Family First Dentistry is one of the Sponsors at Chugiak High School in Football, Basketball and Volleyball. The owners of Family First Dentistry, Dr. Harr and Dr. Newell, are actively involved and support their community, as well as attending each game. Family First Dentistry donates to the "Ski 4 Kids" through the Nordic Skiing Association.

For decades Ive had debilitating dental anxiety - I had serious work to be done and everything went better than could be expected. I would have loved if the prices went so high, but that it what it is. I'm no longer anxious when I come here to have dental work done because of these folks, and the procedure they did has immensely imrpoved my day to day life.

I am the WORST PATIENT! I have a small mouth a tongue that likes to get in the way. They provide goofy gas and yes I need Valium for my upcoming tooth extraction. My team Dr Newell and assistant feels like this will make their job easier and I will be more at ease. I love they provide a detailed description of what my insurance covers and what my expected out of pocket costs.

This place is sooooo amazing. It was my second time there and everyone remembered who I was. They are intentional in making sure that the patients feel comfortable. I'm not a parent but if I was I would so take my children here. If you are looking for an amazing family dentist office look no more. I am so glad I found them. UPDATE: I still love this place and recommend this place to everyone!

I love Family First Dentistry. The doctors and hygienists are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are happy to share knowledge specific to you for ways to take better care of your teeth. Not only do I know what to do better in taking care of my teeth, but I also know why those things will help me specifically. I've never had better dental service!
