Everyone at this office is always efficient and pleasant without exception. And I always get the same technician for preventative care, so no surprises there either. All the work I have had has been done well the first time. Highly recommended!

I continue to try and have my dental work/exams done by Dr Tailor even though I don't live in Austin anymore. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Dr. Tailor is great. Her chair-side manor is soothing and patient. And she's very thorough and clear on what needs to be done and why. Plus, I was impressed with how her staff member (David, I think his name was) walked me through what my future plan of action would cost. Thanks, all.

I always receive excellent care with Dr. Tailor. I've been a patient for over 10 years and have no plans to change. The office staff always provides an estimate of what you will owe before your appointment so there are no surprises. And everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Cherian and Dr. Tailor are simply the best dentists. I got a notice from my insurance that they were no longer covered, and I was devastated. Thankfully that turned out to not be the case! Highly recommend both of them and their entire office.

It was my toddler's first time at the dentist and Dr. Taylor and her hygienist were phenomenal! They were patient, engaging, and educative, causing my son to cooperate with an entire cleaning and exam.

I have been going here for a year and I have never felt so comfortable going to the dentist. Everyone is so friendly, starting with the office staff and especially David. The dental hygienist is so kind and gentle. They are very thorough and make sure you understand everything that they are doing. I have had interactions with Dr. Cherian and she is so wonderful.

She makes sure to answer any and all questions that you have. She makes the dental process as easy and pain free as it can be. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Tailor is also great too!

Best dentist I've ever had. She will explain your procedure and answer any questions you may have. Making appointments are easy the front desk staff are very nice and professional and the dentist assistants are very professional. The office is always clean. I have been going there for 4+ years. I've been seeing Dr. Tailor for 7+ years and she's always been wonderful. My regular hygienist no longer works here, so I saw someone new today. Before I even sat in the chair, she gave me the most judgmental look and said "it's been a while" in the most condescending tone. (I did have to cancel my most recent 6 month appt. due to not being able to find a sub for my 2nd grade class).

She took x-rays and took a look at my teeth and automatically said she's going to take pictures of all the issues she's finding for the dentist to see. Dr. Tailor was very gentle and sweet explaining the information. The dental hygienist was passive aggressive and unnecessarily harsh on my teeth. Ultimately I was there for an hour, and left with no cleaning done and a treatment plan for $600+.

Sad to say I won't be back and am looking for a new dentist to clean my teeth. It feels like this place is trying to make up for lost $$ due to Covid closures. Front desk workers are nice, but so busy. You have to call when you arrive in your car so they can do a covid screening, and I had to call 6 times to get through without a busy signal.

The entire staff is amazing (patient, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, etc)! Dr Tailor is conservative in her approach to treating women trying to conceive and already pregnant. She goes over options and recommendations. Previous dentists just tell you what they're going to do without much explanation of what the process will be or other options to take. Dr Tailor explains well, asks if you have questions or concerns and is extremely friendly. So glad my husband found this practice and recommended it to me.

4/30/2019 Dr. Sweta Tailor and her staff are great. She had a very calm energy during my 4 visits in 1 week, and this same calmness applies to the rest of her staff. I had not been to the dentist in a long, long time because I thought my teeth were fine, and because I have an aversion to dentists (too many visits as a pre-teen and adolescent), but they cured me of my fear. Furthermore, I was leaving the state and losing my in-network dental coverage within a week, and they performed scheduling miracles to get the necessary work done in 5 days over 4 visits.

This went above and beyond any expectations I had. Finally, I feel that all of the work they did was great. It wasn't the horrible visits I remember as a teenager :). I will no longer be scared of the dentist. They busted through decades of my negative attitude regarding dental visits and demonstrated to me how important it is that you get proper dental care. Also notable, TVs over the chairs! Makes it easy to just relax, .i think i saw HGTV remodels in the Caribbean, very relaxing. And I got a free toothbrush and floss. :)

I am a new patient and wanted to share my experience. My experience with everyone in Dr. Tailors office was amazing. Scheduling an appointment was easy, the paperwork was easy to complete (and done before arriving to speed the check-in process) and the attention to protocol was great. Everyone is friendly and took the time to explain everything along the way. I appreciate the time the Dr. spent with me and her recommendation for my treatment plan. I definitely recommend this dental team.

My wife and daughter have been coming to Dr. Tailor's office for years at this point, but I am a new patient. Everyone at this office is so nice and I have felt super comfortable there, even during the pandemic. Not only do I feel like I have received top-notch care and service, but I honestly feel more knowledgeable about my teeth and gum health than I have at any other point in my life. I know how to maintain between visits (I have actually had to go twice in the last month) and they always take the time to answer my questions. A billion stars!

I have been a patient at this practice for about maybe five years. I trust them and appreciate the work that they do. I had been avoiding my routine cleaning due to personal covid-19 precautions that I was taking. But damage to the mouth guard/retainer I use while sleeping pushed me to schedule an appointment this month. I was very pleased with all they are doing to prevent the spread of covid-19 in their practice.

These are some of the things I noticed: they checked in with me multiple times to see if I had symptoms or was around anyone that had symptoms, I completed all paperwork at my house, they have high powered air filtration in each space, front desk is wearing masks, dental practitioners are wearing several layers of PPE (God bless them), there is a little contraption close to your mouth while you are getting work done to capture water droplets and they keep the office cooler so they aren't sweating under all that PPE.

They did have a new dentist join the practice since the last time I went and she is just as great as Dr. Tailor. I'm thankful my retainer is working again, my jaw isn't as tight, my teeth are clean and we are all staying safe.

As always, the entire team was great! From Daisy and David at the front desk, to hygienist Dani, to Dr Tailor. Not just outstanding dental care, but also a welcoming, friendly vibe that makes me know they genuinely care about me and my well-being. Can't recommend this practice highly enough.

This practice continues to amaze me. All of the desired COVID-19 practices are in place. They even warned me in advance that the office might feel cooler because they've had to lower the thermostat to accommodate all the extra clothing that the staff needs to wear to protect us and themselves. At checkin, I was told exactly what I was expected to pay and what might be an optional item - and what that might cost. Dr. Tailor showed me the areas that she is watching and why, so I understand possible issues in the future. (I have some fillings that are over 55 years old, so it's not surprising that some may be starting to have problems.) I really appreciate how I'm treated as an intelligent, responsible adult, and how the whole staff obviously is interested in helping me keep my teeth as healthy as possible.

Dr. Tailor is extremely sharp with great attention to the details. She's patient and gentle. An excellent dentist. I trust her completely. Her hygienists and other staff are professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.

The bait and switch: I've been using Dr. Tailor for years, but lately, there have been some changes. Money, not dental health, has become the priority of this dental practice. I set an appointment and was quoted a slightly discounted price since I'm over 65 and have no dental insurance. This price was verified by Dr. Tailor according to her receptionist.

Just two days before my appointment, David, their office manager informed me there would be an additional $30 charge! I canceled the appointment. Will $30 kill me? No. It was the bait and switch pricing that put me off. It seems Dr. Tailor and her office manager are much more interested in the almighty dollar than in their patient's dental health. At the very least, they are not honest about the cost of dental care. Beware of the changes in this dental practice!

Most gentle cleaning ever! The tech and dentist were both very knowledgeable and I could tell everyone knew what they were doing. Everyone at the front desk and on the phone were extremely nice and helpful. I fully trust them with my dental care and recommend them to anyone.

There's really not a lot to say but simply that she's the best. I've been going to Dr. Tailor since about 2009 and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. She takes time to explain things and will answer any questions you have. If you are new to the area and looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend her. I refer all my friends and coworkers to her. Her office is modern and very clean and easily accessible.

This is a re-review of my favorite dentist ever! She's still the best! My husband has had another dentist, one that he had for years before Dr. Tailor came to Austin, and when he chipped his tooth and needed more than just a basic cleaning, I forced him to switch to Dr. Tailor who miraculously got him on her schedule quickly and fixed his tooth perfectly. You'd never know he chipped it! I've referred my mom, dad, brother, and assorted friends as well. You can't find a better dentist in Austin!

I am probably one of the pickiest people out there as far as dentists. Dr. Tailor is amazing! She's gentle and answers all of my ridiculous questions very patiently and kindly. The thing I like most about her is that she is very very detail oriented. She also remembers everything! Thank you Dr. Tailor!

BEST DENTIST AND STAFF! My husband and I have always disliked dentists because the were part of "boutique" dental companies. Always upselling and everytime you went you came out feeling like the gave you the shake down! I stumbled upon Dr. Tailor when I had a dental emergency about 4 years ago and never looked back! I LOVE DR. TAILOR & HER STAFF! I finally convinced my husbsnd to try her and he loves going too! Visiting her office is a pleasure. No upselling or unneccesary treatments. You feel welcome in her office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. TAILOR!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Tailor. She is kind, gentle, and always wanting to give you the best information she can. She explains things in simple terms and is very sincere. I am one that typically dreads dental procedures, I get very nervous, but after having cavities filled at Dr. Tailors office, I no longer feel nervous for my next procedures I have to get.

They make sure you are extremely comfortable and do all they can to make it painless and quick. They do get booked out very quickly, so it can be hard to get an appointment at a date coming up, but they are so great about calling with any availability and openings to try to fit you in.

Pleasant, efficient and all around great. The office staff are thorough and helpful. I had an insurance issue and they contacted me to inform me of the issue giving me plenty of time to get it resolved before the appointment.

I really like Dr. Tailor's office. Dr. Tailor herself is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Her staff are professional and helpful when I need to change an appointment. I've never felt pressured here to do cosmetic procedures as I have in other dentists' offices. So far so good!

Hands down THE most gentle dentist I have ever had the pleasure of using. If I ever move from Austin I will fly in just for dental procedures! Thanks Doc for installing those TVs, makes the whole thing go by fast and painless.
