I've been going to Calcagno Cosmetic & Family Dentistry for almost 30 years. The staff are fabulous, they are professional, well-trained, friendly and helpful. Our family loves it here!

My family have been patients for over 20 years and the support staff have all been wonderful from basic cleanings, 3 of us going through Invisalign and myself having extensive procedures. They went out of their way to work with getting quotes on different insurance options, getting us in quickly when something last minute popped up with Invisalign and have been fabulous even through the retirement and transition from Gilly to Dr. A.

Always timely, super friendly staff and very comprehensive evaluation and care without overdoing. I have my regular preventive care (teeth cleaning) done here, and also did Invisalign with them. The experience has been excellent every time.

I love this place. I've been coming here for 6 years. I had Invisalign done. My teeth are beautiful. Everyone is wonderful to work with. They always call when check ups are due, which I find super nice because time just gets away in our busy lives. I've always been able to get an appointment within a week or two, no crazy long waits. I went there to get Veneers. Looked good at first. One of the Veneers was faulty turned dark on front tooth. Dr. Calcagno REFUSED to fix it! I paid a little over $6400.00 for these and now I have a DARK. FRONT TOOTH! SHE REFUSES TO TALK TO ME AND HAD HER LAWYER CONTACT ME TO SETTLE THIS. I WANT A FULL REFUND! PLEASE have your friends and family share this as I am sure this has happened to other people. I am posting this on all the social media platforms. Please share this! Over $6400.00 for a bad SMILE! Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and is always mindful of taking safety precautions. The dentists listen carefully to the patient's concerns, and they use the latest technology in their practice. I have been visiting various dentists for 78 years, and these dentists are the best.

I received care with insurance in 2018 I never received anything in the mail, no bill, no nothing for over 2 years. I thought all my work was covered by insurance. In early June I got a call from a "Kimberly" in billing and an email from her as well stating they were going to take me to court for the money I owed from over 2 years ago (no bills. were sent) I told her I would pay when I came in and when I could budget the amount.

Today I open up the mail to find a statement of claim (appearing) to be a court document. It is not filled even remotely the way it should be. It is basically a "threatening looking document" with inflated costs for filing and even more money than they originally claimed I owed. I would not even recommend my worst enemy to go see this Dentistry

I typically go to a different dentist in town, but was in need of some emergency care with a tooth and discovered Calcagno is open on Saturday's. I called right when the office opened Saturday morning and talked to such a friendly woman over the phone. They were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule and from the moment I made the call, walked in the door, and sat in the exam room I was treated with such kind, wonderful people. I am absolutely switching to their dental office! Amazing people!

For 15 years I have been searching for a cosmetic dentist I could trust. One who I felt confident in. I thought I would have to drive so much further than Rochester but I was wrong. I can't say enough that I wish I found Dr Calcagno and her team sooner. I had my last appointment with them on Friday and am so happy with my results. Walking out of. the office I couldn't stop smiling out loud.

I got in my car, looked in the mirror and smiled so big I laughed. Thank you so much for changing how I feel about myself. I am smiling bigger these days. For anyone questioning where to go for cosmetic work this is the right place.

Love the care I get here, everything from my normal check up to several fillings to Invisalign. Dr Calcagno and her staff always litsten to and address my questions and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone.
