It was my first visit with Kalamazoo Smiles, it was recommended by a friend, and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the office. The girls at the desk were very nice and the girls in the room were very caring. The dentist was very thorough in her exam and was very knowledgeable about what treatment I would need to receive. Kalamazoo Smiles is wonderful Dental office! The front desk staff is super sweet and professional, they know there stuff! The assistant's and hygienist's are also professional and very nice, and caring as well. I saved the best for last. Dr. Katie is just wonderful, absolutely a genuine lovely person. She also very personable, she always asking about our g-kids. Makes me feel like she knows me, that's important to me. We really enjoy going to our Kalamazoo Smiles dental office! That's the truth!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, however, I have had nothing but great experiences going to Kalamazoo Smiles! They're all very kind and respectful of everyone and do everything within their power to put you at ease and make sure you are comfortable and doing good. I am a new patient at Kalamazoo Smiles. I could not be happier with the care given yesterday as I chose to have 2 crowns put on in 1 visit! I had a pain free experience throughout the process, which is a challenge for me. Having a 3d printer in the office allowed the dental work to be completed in 1 visit. The doctor and her staff were very attentive throughout the entire visit. The office staff was just as awesome and very helpful with scheduling and billing.

The ENTIRE staff at Kalamazoo Smiles is super friendly! My son is autistic and very sensitive to having any type of cleanings or dental work done; they were amazing with him! Not only were they able to get x-rays (both regular & panoramic) he left in a good mood, loving the staff, and willing to go back for future appointments! We look forward to long, wonderful relationship with Kalamazoo Smiles! Thank you all for the wonderful, caring services you provide! We are so excited to have found such an amazing dental office!

I am a new member there, receptionist was fantastic to work with. I needed some dental fix on my front teeth, both were chipped and needed to be capped. They got me in on short notice. The two young ladies that did the initial check were nice, friendly, and not rough. The dentist was also the same. I liked the Christmas music in the back ground and then the dentist singing Christmas music as she worked on my teeth. Great visit.

I highly recommend Kalamazoo Smiles. I have areas of gum recession and sensitivity so the hygienists are gentle yet thorough to clean my teeth. Even the luke-warm rinse water is much more comfortable to tolerate compared to the cold water used at most other offices. The video intro on their website is a nice touch and helped in my decision making when I was searching for a new provider.

Kalamazoo Smiles, starring Dr. Bandos and her fabulous team of hygienists, is a wonderfully warm, funny, comfortable office. Very caring personnel, very limited wait times for appointments. And they even let me watch my crown being printed on a 3D printer (which, if you have never seen one in action, is pretty cool).

Great staff! Entire staff makes your visit pleasant and comfortable. Great care and detail taken to provide the best service. Very friendly and caring. Very clean and modern. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care. They are very gentle and caring, do not want you to have any pain or discomfort during your visit.

Loved the atmosphere here. The staff was incredibly friendly. I made an appointment for my 8 year old daughter and myself for the same time. This was my daughters first time without me in the room with her and the staff made her feel completely comfortable. Her cleaning ended sooner than my own and she came and watched mine. To my surprise, the dentist engaged with her and answered the millions of questions my daughter through at her. Best experience I've had at a dental office.

Needed to switch to an office that could get myself and family in fast. Was happy to get in fast and get problem old filling tooth taken care of fast and relatively pain free! Great modern equipment and plenty of room to sit in each section while small children are getting work done. Friendly staff, not a long wait, just all and all 5 stars!

I had such a wonderful experience at Kalamazoo Smiles! The staff were all very friendly and personable, and the wait time for my appointment was not long at all. I don't have insurance, but they were helpful and considerate to walk me through the cost and necessity of each procedure before working on my teeth. (I believe I even overheard one of the staff members sweetly reading a book to one of the child patients across the way.) I would definitely recommend this dental office!

The entire team at Kalamazoo Smiles have been phenomenal with my 7 yo son. He needed a few procedures and made him feel comfortable the entire time and eased his anxiety. The front office staff has also been wonderful to work with, they tell costs up front and don't surprise us with anything. I would recommend this team to anyone needing dental work.

Dr. Schier and her team were so nice and put me right at ease. I came here because another dentist told me I needed work done that was a lot of money. Dr. Schier recommended a much more reasonable approach. It is great to find a dentist that is so nice as well as upfront, honest, and not just looking to do procedures to make money. Overall great experience!
