Craig Mize

It's been a while and the shock might have worn off. I have never worked for a Dr. That did Dentistry as horrible as this man. I have never seen a Dr. Do more free dentistry because his work keeps failing. I wish I could have told every patient to run. I have seen some things in my years assisting. But if you have had work done by this "Dentist". I strongly urge you to have it checked by another Dr. Immediately. These are not the salty rantings of an ex employee.

After a few uneventful years, Dr Mize inexplicably treated me very rudely at my last visit, raising his voice, ridiculing me and belittling me because I expressed some fear of a needle. I will never return and I cannot recommend him to anyone. My husband and I have changed dentists.

Always good. Hygienist very nice. Always take the time to explain everything both the hygienist and Dr Mize. Appointment 4/27/17

I went to Dr. Mize in 2008 I look forward to going back soon he took care of me he made me feel comfortable I didn't feel no pain I was glad that I could smile and have that gleam in my eyes. I did nt have to worry about feeling bad the way I was looking. if you want to smile and feel better inside chose Dr. Mize as your dentist I went back in 2017 but I don't quite have the money yet to get the work done but I will alway's count on Dr. Mize

I can't even recall how many years I've been a patient of Dr. Mize but I know it's been well over 10 years. To make a long story short, I was told by a dentist in Wake Forest that I required a crown. The estimated cost was so high that I knew I wanted a second opinion. I randomly chose Dr. Mize and made an appointment. He immediately stated I "might" need a crown on that particular tooth in the future but he wouldn't consider it necessary now.

To date, I still don't have a crown on it. Dr. Mize will not conduct work that doesn't need to be done. He tells you if there's a problem and leaves it at that. It's comforting to know this guy really does have your best interest in mind. HONEST GUY!

I have seen Dr. Mize for an issue after getting a recommendation. As long as you take his advice and follow his recommendation, he is good and the staff will go above and beyond to help you. However, if you run into any issues, you are tossed aside and suddenly they have no appointments available or are not available to discuss the concerns. Dr. Mize is a very capable dentist, but after seeing communication ceases with problems, it is evident that professionalism is tossed aside and the entire staff takes personal offense. Hours here are much more limited than other local dentists.

Each time I've visited these people it has always been a positive experience. Today was no exception. As a 20 year military guy, I've sat in many dental chairs but perhaps today I had one of the most professional cleanings that I've ever had. Nicole was very thorough, great chair-side manner, and I wasn't made to feel guilty for not taking better care of my teeth.

The kit I was given as I left her office was just a touch of class. From there I had a front tooth filled by Dr Mize and it could not have gone better. Not to overuse this word but again professional describes his manner at the chair. He knows exactly how to put a patient at ease. This was a pain free event but more importantly, the work was flawless and feels very natural as though the whole ordeal never happened. Perhaps no one will say that they can't wait to go back to the dentist, but for me the dread factor is just not there. I highly recommend this team.

After a long search I finally found a great dentist in the Raleigh area with friendly staff. Takes pride in his work which is nice to see. For one year I tried to resolve a dental issue after my dog hit my month one day. That year I visited 5 dentists and only Dr. Mize came up with a solution that worked for me. After my first visit I left full of hope. But, now that the work is done I am happy and it feels good to have a dentist like Dr. Mize. Also, the dental hygienist did a great job and was very friendly.
