At First I thought that Wagner denture group was exceptional until they waited for me to get all my teeth extracted to tell me they would no longer have me as a patient and the reason they gave for the dismissal was that I had chosen another oral surgeon other then the one they had recommended but they had told me from the beginning that it was my choice on who I chose as my oral surgeon Laura an the other receptionist was very rude unprofessional and lied on me upon my submittance of a grievance and I'm not even sure that the dentist knows what is going on since Laura would not allow me to speak to any of the dentist's if I could I would give them NO STARS but as it is I have to give them one I do not recommend this place of business to anyone

I am in the process of replacing my dental implants. The process is being done by Dr. Stephen Wagner. I am SO IMPRESSED with this man! He is kind, caring, gentle and very impressive in many ways! He has to be the best In many states! He has a very capable crew working for him. I am so relaxed when I go for an appointment. If you need special work done on your teeth or have had an accident that did damage to your teeth, don't hesitate to call this office. I am one grateful, happy patient!

(Posting for my dad) Previously went here for dentures. Needed to get fitted for bottom dentures and also have some teeth extracted as well due to them going bad due to some medication that I am on. When I called to make an appt they refused my service due to my vaccination status and me not being able to get vaccinated they would no longer see me as a patient.

This is not the forest time I have had troubles with this office but I am now happy to be taking my money somewhere else. Don't waste your money here, take it to a company that won't refuse to treat you.

My fiance was supposed to get her dentures today but due to a new policy that NO ONE told her they refused her service. If you gonna make a NEW POLICY let your paients know before they drive there and during confermation of the appointment.

My partner has a very special circumstance for her implants. Dr. Wagner and all staff members have been great. I've only heard her say positive comments about the entire faculty.

Dr. Wagner is the only Maxillofacial prosthodontist in the state of NM. He is a wizard at being able to fix your smile. I had oral cancer when I first went to see Dr. Wagner. Naturally I was afraid and unsure of the procedure. Dr. Wagner walked me through it step by step until I understood what exactly he was going to be doing--then he reassured me every step of the way.

He was very gentle and never hurt me. The outcome was successful. I recommended Dr. Wagner to another friend who has having trouble with her false teeth and she had the same positive outcome. Appointments run on time and the staff is terrific. Friendly and accommodating. This is a happy Dentists office. I never dread going to Dr. Wagner for appointments. I bet even even the tooth fairy recommends Wagner Denture Group! Don't delay! Make the call and let Dr. Wagner help put that smile back on your face!

On my first visit I was met by a Smiling office Staff with a Goodmorning Greeting. After being introduced to my Technician I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Tatlock came in with a very nice introduction of himself and hearing my concerns or questions he explained to me what he will doing during the 4 visits I will be seen and the steps of making my New Upper plate.

All step by step procedures from the first visit to the Pick up of the Denture and after Care follow up. I Absolutely Recommend the Office of Dr. Wagner! They are Professional, Efficient and Care About You and you won't leave with any questions. Thank You for Everything! Great Job! Thomas

I have not had a good experience with this dentist. I like the dentists themselves but the front desk is always extremely rude. I have a feeling that they do not like people who use Medicaid for their insurance provider. My partials have never fit well, and due to the weirdness I feel from the front desk employees I feel anxiety calling or coming in for adjustments.

Today I called in to ask a question and the lady pressed me with questions regarding adjusting my partials. When I told her that I was seeing another dentist she insisted that her office would no longer be able to see me. I didn't even talk to a dentist about this or anything. She even insisted that the other dentist was not a "specialist" and that they would surely break my partials.

As far as I can tell the person who looked at my partials today not only made them fit my mouth but also listened to me and asked me questions about how they feel. As opposed to rushing me through procedures judging me for being a person on Medicaid and trying to scare me. I really don't appreciate someone who is not a dentist or even a dental assistant telling me things like this. It's unfortunate because I really liked the dentists themselves.

Dr. Steve Wagner is the best prosthodontist this side of L. A. After 4 years of appointments and my teeth removed at the V A, and a set of monolithic dentures, I heard of and found Dr. Wagner. After the first appointment with Steve I knew my implants would be the best. THEY ARE! I can eat again. My teeth look like my old teeth. Dr. Wagner worked with me until they were perfect. For a Veteran I am thankful to have received this gift from such an understanding, rare and talented pro.

Amazing Doctors and Assistants. Everyone is so friendly. The receptionists are so pleasant with everyone. Dr. Wagner and his staff have gone over and beyond to help me as a patient. I can't c day thank you enough. His work is unbelievable, without him I would not be able to drink or eat food without major discrepancies. I go see Dr. Wagner regularly and as always, I feel very welcomed. Thank you Dr. Wagner.
