From Los Angeles to Sacramento, I have been to so many dentists, and have had every type of experience. The team at Dental Magic is top shelf! They really take care to consider every aspect of your care - cosmetic to financial to overall dental health. They work with the highest attention to detail and resources. My experience has been nothing short of 5 star. You cannot find a better dentist.

Spent 8k on my veneers and still aren't happy with them and Michelle did my crown which I still have problems with 3 years later. Super painful. Limited schedule. Wouldn't recommend. Do your research

Dr. Bartolome and her staff are warm and welcoming and at the same time professional. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Bartolommeo was gracious enough to fit me in to her very busy day; and this my was first time at this office! Her staff explained the procedure and offered options before beginning care. This is the best dental experience I've had and am very, very pleased with the outcome.

Wish I can give this office 10 stars! If your looking to have a complete new smile or even just for a regular check up look no further. Dr. Bartolome and her team are amazing and very comforting. They make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. I want to thank Dr Bartolome and Julie for my beautiful smile and making sure my crowns was perfect and finish before my wedding day. My new smile gave me confidence that I was missing and I'm glad I found Dr Bartolome office.

One of my biggest fears is the dentist. Because of this I was referred to Dr. Bartolome by a patient of hers. Dr. Bartolome and staff are outstanding, caring and the best! They were extremely understanding of my dental fears/anxiety and helped me every step of the way through my dental procedures. Dr, Bartolome truly cares and takes the time to understand her patient's needs.

I highly recommend this dental office to anyone whose needs are either just basic dental care or if you need extensive cosmetic work. They treat you with respect and gentleness and are always friendly and cheerful. Dr. Bartolome is excellent at what she does as are her assistants. Your comfort and satisfaction are paramount. My days of loathing going to the dentist are long gone since I became a client with this group. I had all my top teeth replaced with veneers several years ago, and they are still beautiful!

Made a appointment to get my front tooth shave while I was there they gave me a quilt to get a bridge so I said okay at almost the end of the appointment she shave the front tooth that's what I came there for than she said it looks so good that I probably won't come back as she is polishing it know this a cap that she polishing she turns the cap black and I went in there with a white one she did this so I would come back knowing that I have gray hair so I get the estimate on the way out and it's 7500 dollars so I know I only have 2500 dollars to spend so there know way know I have 1black tooth I'll be working with the dental board know and another thing she inflated the price.yes she real nice.

This review is long overdue, and Dr. Bartolome is the best! I have been coming to this office for years. One of my front teeth had a crown on it (car accident that knocked out my front tooth) that was done by another dentist long ago, and that crown chipped. My insurance wouldn't cover a new crown, so Dr. Bartolome who is an artist, was able to temporarily repair the chip.

Then a couple of years later it chipped again in another place. Insurance again refused coverage, so Dr. Bartolome fixed it again. At this point, my front tooth was kind of like a patchwork quilt. But you couldn't tell that there was anything wrong because she matched the color, and the chips were undetectable each time. Fast forward another couple of years and it chipped, again.

This time, insurance said they would cover it. A temporary was crafted that looked great and I went to the dental lab they use for a color match. I also decided to replace the old veneer on my other front tooth. I am very happy with the result. I appreciate Dr. Bartolome and her staff being patient with me while the tooth chipped repeatedly and insurance wouldn't initially cover it. This is a great practice. Dr. Bartolome excels at her profession and is hilarious. The staff is fantastic, Sheri, Laurie, Julie and Mary are the best. Love them!

I have been going to Dr. Bartolome for over 3 years now, and have had extensive work done, including cosmetic treatment. Dr. B is extremely knowledgeable and explained all procedures and available options in detail, and really listened to my input and addressed all my concerns thoroughly and clearly. Both Dr. B and Julie are amazingly gentle and truly transformed my idea of going to the dentist into a pleasant and fun experience. Yes, I know, who would have thought that going to the dentist could be fun? I always leave Dental Magic with a smile, and now an even bigger smile with my new beautiful teeth!

Dr. Bartolome and her staff are the very best dentist and technicians I have ever used. (In my 69 years). Professionalism is their first name. Then you go to caring. As far as I am concerned they put care in caring. By the WHOLE staff. They go above and beyond for everyone. I highly refer them. They are the best in Sacramento!

Since the moment I walked in, I had such a great experience! Dr Bartolome is amazing! Nothin but the absolute best ever staff! Dr. Bartolome is such a warm, personable, caring and generous person. I never have felt so welcomed and at home, I can't stress enough that this is the best cosmetic dentistry ever! It truly is dental magic!

We went for a temporary front upper bridge for the wife. At first, Bartolome was very happy to answer unlimited questions. But then once we started, suddenly we were taking up too much time with questions & distracting her. The $3000 finished product looked very much like unattractive plastic, and the 2 front teeth were canted (crooked).

I love love love this place so much! I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Not only is Dr Bartolome and the entire staff genuine, engaging and friendly, they are incredibly skilled practitioners. I came in recently as a new patient with a deadline, a missing tooth, and a messed up gumline I needed fixed pronto. They worked me in right away and Dr Bartolome and Julie made me gorgeous in time for my daughter's wedding.

These are very special people and even though I have to travel 45 minutes to get there, I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you need cosmetic work done - or any dental work done, do yourself a favor and go see Dr Michelle Bartolome and she can work some Dental Magic on you as well.

After using several dentists in Natomas I feared I would not have any teeth left due to abominable service from all these dentists! I had to go to Colorado to find DENTAL MAGIC in Sacramento. The dentist there referred me because apparently Michelle is the ONLY dentist in town studying for a special certification in Cosmetic Dentistry. I drive 40 miles to see her.

Just started going here. But I am very happy with the truly awsome staff. They appear to be perfectionist ( yippee) and they worked around my tight schedule. I have had no problems with their work (unlike the other 3 dentists). I am overjoyed to FINALLY get a dentist I can trust to do quality work.

Best dentist ever! Very professional office and warm staff. Dr. Bartolome has high standards for herself and her team, so that the end result is great dental health and beautiful teeth. I moved near Orange County nearly two years ago and saw a dentist there - no comparison. I now fly to Sacramento to have cleanings, fillings and x-rays; she's that GOOD! Her cosmetic work is impeccable and she uses the best lab in California. You will not be disappointed with the care here!

I had an cleaning appointment scheduled for yesterday at Dental Magic. Dr. Bartolome and her team were very accommodating as I needed extra services to be done. My cavity prone teeth needed to be filled and I needed a chip in my teeth to be repaired. Although her scheduled was filled to the brim, Dr. Bartolome somehow fit me in to get all three services done on the same day.

She was very accommodating and understanding of my busy schedule. I give the The Dental Magic team an A+ for their high quality work, friendliness, and excellent customer service. Thanks again for a great visit! I'll see you all in 6 months!

I'd been the victim of so-so dentistry in the UK, Australia and the U.S. for over 30 years. In fact I'd lost several teeth through a combination of shoddy dentistry and also neglect/mistrust on my part, developed in response to bad experiences. Ever since I started going to Dental Magic in 2008, that all changed. In addition to receiving the best dental care, they've also referred me onto good orthodontists, oral surgeons and periodontists, to help address the entire well being of my teeth, gums and bones.

To provide some comparison on a simple level: a "teeth cleaning" at my former dentist in Oakland might last 4-5 minutes. At Dental Magic it takes 30-40 minutes, with their technician's rigorous attention to detail. My teeth, bite and gums have never been better and most importantly, I trust in their professionalism. Coming from someone who was cynical about dentistry, that's no faint praise. I make a 200 mile round trip each time I visit them and it's worth every mile.

Dr. bartolme and her staff are awesome. I have anxiety about going to the dentist. They were very kind. They offered me nitris oxide to help me relax. My treatment took several visits but thru it all i never had a moment of pain. I LOVE my new smile. Dental Magic is the BEST

This is by far the best staff I've ever dealt with. Everyone is very polite and respectful, not to mention funny which makes it easy when getting any dental work done! You can tell the whole staff loves coming to work. I truly love my results and highly recommend Dental Magic! This is the "go to" place is Sacramento for sure!

I've been seeing the same dentist for approximately 10 years. I recently switched to doctor michelle bartelome primarily because she's so much closer to my house. From the minute I walked in the door, the receptionists were full of good information and were so patient in answering all of my questions and settling all of my concerns. The doctor has spent more time with me within the last 2 visits than any other dentist I've had, which really impressed me.

They go to any length to make sure you're comfortable. They have top notch technology and I was shocked when the assistant handed me wireless beats by dre headphones to listen to pandora while they do their procedures! They really "wow" me every time I come in! In 3 visits, they are resolving the last 5 years of ongoing issues that should've been handled by now. Thank you so much Michelle. You have a great team over there

You know how you "just know" when you trust someone? Especially when that trust is for a doctor or dentist. Well that is exactly what I knew the moment I called the Dental Magic office [and] then that feeling of trust was reinforced when Dr. Bartolome walked into the room to introduce herself. I was in Sacramento on business and needed a crown. Dr. Bartolome welcomed me as a new patient, worked with her lab for a quick two-day turnaround, and treated me as if she had been my dentist for years.

Probably the best dental experience I've ever had. I would even consider making a special trip to NoCal just to return to Dental Magic for future dental work. Thank you for a great experience. Oh, and Michelle's sense of humor while she's doing her work makes you forget she is drilling on your teeth!

Dr. Swearingen and Dr. Bartolome are fantastic! I have gone to this dental office for over 10 years now. Actually, I went there over 10 years ago, and then left them thinking that I could go anywhere for my dental needs. Well, that was a huge mistake! I went to another dentist in Elk Grove and went through the most horrible pain and humiliation for well over a year!

I came back to Dr. Swearengin and Dr. Bartolome and I am so thrilled that I did. They are true miracle workers who do the most beautiful and accurate work. They are extremely thorough with their procedures, explanations, and billing. They are honest and I appreciate that the most. They work hard to make you feel comfortable and they go the extra mile to make you feel good and at ease. Everyone from the front to the back staff are genuinely sweet, caring, and friendly. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Doctor Bartolome and her staff are BY FAR the best I have encountered in over a decade of dental work in numerous states. Everyone at the office is extremely helpful and friendly. They have gone out of their way to make everything from payment to treatment as easy and comfortable as possible. Best of all, now that I've completed my treatment, my teeth are beautifully straight and white--something I'd never been able to say, even after almost 7 years of braces and orthodontic work. I literally cannot say enough about what a great experience and results Dr. Bartolome and her staff provided--I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Sacramento area.

I cannot recommend the Dental Magic team enough. I just had my first visit to the office for a Zoom teeth whitening which turned out absolutely amazing, by the way. From the second I was warmly greeted at the door to the time I left the office, I encountered one of the most friendly, professional, experienced and thorough dental teams I've ever seen.
