Perfect Smile

I registered as a new patient at this practice having recently moved into the area and on my first assessment I was told I needed fillings. I had the work performed and this is when the problems started. I had concerns regarding the work and discomfort I was experiencing afterwards and went back for a review only to be treated with disdain. The dentists bedside manner was not a pleasant experience.

I was told that the work was fine and I could have further work but it would be expensive and not yet required. I left feeling like I had been an inconvenience to him. However something still wasn't right, I trusted my gut and got a second opinion from another practice. My concerns were justified and the work he performed needed further attention.

I have now switched dentists and they are in the process of carrying out this further work. I'm sorry to read your response below but please see the the following dates in your records. 22/11/21 (13.10), 10/12/21 (11.25), 01/02/22 (17.45). I fail to see how you will not be able to find me now? I will not be returning to your surgery but will be following this up with an official written complaint.

I attended for implant surgery. Excellent service. All the staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and professional.

Imcompetent staff, especially namely Sarah - receptionist. Not picking phone. Sometime you get appointment with or without payment. The management seems to be non-existent. The rules are different for everyone. Not proffesional at all

I haven't been to a dentist for many years due to debilitating anxiety. I happened to be walking past after a doctor's appointment and spoke to the practice manager who couldn't have been more supportive and understanding. The dentist and dental nurse were so understanding and reassuring. They really helped me at a very difficult time and I really couldn't have asked for anything better.

These ladies were absolutely brilliant. I would wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Smile Dental Surgery to anybody suffering from anxiety related issues and needing to see a dentist. Thank you all so much.

I joined this dentist as an NHS patient, they couldn't fit me in for a check up for 3 months but I didn't grumble. When my appointment arrived, I explained I was having some pain and was then booked in to see a specialist as the tooth that was thought to be causing the problem was said to be a complicated case. In the meantime the dentist noticed a tiny hole in a neighbouring tooth which she said she could fill easily and without anaesthetic.

On doing the treatment it became apparent that it was this tooth that was causing the pain I'd been experiencing and not the said complicated tooth which has a crown fitted. I went home and the pain increased to the point of agony so I went back to the surgery 4 hours later. The dentist said she would book me in for an emergency appointment with another dentist to get a second opinion and the soonest emergency appointment they could offer me was in 35 days!

I couldn't quite believe it. 35 days when you are in agony is just not acceptable. Absolutely disgraceful service. We all know how awful toothache can be so for a dentist to expect a patient to wait 35 days when they are in excruciating pain is appalling, there is just no excuse for it. My GP prescribed something for the pain (they couldn't even do that) and I will see a private dentist tomorrow.

I feel this dental surgery is all about the money and less about the care. My advice to anyone looking for a dentist is to look elsewhere because God forbid you end up with an emergency, you may well end up suffering.

Fantastic service, lovely staff. I changed my dentist when moving house, but then came straight back! Highly recommended.

It's hard to find a good dentist but this is top. A friend recommended the team here and as someone with very sensitive teeth I really appreciate how they are gentle with each treatment. This level of care in invaluable and I'll be sticking with Caroline. Highly recommend.

Great experience from a very friendly staff. Dr. Skordis did an amazing job sorting out my wisdom tooth. He explained the procedure step by step and advised on home care too! Highly recommend!

They helped a lot when I needed an emergency appointment for my father, after calling 3 different dental places, they were the only one who rearranged their appointments to fit in this emergency appointment, staff were really friendly an experienced, the dentist which I have forgotten his name from Cyprus was really helpful and experienced, along with his assistant. Also receptionist Stacey was very helpful to call me back and find a slot asap while other dentist places were not. Great work guys

I needed a new dentist, searched online for one local. I called perfect smile, they got me in for a check-up within two weeks [i was surprised they could see me so fast as my last two dentist would take more than two weeks just for a check-up]. Turned out i need a couple of teeth pulled, they got me back in only a few days later for my first appointment, everything was explained to me, the teeth where removed and i hardly felt anything. best treatment i've ever had from a dentist. I highly recommend this place to those who are nervous about getting dental work done.
