Dr. Brad Strober, DMD, MAGD graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He continued his studies in the residency program at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He also is director of a dental study club in Pennsylvania. Dr. Cynthia Butkofskigraduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1996. We try to see you as soon as possible if you are having a problem, usually the same day. When you are in pain, you do not want to "wait until next Tuesday". Since we have three dentists, we are able to rotate our vacations and holidays off, so someone is always available to serve you. One dentist offices need to shut down when the dentist is away.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Gentle Dental Care is! They have been handling my dental care for over 17+ years.and there is a reason why. They are always professional and treat their patients with care, concern, and like "family". They ask how you are doing and actually wait for a response; unlike most customer base operations. This is the best dental practice hands down. Dr Heiss, and Dr Strober are personable, kind, and have a gentle touch. I have always had a fear of dentists, but this office put me at ease. Everyone is pleasant, the staff are always welcoming and inherently care about the patient. If you have any fears just try them once, you will quickly understand where im.coming from.

My aunt is a senior. She needs root canal treatment ASAP on both sides of her month and can't wait for her HMO insurance appointment that's at least 2 weeks later. She haven't eaten solid food for 3 weeks. We were very concerned. We went online found Gentle Dental with very high quality reviews and decided we must give it a go. The front desk admins are very detailed, patient and kind and able to squeeze her appointment in 2 days later understanding my aunt's situation is urgent because she's in so much pain and been on liquid diet for so long.
The entire staff team, each and every single one of them is extremely nice, gentle and shows true genuine human affection that they care! Dr. Strober is absolutely amazing! Love how down to earth he is. His professionalism and gentleness is very impressive. The whole office experience was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Gentle Dental to my love ones as I trust Dr. Strober's expertise is spectacular!

From the moment you walk in to the time you leave they are the best Dental Care provider I have ever gone to. I'm 62 years old and it took me 50 years to find a dentist that I love. Everybody is nice and makes you feel warm and welcome. Since Dr Messer retired I transitioned over to Dr Heiss. Besides being great at what she does, she is funny with a great personality. Traits you don't often see from a Dentist.
A dentist that can make you laugh in the chair is a 10 to me. I was shocked and lucky to get a Dentist just as good if not better than Dr. Messer. I drive 25 minutes to go there and probably pass 20 other dentists. But I have found them to be the best and it's well worth the ride. I will never change dentists again. Kudo's to the entire practice.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing experience. I was in need of a specialist for my dental need and found them thru a Google search. After reading their reviews, compared to others, I gave this place a call.and yes, they deserve all the stars. I would highly recommend to anyone with a specific need or regular. Caring, professional, knowledgeable + experienced staff. I hope their office never change bc I plan to get my insurance changed so my family can become regulars . This staff is so accommodating and friendly. They took my father in as a new patient for an emergency appointment with less than a day's notice and were able to see him immediately. The staff are all so friendly, thorough and caring. The hours are also very extensive. There was hardly any wait even with am emergency appointment. Very happy to have found Gentle Dental, I highly recommend them.
