The jaw joint, or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is one of the most complex in the body. Because of its complexity and role in speech and eating, it is not unusual for it to cause problems. The treatment of TMJ dysfunction is of particular interest to Dr. Trosien, as this was the focus of his research and thesis during his orthodontic residency.

I am so happy with my decision to have my braces done at Trosien Orthodontics. My teeth originally were very crooked and needed lots of work. My Daughter was so nerves to get her braces & scared at 8 years old. Dr Trosien & his staff made her feel safe & not so nerves by the time they started to put on her braces. She was smiling by the end of the appointment. I love this orthodontist my 2 other children have had braces from Dr Trosien. This orthodontist has the greatest staff & Dr Trosien is so so awesome to his patients & their parents.
