and my son was happily enjoying a milkshake and playing with his new toys 15 minutes later. Thank you Dr. Park and team!

The staff is so friendly and made my daughters first trip the dentist an exciting experience. They really strive to make their patients feel comfortable. We had to go back to take care of some fillings and add sealants to her teeth and they were simply incredible. They clearly explained everything to her and helped her to remain calm and comfortable. They really know what they're doing.
