Since 1985, my staff and I have been providing a warm, friendly and caring environment for our "family" of patients in the Palatine area. We believe in a very conservative approach to treatment. Most of our initial contact with our patients is spent listening to understand their needs and concerns, so we can provide the best treatment options available. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

He received his B.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his DMD degree from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine in 1985.

Before going to Dr. Salzberg I avoided going to the dentist for years because I had not met one that I liked. Dr. Salzerg and staff are amazing even tough procedures are done with minimal discomfort, and the dental assistants are also great. I have had quite a bit done all still amazing and done right the first time. I don't give 5 star reviews often, these guys deserve it.

Dr. Salzberg has been my dentist for a couple of years now. His practice performs routine teeth cleanings for me, and he's implemented a preventive care plan for me to ensure whatever future dental issues I may experience are kept to a minimum. Everyone at his practice is very competent, friendly, and helpful. I strongly recommend Dr. Salzberg to anyone seeking dental assistance.

Looking back I've been a patient of Doc Salzberg since 1988 when we met at Sears Dental Center in Schaumburg. Doc was straight out of dental college! I told Doc if he ever leaved Sears I would hunt him down lol. Yes, I found Doc in Palatine at his first office. Over the years he has saved many teeth and crowns when needed. He saved my smile and gums too!
The staff has always been the best and yes I love them all. Still can't believe it's been 32 years and here's too another 34 years when I got my 100th birthday. Thanks Doc Salzberg! You are simply a rockstar

The Dentist and staff are all 5-Star! I so appreciate the care and service that they provide their patients. Unfortunately my recent trips to see them have been dental emergencies. Even though I was not able to make it into their office before it closed - they told me to still come. Truly focused on their patients.you can not receive better care. Highly recommended.

I have a very serious phobia of dentists. I have had many bad experiences from different people over the years. I was nervous to meet Dr. Salzberg but my boyfriend recommended him. I am so glad to find him and his staff! He handled me so patiently and gently and explained everything along the way. I had to have a root canal and I was so anxious! He took his time and cared for me 100% I had NO problems during the procedure or after and was so relieved to have the pain gone. I have since had the crown repaired and a cleaning. I am so pleased to find this team so close to my new house. I recommend Dr. S and his team highly!

I'm one of those people who hate going to the dentist until I went to Dr. Salzberg. He was highly recommended to me and when I was experiencing terrible pain I contacted them and they made arrangements for me to come in right away. His manager Linda and all the people who work for him are amazing! REALLY AMAZING! He is the most conscientious, thorough, and caring dentist I've ever been to. This is the first time I felt safe and not afraid at the dentists office. Would highly recommend.

After moving, it's hard to find a new dentist you can trust. I came to Dr. Salzberg initially with a problem. Out of my own procrastination and not being as regular as I should be on my checkups, I had put off a throbbing tooth that I knew likely needed a root canal. I had called his office as a new patient to see if they could help me out. Luckily, I was able to get right in and be assessed (yes I did need the root canal) and get my root canal.
That was the beginning of my treatment with Dr. Salzberg. That was back in 2015 and I have been a happy patient ever since. The offices are always clean and the service is friendly and professional. He is great at communicating and creating a plan for treatment. He does everything possible to make the uncomfortable moments (shots and all) more bearable. His work is done with excellence. I am glad to have a dentist I trust and I truly enjoy my visits.

My experience with Dr. Salzberg has always been awesome. He has been my dentist of choice since 2009, and was impressed with how he cared for his patients. Thank you for being the best in the business. I travel from champaign for his service because of the staff's friendliness and caring attitude. I had a cleaning done an hour ago by the lovely Anne marie. She was chatty, gentle, and complimented me a lot on my teeth. Linda the office manager is the best, and frankly everyone there is warm and friendly.

I had a very positive experience during my first visit with Dr. Salzberg and his staff. All personnel are very friendly, competent, and extremely thorough. Due to recurring issues resulting from suboptimal care from my previous dentist, I visited Dr. Salzberg hoping he could address issues I had been experiencing for many years. After my 2 hour appointment today, I am extremely confident I'm now on the optimal path for preventive care for my teeth and gums. This is a big relief for me and gives me strong peace of mind!

I just came back from Dr. Salzberg office. I had a root canal procedure. I couldn't believe what happened to me. A complete root canal procedure with zero pain. I didn't even feel the needle. He is the best dentist I ever seen in my life. Also the most important thing is that he treats you like family not just a patient. He is very kind and caring, also his entire staff is awesome, and very friendly and professional. Thank you for this great experience. I am glad that I finally found the best.

WOW - all I have to say is THIS IS YOUR DENTIST! First of all, the staff is so wonderful and treats you like family. They are so incredibly kind and caring. I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel so welcomed and calm (which is the most important thing to me). Their prices are lower than the others I looked into and the office is extremely clean! I will tell ALL my friends about this Dental office and encourage them to change over to Dr. Salzberg and team!
