**Updated 6/22/23** Husband had appt to get his dentures. was there 1 hr to find out his dentures didn't come come in. The staff lacks any knowledge of procedures there. Our time is important too!**I had to change from 1 star. Husband had appt. Checked in girls up front forgot to let anyone in back know wasted 1hour and 20 minutes of our day so we left call back to cancel insurance claim and go elsewhere ruthann call back got us another appointment for doctor Taylor on Monday and they call Monday morning to say Dr Taylor won't be in so we had to reschedule anyway. Finally Wednesday we got an appointment and now finally getting Dentures so my husband can eat. We'll see what happens the star could easily change again.

This Dentist office has the worst and rudest front desk and accounting staff that I have ever seen in my life (Anglica). I compare them to Comcast / Xfinity.

After my past cleaning, I had a tooth fall apart 2 weeks later due to a cavity. When I went in to have it looked it, their first question was, "when was the last time you had a cleaning?" Not only should they know this but they clearly weren't thorough even with x rays. I had a crown done to fix my tooth, had a temporary for 4 weeks, and have had a lot of pain.

When I went back for the permanent, the doctor said they did a bad job on the temporary which is why I've been in so much pain. And then he asks again, "when was the last time my teeth were cleaned?" Also a day before my appointment I got very sick with the flu so I called to reschedule because I didn't want to get the staff sick. Staff said no problem at all and scheduled me out another 2 weeks.

I got called by Regina on my original appointment time/day telling me I need to come in asap because if I wait too long the crown won't fit (which makes sense). I then rushed out on the spot to have the work done. I feel like nobody is on the same page and staff doesn't do a very thorough job with the cleanings, rushing the work, and terrible staff upfront not knowing how to schedule. All around a bad experience. This will be my last visit.

The staff were very nice. very humane & groovy. Dr Rick was super - really explained everything to me & nurse too. They put up with me. Being an ancient hippie. The care, kindness respect is so appreciative.

I really don't like writing reviews of the dentist, but I think it's time. I've been coming here for 2 years since my old dentist of 5 years decided to stop taking my insurance during a treatment plan. Yes, fun times. So, after calling around and checking with my insurance company, this place came up. I like them for a few reasons. Primarily because their open 7 days a week.

They have evening and weekend hours which is super important to me so it doesn't interfere with my work schedule to much. I tend to have better luck getting appointments right after work during the week then on the weekends. So why only 3 stars? They've flubbed up a couple times with my appointments and it makes me so mad when that happens.

One time I had a 7:30 cleaning appointment during the week. I get there and the lights are off and the doors are locked. I'm like WTF is going on here. Fortunately, the dentist and an assistant were in there and they let me in. The dentist helped me get another appointment and profusely apologized for the error. In regards to staff turnover, it doesn't really bother me since it's a dentists office.

I keep going here because it's not far from home, and it's just convenient. Plus, who wants to go through all the x rays and introductory stuff of switching. I mean, eventually I will leave this dentists office too, but go to whomever makes you happy, okay?

Office staff was very nice and Dr. Taylor was very personable! Even though they were short staffed during my visit the technician and Dr. Chani I think his name was, was very nice. I wish they would have explained exactly what was recommended before just saying ok we are going to do fillings sign this. But the gentleman that broke down the charges was great and helped me make a more informed decision on my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office and will be back again!

First appt.no one was @ reception desk to have me complete paperwork. While there xrays were done n then dentist attempted to do a 2nd time. There was no communication between staff. Their office had me come in a second time for no reason. After my insurance approved my determination of benefits I had to call office and leave s message for patient coordinator.

Its now been 3 days n no one has responded to even try to set up appointments to begin treatments. Very unprofessional n dont believe I will pursue any dental procedures from this facility

Dr Taylor's family dentistry is great. Got my husband in as a new patient on a Saturday for an emergency within an hour and a half. He has been going back ever since. The dentist he sees is awesome and she takes great care of him. We do not have dental insurance and they are very reasonably priced for paying out of pocket.

I had a crown put on today. Dr Regina is great. Polite, communicative, proficient and compassionate. Everyone there makes you feel safe and comfortable. Monet is the best too! Kind and patient, explains billing to you and works with you. Was afraid for years Love my Dentist now!

At first Dr. Taylor's Family Dental Center was a saving grace as I had a tooth crack and he was able to quickly help resolve the issue. Brought my very young kids here as a 4 year old and she had a cavity. He fixed that. Then with in 6 months she had way more. During the sessions, I had to hold her down and repeatedly was shamed as a mother for allowing her teeth to be this bad.

Well they didn't get that bad in 6 months. He never addressed the concerns I pointed out. After the final session of her screaming in pain and me being shamed again. Enough was enough, I found a pediatric dentist which I asked originally if I needed to find based on his terrible bedside manner. Her new dentist had to do massive work to fix all the fillings that she had done.

She also had to get the other side fixed that Dr. Taylor neglected to look at. My crown continues to pop off that he did. Last time it did, I called and was told to come in at 8:45am for a quick in and out re-cement and the dentist scheduled didn't show up. Waited 35 minutes until I had to ask what was going on. The fillings I had done still hurt.

I asked if a root canal would be better but was told no, fillings would be the start. Why start with fillings if there is a better solution when you are told big fillings for a small tooth.

Wow can't even answer the phone during business hours and the answering machine options make so sense at all, they ask you three times to press one to schedule something and still can't get ahold of anyone

Update: came in today to have my root canal. I did wait a little bit because a few people were running late but Dr. Regina was very nice and helpful, explaining everything very well, and did the procedure fairly quickly. The dental assistant was very kind and friendly. Everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful, and efficient. I appreciate everyone's help from this office!

This experience was much better than my last time in and I hope it stays that way! I didn't have any pain during the procedure either. Some of these bad reviews are probably legitimate. I scheduled an appointment online because I wasn't able to call during normal work hours and gave all the information needed for the appointment and insurance. The online form says the office will give you a call to confirm the appointment.

After a few days and not having received a call back, I called the office to confirm my appointment and that I was seeing a dentist for a root canal. Without taking any of my information, the receptionist told me my appointment was all set and confirmed my appointment with me. When I arrived today before my appointment (after waiting outside for 15 minutes reading all these bad reviews), the receptionist told me the dentist that is in today doesn't do root canals and they had no record of my appointment.

To be clear, I confirmed this appointment yesterday because I missed work to drive an hour to get here for today's appointment. I instead had to reschedule, drive an hour back home, and now come back and miss ANOTHER day of work. Please find a different dentist to go to until they figure things out here! I'll surely be finding a new dentist after this root canal if they ever actually get me in to do the procedure!

Sat in their disgusting waiting lounge for 2 hours and never got called back. First time patient, filled out the forms, waited an hour and fifteen minutes before asking the young lady at the desk how much longer. "should be very soon". A family walks in and each of them go back before me. I then proceed to walk up to the front and tell them to destroy all my information and cancel my appointment.

The lounge was disgusting, stains on the seats, ants crawling around, wall paper falling off the wall and every seat was available to sit in during the time of social distancing. I will not refer anyone here! STAY AWAY!

Horrible place. Filthy dirty. Look at employees reviews. That place has mice. Not state of the art like the employees are "forced" to write to keep their jobs. I had teeth pulled and when I asked Dr. Taylor how many he pulled he said "I don't know, I didn't count" that's when I knew I was in trouble. He used up all my insurance so I have paid $2,000.00 out of pocket to fix what he f'd up.

Stay far far away. Big turnover with employees. That's a big red flag. This all started the beginning of March and it's now the end of June and I'm still dealing with his bad dentistry. His excuse is that he's been doing it for 50 years and yelled at me like it's my fault that he can't do his job. 50 years.than why can't you fix what you f'd up. He needs to retire. He is burned out. He kept telling me to write a review so I did. Hope no one else has to go through what I have been through.

I didn't know about Dr. Taylor till I heard about them on the radio. I went to their office and they were very nice. The front desk was much better compared to some of the other dental office's I've been to. The office also had a very homey feel to it and I felt very comfortable there. Another thing was that Dr. Taylor was very nice, professional and he was very easy to talk to and to work with. The whole staff was very kind, experienced and courteous. I will definitely be coming back for all of my other dental services in the future.

The dental assistants and dentists that work here are excellent super nice and they were absolutely amazing with making me feel welcomed and comfortable however the receptionist staff part of this is rude and dehumanizing. My husband got transferred to Wisconsin for his job so we had to switch dentist we had just got xrays done at dr. Taylor's so when we moved and I set up new appointments at our new dentist I called and asked if they could send those xrays over to my new dentist because our insurance wasn't going to cover having them done again since we had literally just got them done.

I went to our new dentist they hadn't sent over the records I called several times and they kept saying they would do it but never did. My new dentist then called over 4 times trying to get them as well. They sent my husbands records after all that but then tried to say there would be a charge to get my xrays. So our dentist basically said that illegal with the insurance for them to do that so we called our insurance reported that and sure enough they are not allowed to do that. Luckily my dentist was so nice and sick of waiting she just redid my xrays for free.

Once they had finished up Dr. Taylor's office then sent my dental X-rays after all that. Then a week later I receive a text messages saying my husband and I both have appointments at Dr. Taylor's for May 16th and 17th that we did not make why would I make appointments when we don't live there I know I had not made there appointments in the past either because we knew we were moving for some time.

My guess is the staff was so rude they made those appointments hoping I wouldn't realize and they could charge me the 35$ fee of not showing! Luckily I have it set up where all that goes to my phone! Be warned about this place so sad because the dentist and assistants are so nice.

Always a great experience! Staff is awesome. I swapped over to Dr. Taylor a year ago and it has been nothing but great to me. Front desk is very organized and friendly and dental hygienists are very professional. I see monty for my cleanings/whitening and he's absolutely amazing! Highly recommended

Disgusting, unprofessional and VERY discriminatory! There office staff is the worst! Can't schedule nothing right! Today, my granddaughter had an appointment for a root canal, she is special needs and has a seizure disability! While she was in the chair, the dentist began scolding us, saying we cannot just walk in there on an emergency basis but we had an appointment set the week before!

My granddaughter missed 2 appointments this past year due to unexpected seizures and I called to reschedule! The dentist continued berating me in front of her and said we were not welcomed back with this medical condition that would cause a missed appointment! She then was speaking to Dr Taylor outside our room and he agreed and said to charge us the fullest! They are the most disgusting people ever

If I could give them 0 star I would! PEOPLE BE AWARE! Do not even think of this place! This place is a joke! So nasty/dirty and you can find spider webs everywhere, a live spider was walking on the cabinet while I was in a room talking with the doc! Please, do yourself a big favor and go somewhere that your business is appreciated and they offer at least decent service to you for the money you are paying!

Nothing like a dental office or medical provider office. Poor managment or no managment exist. They have to shut down this place, so dated and nasty office! All they care is money money money! They called me 4 times to confirm my appointment after rescheduling it 3 times due to their doc schedule! So unprofessional and unorganized! Seems like they have high turnovers too, cuz staffs are keep changing.

Enough is enough, I gave them enough chances, I am now happy with my new dentist at another dental office! NOT RECOMMENDED! Not organized, dirty dental office, very poor managment, not experienced and unprofessional staffs. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Taylor will RUIN YOUR TEETH! (0 stars if available) Where do I begin? I came to see Dr. Taylor with healthy teeth - I simply needed to refresh my top 8 Veneers (cosmetic). after 2 attempts by Dr. Taylor I am left with 1 chipped tooth, emergency root canal, fake/opaque veneers that protrude so far out that I talk with a lisp, they are sensitive to everything, and pain when I bite down - HE MADE ME MISERABLE.

I am 27 years old with ruined teeth. I've tried contacting them for 4 months (office, manager - Val, and Dr. Taylor himself) - he first yelled at me over the phone and said "i've bent over backwards" (yes I am not kidding!) & hung up on me! and they are not getting back to me. These people are a NIGHTMARE! This place is HORID! Broken windows, disgusting bathrooms, toilets have not been cleaned in long time, mildew on sinks, ripped patient seats, dust, and more. Horrible communication. I've had 4 cancelled appointments throughout this process.

No one knows whats going on in there. They are always out of products (my temps were a BRIGHT white because they ran out of other colors). Why did I go to him in the first place? because he was once a good cosmetic dentist and trusted service he provided 12 years ago - ITS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. I did not want to post a bad review. But honestly, he cannot treat people this way.

He ruined my teeth, I need root canals and re-dos and he is the blame and they are ignoring me. After my last appointment his wife cornered me and begged me to post a good review - these people are out of touch of reality. He effected me both physically and emotionally. SIMPLY HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS NIGHTMARE PLACE :(

It's been a few years since i had the good sense to depart that Taylor group of unprofessionals. No standards of practice in this office from which a staff member told me that had changed once Dr Taylors wife took over running his office. Object was to extract as much cash from you as they could. As far as the doc, he has a nice convincing smile going in but his work is far less than standard.

Rather than to fix the problem, its a make work strategy in that office. He got me for one extraction and implant thru an outsource dentist on demand. Ongoing issues with this implant but its my fault for placing my trust in the wrong so called dentist. They GOT my money, i still GOT the problem, but they only Got me once! I sure wish there was an official State site to view repremands, suspensions and fines for both the dental and medical industry, but a least we have yelp to help us decipher the good from the bad. Keep looking for a decent dentist, cause Dr Taylor & his rotating staff ain't it.

A must read. 1 star bc required otherwise 0 star! Where to begin? Beware and go elsewhere. It starts from the front to the top of the practice the employee's in the front office are inept, so very unprofessional with a lack of managerial and leadership skills required to run an office efficiently. The turn around is unbelievable from month to month. Dr's must strive and hire staff to any practice to reach for excellence called a mission statement.

Big fail! Dr drops the ball consistently. They never gave me good information regarding how much my insurance would pay, I always received a bill even after they gave me my copay on my visits that, I always paid on the spot. How they remain running blows my mind. They must not have anyone overseeing patient interaction, employees dress code if any at all one young girl was wearing yoga pants, my husband was appalled, (I was shocked! NO business would be tolerant of her attire she should have been sent home to change into something more appropriate in an office atmosphere!) I overheard a patient saying her visit was unsatisfactory as well as mine and she will not be returning either.

Even the staff commented on my poor choice of their own practice she suggested to go elsewhere, that is EPIC SCARY & simply unheard of seriously, her name is Kelly, she stated to me she didn't answer phones (no wonder I never got a return phone call) and she is still there? Why? She is part of the problem with zero intent to any solutions. Dr she needs to be fired what is going on, shady?

When a business is running justifiably unsatisfactory one must find out the solution 99.9% all staff must be replaced and start freshly, if at all. I gave them 2 chances and on both occasions they failed miserably NOT GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN their building has bad water damage, wall paper literally falling off, filthy flooring and dirty waiting area (germ infested at its worst.) Seriously, they need to retire throw in the towel and let a Dr that is genuinely interested in your/our oral health care and you as a person, (NOT money in his chair) that is a kind gentle Dr & staff to take care of our family-friendly community we deserve that!

My family has gone here for the last 3 years. When we first started it was wonderful. We mostly saw Dr. Taylor and his assistants and hygienists were friendly and professional and on time. Dr. Taylor was awesome and super gentle. But in the last year, the practice has totally changed. Dr. Taylor has had some health issues and the turnover has been huge.

Every time we go, the dentists, hygienists, assistants and office staff are different people. You don't get seen until at least 10-15 minutes after your appt time and when you finish they try to upsell you like crazy. They are really unprofessional in general. One dentist messed up my crown and Dr. Taylor had to fix it. It seems like there is no longer good management in the practice and everything is falling apart. The patients are no longer priority.

These dentists are absolutely horrible. I went in on a Friday morning and spent 6 and a half hrs there, getting some of my work done. They scheduled an appointment to finish the work for that Sunday. On Saturday, I got a call stating that I would need to find some other dentist as Dr Taylor doesn't want me to come back, EVER! All because I have a phobia of going to the dentist.

Today is Monday and my mouth is STILL sore! Do NOT go to this dental office if you want compassionate, empathetic, sympathetic people working on your teeth! My insurance is up at the end of the month so, THIS was my one n only chance to get anything done! I've NEVER gone to a more incompetent and MEAN dentist, EVER! Steer clear of these dentist at Dr Taylor's Dental Office and especially, do NOT see Dr Taylor!

People BEWARE! This dental office deserves a NEGATIVE rating, not even 1 star. WORST Dental experience of my life. Incompetent, lazy, and useless office staff. They do not bill insurance companies to get the dental work paid for, so the responsibility falls on YOU to pay. You call over and over to get some help, and NO ONE will call you back. They lie, and their work sucks. Crown cracked as soon as they put it on!

They frequently cancel appointments. Even if you have a scheduled appointment it takes hours to see a dentist. Routine procedures take twice as long as going anywhere else. I've walked out of a procedure being done because these people are so unprofessional and rude. Was billed for a DEEP CLEAN, and all they performed was a general cleaning. Positively THE WORST! STAY AWAY. I cannot stress this enough. STAY AWAY & tell every one you know to STAY AWAY!
