I have been coming here for years. But since the pandemic, I have been nervous. Finally went back. Dr. Kaufman & Team, thank-you! You made a very nervous patient extremely comfortable. I felt safe. I truly truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality. Grace.you were my angel during this visit. I looked to you for ease. I can't explain it, but you made all of my anxiety disappear.

She is very special and an incredible asset. The ladies at the front desk and the lady who did the cleaning were incredible. This group of people are so rare to find nowadays and I feel lucky to have you all. I love this dentist office, from the ladies at the front desk, the assistants, the doctors, everyone is so thorough. I feel so much better after getting my dental work done, the hygienist Rachel is so friendly did a great cleaning, i am having an implant done and dr. kaufman made me feel less nervous.

I've had several appointments with Dr. Mendola and he's fantastic! He's meticulous yet quick and efficient while working so you don't feel like you're there forever. He's also so soft-spoken so you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've also had oral surgery done by Dr. Kaufman and he was excellent to work with (he even called me the next day to check up on me).

I moved and live about 30 minutes away from the Bellmore office now but still don't want to change dentists because of their staff and service! They actually help accommodate my requests for appointment times too to make it more convenient for my schedule.

My family ( 4 of us) started going to NOW Dental last year. So far we have had, cleanings/check ups, some fillings, root canals, whitening treatments, crowns and implants. Its a lot for sure and a bit overwhelming you could imagine, but the staff at NOW dental made it easy. I find their staff organized and helpful especially when it came to Insurance and payments matters. Joanne the biller was always reachable via email or phone and goes out of her way to help any way she can. We saw multiple doctors there and all of them were friendly and personable. I think we are good for awhile now, but will be returning for future treatments.

I definitely recommend this office. This is the only place I've been comfortable with and stayed with. The entire staff is amazing. The women at the front desk are always helpful and polite. Their dental hygienist Patricia is the BEST. always thorough and answers all of my questions.

I've been going to Now Dental for many years now, have had many procedures to get my gums healthy and to keep my mouth as healthy as possible. Dr. Kaufman and his wonderful staff continue to make that happen. I've had implants and laser treatments and have always felt I'm getting the best treatment possible. Dr. Kaufman listens to my concerns and always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone needing special care!

Now Dental gets 5 stars! I've been going there for years. The place is always clean, professional and they take you on time. Two years ago when I had 3 cavities, Dr. Kauffman recommended I use a water pick for better cleaning and I haven't had any cavities since.

Dr. Kaufman and his assistant Vannita are my favorite duo here at Now Dental. They always make me feel welcomed and safe when doing procedures. Would 10/10 recommend this office location.

Amazing experience. The staff is warm, friendly and so professional. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. Couldn't be nicer. Dr. Kim is amazing. I broke my front tooth. Didn't even feel the injection. He prepared it for a veneer and made me a temporary that looks perfect. He also has a great bedside manner. He is very funny. His assistant Grace is a doll. I highly recommend Now Dental. Great experience!

If you care about your health at all and want to avoid contracting covid I would avoid going here, as a now former employee I saw first hand that Dr. Kaufman after testing positive on January 13th, still was coming into the office and seeing patients, putting his employees and patients at risk by exposing them including myself. They do not care to follow CDC covid guidelines this is why this virus continues to spread, just because they are taking your temperature at the front, does not mean the staff are not sick so beware.

Dr Lee did a wonderful job on my teeth. Friendly, thoughtful and considerate. His assistant is very professional, making sure to take her time, and being very detailed in her application and approach. Thank you Now Dental.

Had an emergency Saturday morning. Called Now Dental and was taken in immediately. I saw Dr. Kauffman who was on call. Emergency taken care off and now have a follow up visit. I was so thankful for his help, professionalism and the great care I received. I would recommend Now Dental for excellent dental care.

After 3 failed crowns I must say doctor Kaufman was more than accommodating. He was amazing. He let me ask a 100 questions and as a science teacher, he even let me watch my own oral surgery with a mirror. A lot of people couldn't stomach it, but I could, and he allowed it, and I'm deeply grateful for that! Also their office staff was kind and courteous and their office manager, Helene is a godsend who helped me navigate my insurance and my portion of the payment.

She made sure I was happy and was very considerate of my situation. They were just wonderful. How often can you leave a dentist that happy? Needless to say I left with a smile on my face. Pun intended!

My routine cleaning was cut short due to a treatment plan that was recommended which did not allow me a comfort zone and more time to think on my own and make a decision. NOW dental should be about doing your best job now while you can, I didn't have a good experience.

I am a former dentist and therefore very observant of all that you do. You guys are amazing and always a pleasure to come to. Your professionalism, expertise and the latest dental technology is very appreciated. I highly recommend your office to anyone seeking the best dentistry available. Well I got complicated jobs done and simple, they been taking care of my teeth for a while, they have experience working with insurance to you benefit, The place is clean professional, if I'm doing a cleaning job or something simple I still have my main doctor checking on me and the job being done. I'm honestly a quiet person and I do appreciate him reviewing the job.the people at the office are good, they keep reminding me of my appointment on text.if anything bothers me after a job done they take priority to see what it's and fix it so to Me that says a lot, I highly recommend it 3 years set go I was jumping from dentist to dentist Here I feel good, I'm young and picky-

I'm getting a new cap put in. Dr. Mendola is very good at explaining just what he's doing, and I had no pain. He also reassured me that I can call and come in if I have any problems before I come back to finish in 2 weeks. I also had work done with Dr. Kaufman. He is also an excellent dentist. I had gum surgery done. Everything turned out great. I'm not used to getting any work done other than 2 cleanings a year. So you can see where I'm very concerned about what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Patty as your hygienist. Debra Stone
