Dr. Sally Cram attended Penn State University, where she pursued a major in Medical Technology, and then finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the William Smith College in Geneva, New York. Dr. Cram then graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1986.
Every patient is unique, and we are committed to providing you with quality periodontal and implant therapy based on your individual needs. Above all else, we want to make your visit to our office a pleasant experience. If your general dentist has given you a written referral or x-rays, please remember to bring them with you to your appointment.
Our goal is to provide state of the art periodontal treatment in a friendly, caring and comfortable environment. We understand financial pressures and our treatment recommendations tend to be conservative whenever possible. We also strive to make treatment affordable by keeping our fees reasonable and providing a variety of financial options.

Dr Cram and her staff are a great team combining competence and experience with a warm and reassuring behaviour with their patients. They are always available to answer questions and to support you in the various steps of your treatment. Worth it to mention also the very good organisation of the dental practice which is very much focused on safety during the covid pandemic.

I had gone for a routine cleaning appointment. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. She noticed right away that my mouth was dry(due to a medication I took) and further into the cleaning identified an area that needed more rigorous home care. Dr. Cram examined my mouth carefully after the cleaning and gave me a clean bill of health.

Dr. Cram is simply amazing! Yes, I am grinning from ear to ear as my entire mouth, teeth and gums feel so clean and refreshed! I felt the difference immediately. Because she is painless the procedure was like a "spa service". Dr. Cram has a very professional caring staff as well. I will continue to take care of my oral health with Dr. Cram and her staff as it is essential to my health and wellbeing. It is a must!

I have been in the caring hands of Dr. Cram for over 30 years. She continues to care for my teeth and gums just as she did when I first saw her. I am 70 years old, still have all my teeth, no gum disease, one cavity, and an extremely healthy mouth. She says it is because I do what as she asks, which may be true, but she is the one who tells me how and what to do.
I really feel I am her only patient. That is how she makes you feel with each visit. The thing I like above all else is her small, gentle hands that fit in my small mouth. I highly recommend Dr. Cram to anyone with gum issues. She will almost painlessly set you on the right track. She is the best!

Dr. Cram and her staff are pleasant, efficient and skillful. It is one of the most positive medical or dental offices I've ever been in. I appreciate that they aim to stay on time, communicate well and are good at what they do. I feel that my dental health is in excellent hands and can't recommend this dental practice highly enough.

I consulted Dr. Cram after my dentist identified what could be a significant problem. Dr. Cram gave me thorough and practical advice to address the issues. She has a very calming manner and completely inspires my confidence in her professional knowledge. I was amused that she hummed softly to herself while she was examining my teeth. It made me think she must really like what she does.

I just left my first visit with Dr. Cram. What a wonderful experience. I haven't had a lot of experiences with dentistry that I was happy about, but this appointment was really good. Dr. Cram and her staff were so calm, smart, informative, and patient. I left feeling much calmer about the procedure I have to have.

I've seen Dr. Sally Cram for several years and give her and her office staff my highest recommendation. She takes as much time as is needed to explain what's going on, what she recommends, and why. She answers all questions patiently, clearly, and thoughtfully, so I feel confident she is paying close attention to my case. She never makes me feel rushed, and she talks to my dentist and orthodontist to make sure everyone agrees with and knows about treatment choices.
She has even advocated on my behalf with my orthodontist, who was rushing through appointments and not answering questions in a way that gave me confidence she was paying attention. Finally, Dr. Cram's staff members are helpful, nice, friendly, and responsive.
