I will have to say coming from a world of customer service to patient care I am a stickler for great customer services and care. I was not disappointed. There is wonderful staff there and Dr. Hinkle is very nice and patient. My daughters has transitioned from a pediatric dentist to an adult dentist. I was a little afraid of what to expect. But the doctor treated them with tenderness for they are still babies to me. Highly recommend.

The doctor and staff were very gentle and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience which is very important for a gal who's a chicken in the chair. Thank you Dr. Hickle and staff! You all rock!

I have dentist remorse. Before I found Dr. Hickle, I had very extensive and expensive dental work done. It was done very poorly. Dr. Hickle is "AMAZING". Her work is perfection. She has all the latest equipment and technology in her office. I always thought it was a toss up between an older dentist having more experience and a younger dentist being more updated in respect to technique and equipment.

When you first meet Dr. Hickle, if you are older as I am, you may feel a little uncomfortable because of her youth. She looks like she's about 14 years old. But, trust me, she knows what she's doing. She has a good eye for a matching tooth color (crowns). This is something that cannot be taught. The dental hygienist and front office staff are absolutely wonderful and competent as well.

I moved to Ohio nearly two years ago from CA and have been looking for a high quality, trustworthy dentist since. I had a terrible experience with a dentist in Cleveland so was extremely hesitant when trying another dentist, but after looking around and seeing Dr. Hickle's practice consistently coming up as a top rated practice, I decided to give it a go. Dr. Hickle has now fixed the old fillings the previous dentist did poorly, has also placed a crown and has done a phenomenal job! (I must add her entire team in the office is so welcoming and professional as well, the dental hygienists are great, & Doreen and Tracey have been so helpful and patient :)) She has a natural grace, is extremely thorough, truly listens and mitigates any fears associated with getting dental work done. I highly recommend Dr. Hickle and will be seeing her from here on out!

Dr. Hickle and her staff are wonderful. They are all kind and professional. They are always concerned about your comfort. There is an air filter in every treatment room. During my most recent visit they now have a filter that extracts droplets from the air during your procedure. More important than ever in today's world. The concern for their patients is obvious. The work they have done for me has been excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Hickle and her staff.

Always professional, courteous, and they love on my service dog puppies in training brought along for experience and socialization. And calming! And I appreciate the end results!

From the minute you walk in you are welcomed and the waiting area is clean and modern. The entire staff is super friendly and they use state of the art equipment. Love Dr. Hickle she is friendly, professional and wants the best for you. So happy we were recommended to her.

This morning my 4 year old daughter was upset because she found out her dental appointment was 16 days away. She didn't want to have to wait that long! At 7:30am she whined "I want to go to the dentist now." If that doesn't tell you how good of an experience you'll have, I don't know what will.

My family and I have been very impressed with the care provided by Dr. Hickle and her staff! She is the most thorough dentist that I have ever had- I knew that she was addressing all aspects of my dental and oral care. Her staff is also extremely organized, kind, and patient.
