0 Stars - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Got my tooth chipped during a cleaning - hasn't been fixed yet because This horrible doctor says "Next time" EVERY time. Got a root canal and crown for my tooth and after paying $1100 It pops out a few moths later - randomly, not even while Im eating. I then call to get it put back in the same day it comes out and Im told they can fit me in the next week. SUPER LONG STORY CUT SHORT - cap / Crown no longer fits and DR is saying that I have to pay for a new one and that its my fault because I should've come in sooner. Dn't you think someone should've said that on the phone?

We have been coming to this dentist for a few years. Everyone is great! I have been dealing with headaches and they were able to figure out it was due to clenching my teeth. They gave me a mouth guard and everything has been great! Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to Dr Shah for over 10 years and have always had a great experience! The staff has been very helpful when it comes to insurance and payment issues. I recently had a root canal done, and they made sure I was comfortable and pain free through the entire procedure. Definitely recommend anyone come here for dental needs!

This place is a mess. Set an appointment with them and when I get there they cancel on me but if I cancel on them they charge me? No wonder I always see new employees there, they don't know how to treat people! I'm sad cause they use to be so great and I've been going there since 2016

The new office is spacious and inviting. The cleaning was painless and she was very considerate and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Shah is friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer any questions I have.

Dr. Shah is very nice and professional. He cares about his patients and exceeds expectations along with the rest of his staff. I have been telling everyone to go and see him. You will not be disappointed!

I had gone to Karing/Shah for quite a few years awhile back, after realizing that Shah never fixed anything that was not an emergency I quit going to him. After a few years I started to lose crowns on teeth that he had done root canals on. Because he never did the build up correctly and the base of the tooth would crack. Now I am on the 3rd tooth lost!

This one has the gutta-percha (which is used to pack the tooth after the root canal) all the way through the root of the tooth into my sinuses! Which is why the tooth now needs to be extracted. MY 3rd one! Trust me you will all regret having gone to Shah as he is just another scam artist. Ever notice how fast he talks? Its NOT by accident! This time I have proof.and I will file a complaint with the ADA!

Dr. Shah and his staff is very professional. I recently was having dinner when my crown fell out. I called the office they got me in within the hour and redid my crown, Don't know any where that gives that type of Service. Very satisfied customer. Regards Gary Moriarty

Dr Sha is a very polite and very good doctor, I can trust him with anything and he'll make sure my pleasures are satisfied. Another Doctor told me I needed a new implants because my bridge was trash but Dr Sha said nothing was wrong and my bridge is doing good. I have never felt any pain after getting any work done here with him. No pain no symptoms Dr Sha is amazing

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly and no crabby remarks to anyone for any reason. They always know my name too. I was scared of dentists. Last one was a wreck. But now I am so happy with my teeth. Dr. Shah had 10 years of catch up with me. I was there yesterday for deep cleaning, expecting the worse, and came out with a big smile.

When I had no insurance they worked with me on doing things over time so it wasn't as expensive. People aren't in the best mood when they go to a dentist and some reviews on here seem to have put that mood into their review. Usually only the complaints will take time to post stuff. I want to say if you want a great dental experience.go see Dr. Shah and staff!

Dr. Shah is honestly the best, he is very caring about his practice and patients. This review is long overdue for me. He's very honest and will not try to scam you into doing a service you don't need. Hands down, the best dentist I ever had

I have been coming to this office for over a decade. From root canals, to cleanings and now braces. Dr. Shah and Dr. Patel are phenomenal! My whole family comes here. I have a daughter who is special needs and they have so much patience with her. She actually loves coming to her visits! We used to live about 5-10 mins from office, now live about 40 mins from office and we don't mind driving out here! Highly recommend this place!

I went to Karing Denter Center for implants. These were not my first implants, I've had implants done by other dentists. The implants put in by Karing Dental Center have the most precise fit of them all, (they are perfect)! Dr. Shah did an x-ray on the implants after installing them and if they weren't perfect, he made the manufacture make new ones. I've had three implants put in by Dr. Shah. and they are perfect!

Karing dental is a great office. They are friendly, clean, updated and have very good hours. I highly suggest using them.

My family and I have been coming to Karing Dental for over 12 years! Dr. Shah is amazing! Over the years we have had root canals, cleanings every six months, braces, deep cleanings, etc. this is our family dentist. And the staff. love all the staff, super friendly, always remember all of our names and so very helpful, especially when it comes to dealing with the insurance! Another positive, this past weekend I knocked out a filling, came in and was taken care of immediately.

Dr. Shah and his team at Karing Dental have always done a great job. I can't complain not once. The first visit I had with this office was to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth. This experience was a breeze. Dr. shah made sure to follow up with me after it was all done. After a check up Dr. Shah recommended braces and I am glad he did! Recently I had my braces removed from the Karing dental and they did a great job with my new smile. This was an overall great experience. Again, thank you Dr. Shah and your staff for always going above and beyond creating a great dental visit!

I had braces done here back in 2011 and the application process left my face permanently scarred due to the dentist's negligence. He was on and off the phone with a friend or family member since he was speaking in a foreign language and laughing the entire time he was applying my braces and spilled some substance on the right side of my face, which he never wiped up.

It left painful chemical burns across my jaw, which he then claimed was not his doing and had multiple employees escort my mother and me out of his office. I have very visible scars left to this day that cannot be covered by makeup. Thanks for the permanent damage. If you want to keep your face in tact, I highly advise you run very far away from this place.

Dr. Patel has given me the smile I've wanted for a long time and has made me laugh in the process! He knows his stuff and his staff is great too! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get braces.

Do NOT come to this dentist. They will turn you around even if you have insurance. No customer loyalty. Patient being punished due to unresolved claims with the insurance. Here's the back story, I've been coming to this dentist for the last 5 years and hardly had any issue until today. They contacted me 4 times to confirm my appointment & each time I did.

I show up today and was told I need to pay $75 for my cleaning. My cleanings are covered under my insurance that I pay every pay period. I wasn't aware of any non-paid cleaning claims from my insurance company until I showed up to my appointment this morning. If there was an issue with my account I should have been notified PRIOR to my appointment.

I refuse to pay for a service that my insurance covers. I have no control over my insurance, I pay them and they are responsible for paying the dentist. My biggest issue with Karing Dental is their total disregard to my time, discriminatory behavior by denying me service and lack of organization skills. After being contacted on 4 separate occasions, I should have been notified of the unpaid claims. Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas to show up for an appointment that never happened. Shame on you AND your staff.

Beware of this false marketing technique. I received a email from this office stating that on reviewing my x rays that I might need a root canal. I am instructed to call their office for an appointment. I called a a gentleman said to call their office on Tuesday. The only problem is that I am not a patient of this office and have never been one. I am a dentist however and really object to this unethical approach to handling an attempt at marketing. How they received my e mail address is beyond me. Just got another e mail about my x ray showing a possible root canal needed.

Personally I think this place is a joke! I wanted my dental records and by the time I got them in the mail they were cut in half. So I called and they said they will call me back and they never did. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not professional

Always a good experience with Dr. Shah. The staff is very friendly always attentive and I have never had a bad experience. Even though I moved to Texas for work I still come here for all my dentist needs. Yes. That good. You will feel very comfortable with all the top of the line equipment.

Nice people, nice office and up-to-date technology. The hygienist iwas new to the office but she was very effective. Good communicator and kind. I doubt anybody enjoys going to the dentist but i'm guessing you'll find it pretty easy at this office.

I had original gone to a dentist who had great review, did a lot of publishings on newspapers, was on the tv shows and long story short I had to get a root canal on my tooth, well my smile was never the same, so when I went to ask if they could redo it, they kept making up excuses and overcharging me! Until I went to Karing Dental, they fixed my smile, I look better than before, they help me financial with the insurance and my out of pocket payment.

The only thing was that they were really harsh in the sense that I am very sensitive and well overall the whole processes was painful, they should have taken it more serious. Besides that they will be my new go to dentist clinic.

This is by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I went to get a cleaning, and I left with plaque still on my teeth. They wouldn't even floss behind my wire from my braces because they said they didn't want to loosen it. But every dentist says that it needs to be done At home, so why wouldn't they even floss my teeth? They barely do the work that is covered by insurance in order to get maximum profit. I have never been to a place like this, and will never go again.
