Madison Dental Care

I recently moved just far enough away to make my old dentist inconvenient. After searching internet reviews, I called Madison Dental Care to schedule my first cleaning in over a year. They had great reviews, were accepting new patients, and just a few miles from both work and home. The first appointment for a new patient was over a month away, but I'm so glad I waited.

I showed up early figuring I had the standard "new patient paperwork" to fill out, but since I completed it online beforehand, all they needed was a copy of my drivers license. I was seen just a few minutes after arriving. The office was clean and EVERYONE was so friendly! Being a new patient, I got the works - full x-rays, pictures, cleaning, exam, etc.

Every step was explained beforehand and I quickly moved from one step to the next with minimal waiting - even for the final check by the dentist. I highly recommend Madison Dental Care!

I highly recommend Dr. Roth and Madison Dental Care! I've never had a dentist SO concerned about my comfort. The office hours are very convenient for my schedule. The staff is courteous and professional; the mood in the office seems cheerful and upbeat. You can tell the employees enjoy their jobs! The facilities are spotless, and I'm extremely pleased with the dental care I receive.

I'm a patient of Dr Burgess he and his staff is awesome I mean Awesome! They are a very friendly staffs they greet you with a smile and a great attitude when you walk in the door! I'm so happy that they were in my network and the lord lead me to them Dr Burgess is a awesome Dentist I felt comfortable and relaxed with him and he have great bedside manner!ii needed a appointment and I explain to them what was going on with me and they got me into seeDr Burgess right away! Chelsea was terrific with my 9 year old! Patience is key to completing his routine dental care. Because of all the gentle and caring hygienists like Chelsea, he has never had a cavity! Thank you Dr. Roth and Dr. Burgess and all the staff for the great care you give our family.

My kids and I have been going to this group from roughly 20 years. They do their job very well. They always make you feel welcome and at ease. They are very thorough and my mouth feels amazing after cleaning. They all have wonderful personalities and are very kind.

I've been going for a few years and have received outstanding service. I believe this level of service is from their attention to detail with a personal touch towards each patient. Everyone at Madison Dental Care is excellent, but that front desk crew is unmatched; they're brilliant!

My hygienist Casey was superb! Very thorough, attentive, sweet and caring young lady. I highly recommend her! The office is kept exceptionally clean and the dentists are top notch! Great staff that always greets you with a smile!

I have only awesome things to say about this office from checking in, waiting only a few minutes in the lobby(sometimes they get you before you sit down), sitting in the chair with the hygienist/dental assistant, seeing the dentist and checking back out! From day one there has always been smiles, positive vibes and caring hearts. They calm my nerves so quickly whenever I have to have work done. If you are looking for a dentist this location comes highly recommended by me! Very professional! Love love this place!

I've been to many a dentist in my lifetime but this one has to be my favorite. The employees here are thorough, consistent, and very nice and human like. You know how some workers have to put on an act to be nice to customers? You don't notice it here because they don't have to that. The workers here are genuine and that is my favorite part about this place among many great things like clean bathrooms, comfortable spaces, and very good referrals to other great doctors. I highly recommend this place if you can't tell

My visit was 5-stars from beginning to end. The office is absolutely beautiful and the staff at the front desk super professional and friendly. Casey, the hygienist, actually made the visit pleasant because she was so gentle and was very informative. Dr. Natalie was thorough in explaining what further treatment was needed. I ended my visit with the "finance lady" explaining future charges and appointment scheduling, which wasn't as painful as I thought it would be:- I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

EVERYTHING! The staff, from top to bottom, are there for YOU. They love what they do and have fun doing it. Dr Talbert has removed my fear of the dentist chair completely! The hygenists are incredible care givers and all the team exude a warmth, and humor, and love, for every person. The front office crew anticipate the questions you might have. and do a great job of explaining process, procedures, and insurance questions.

Of course, they are going to give you their best recommendation to achive the goals you desire, but give you the flexibility to determine the when and how. They are an awesome crew. I highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a long term relationship.

I absolutely love Madison Dental. I've been going here several years and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and personable. Dr. Roth always does an excellent job. If you have an emergency they always try to get you in quickly. I highly recommend.

I started using Madison Dental Care this past year after having to change from my regular dentist that I have gone to since I was a child due to my insurance changing. They have an amazing staff and have gone above and beyond. You can imagine how nervous I was since I had only been to the same dentist office my whole life. They explain things well and have worked with me on the best plan for my health since I have recently had to have a lot of dental work done. Dr. Roth, Diana, and all the staff have been awesome at ensuring things go as smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend them any day!

The dentists and dental hygienists are competent and communicate effectively. The support personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments run on-time and I feel safe and confident during COVID-19.

They have always been so good to me and my family! Every dentist, dental assistant, and admin person does all they can to make your experience as stress free and pleasant as possible. As someone who doesn't like needles and drills, they work hard to make me as comfortable as possible. If anything ever feels off after an appointment they encourage you to just call and they'll fix you right up! Plus everyone is super nice! You can't go wrong here!

Hands down, best dentist that I have had. Dr Burgess, Dr Roth, and Dr Talbert have done several crowns and fillings for me. Dr. Burgess is proactive in staying on top of the latest dental technology and research. The entire staff is always positive and uplifting, making your experience enjoyable and treating you like family. They are extremely honest with medical billing and their fees are extremely competitive & affordable. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further as you will find no other as perfect as this team.

I just want to say that Madison Dental Care has the nicest staff that I have ever met, in person and over the phone. The office is very clean and decorated so nicely as well. Despite my embarrassing teeth situation, they treated me so nicely and answered all of my questions without rushing through. It turns out that I need the laser treatment that.

I cannot afford due to insurance not covering it, so Jenny with insurance and billing went above and beyond to help me find another way to take care of my situation. We are going to try a different procedure that is covered and we will go from there. Thank you to the entire staff, you all were so kind and understanding.

For the second time I had an issue over a weekend and the team at MDC got me in first thing Monday morning and solved my problem. Clean and updated facility but most of all the staff make this place exceptional.
