I've been using them for years. My overall dental health has improved. I get less cavities and my teeth are whiter! Very friendly staff. I think this is the best Dentist in Los Angeles.

It was my first time and o had a very good experience. They had comfortable furniture, they also had free beverages and snacks. The services and personals where excellent.

Best part of the in-house experience was the x-ray technician. Everything else was icy cold.

Such a nice office with the friendliest staff! Super easy to book appointments and instructions were very clear and simple. Tiff cleaned my teeth and she was so professional and efficient and good at her job. Would recommend 100%!

I'm doing my Invisalign with Wilshire Smile Studio and not only is the office lovely but the staff is all super friendly, helpful and they all have great senses of humor which is much appreciated. Cris and Dr. Twersky took me through the process and were able to answer all my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable with the process!

Dr. Twersky, Cris, Jun and the entire staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly, and professional. I got teeth cleaning, whitening, fillings, and veneers all done here within a couple months and I am very happy with the dental work. Greedy not honorable practice. I reported them to the board for sub part work done. I also plan to take them to small claims court. They are dishonest and tricky. They do jot honor their price that they quoted and resorted to trickery to get more fees. Reused to delivery final crowns for over a year and when temporaries fell out outright refused yet service. Horrible ethics! No remorse. Greedy disgusting!

This office was very professional and the staff are friendly! Hard to find a dentist who makes you feel safe and understood. They also do a good job of explaining what is going on with your teeth and your options. Never pushy or forceful! Also, love my dental hygienist, Tiffany! She is super warm and kind!

The facility was very nice and everyone has been accommodating. My experience here has been very pleasant especially with the care I have received. The staff are on top of their tasks and I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist in general and especially procedures with needles involved. They have been so kind and really help me feel calmer, explaining everything they're doing. I had 2 fillings a few weeks ago by Dr Izzy and the experience was like a cake walk, plus the fillings are perfect. Today I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Saadat and it went so smoothly and was over before I knew it.

There is one staff member in particular (I think her name is Brenda) who has the most calming energy, I know I am in good hands and cared for when I see her kind eyes. The office is clean and professional, I wish I had come here sooner. Thank you all!

Everyone on staff has been incredible and courteous to me. This has been my go-to dentist for almost a year now and I'm happy with the services (i.e. Invisalign, deep cleaning, etc). I've appreciated everyone's help--from the front desk staff to hygienists, like Gladys.

The staff are kind, thoughtful, and fast. But sadly, my experience with the office manager has been a disappointment. Though struggling through COVID like all healthcare providers, I've struggled to get responses or assistance for months in simple insurance claims and questions. Additionally, having gone through over a year's worth of Invisalign treatment and gum surgery at this location, I was pretty disappointed at the amount of times I had to come back in to get either residue removed from my teeth, and even stitches that were left in my gums long after my procedure. I've since found a new provider.

Wilshire Smile Studio is so great! I go there for my hygienist, and for all my dental needs. They always explain in detail whatever issues I have and how they will fix them. They are incredibly professional, service oriented, and affordable. The place is impeccable and the view from their office is pretty amazing too!

THIS DENTIST TRIED TO CHARGE ME $480 FOR A TEETH CLEANING AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE TEETH CLEANING THAT MY INSURANCE COVERS. On my first visit to this dentist, the dentist did an exam and then requested I setup a separate appointment to come in for teeth cleaning. I am used to having the teeth cleaning done at the same time as the exam, so it was a little annoying to setup two different appointments. Regardless, I scheduled the second appointment, and that is where the real issue occurred.

They tried to charge me $480 for a "deep cleaning" rather than do the standard teeth cleaning that my insurance covers. I specifically asked them to do the standard cleaning because I was not going to pay $480 to have my teeth cleaned when I have insurance for that. The receptionist stated they would not provide a regular cleaning since the dental hygienist recommended the "deep cleaning." So i had to cancel my appointment, rather than get my teeth cleaned, and they even charged me a $75 cancellation fee. Incredibly frustrating to pay $75 for nothing and now i have to find a new dentist after months of waiting on this appointment. Also parking is $20 at this place and they don't validate.

I have been going there for a few years now. My first time going was due to TMJ, which I no longer experience, due to the awesome care I have received from Wilshire Smile Studio. The office is state of the art, modern, ALWAYS clean. The receptionist's are very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Twersky is AWESOME and has a great sense of humor and his assistant Chris; is AWESOME too and a very sweet lady. Her and Dr Ywersky are a great team. I know people don't say this often. But I enjoy going to my dental appointments.

I love this place. When I came here 8 years ago my teeth were a mess. They bled. I had deep pockets. I had a number of cavities, needed a *couple* root canals and they had to redo some previous terrible dental work. They fixed it all. My teeth don't bleed. Gladys is a joy to work with (one of the assistants). The hygienists are all great. To be clear, it's not cheap.

But it's worth the money. I feel safe and comfortable. AND they're very understanding of how much numbing agent I need (I'm extremely sensitive in the mouth). My partner also comes here and they have treated him great too. It's a clean, courteous, fun office and I cannot more highly recommend it.

I came to Wilshire Smile Studio back in February 2021 after years of experiencing excruciating pain due to TMJ disorder. The staff and doctor were fantastic, attentive, and informative. I received a dental appliance that has allowed me to be pain free, comfortable, and function normally without pain. It's been one of the best investments I've made. I would highly recommend anyone suffering from TMJ disorder pain to make an appointment. You won't regret it!

Excellent place to have your dental care done. Very attentive staff and caring doctors. I had several procedures done here, including cleaning and surgery. They always made sure I was comfortable and understood the work being done. Dr. Tanavoli was excellent with the bone grafting she performed in me. Highly recommended!

LA Smiles is a hidden treasure right in the middle of our city. They are straightforward, kind and extremely thoughtful. The entire office goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, cared for and special. They are very patient and make sure you are not in any discomfort. I've been a patient here for about a decade and have watched a steady decline in service. The front desk is unorganized. Everything takes longer than it should. I have to ask multiple times for paperwork for my FSA. They're rarely ready to see me sooner than 15 minutes past an appointment time. Just got off the phone with a receptionist who's annoyed that I'm not there at 1 p.m. for an appointment someone told me 2 days ago was scheduled for 3:20 p.m.

Instead of apologizing to me for MY inconvenience, she sounded like she didn't believe me and was clearly aggravated that I inconvenienced HER. Parking is expensive, 2 separate treatment saleswomen gave me inaccurate information about expensive treatments. Well that's enough for one review. All the dentists and hygienists here are good, just not sure it's worth all the hassle anymore.

I'm very disappointed with Wilshire smile dental. They over charged me for my deep cleaning by $380 according to my insurance company co-pay. I'm Not going to let this go. Give me my money back!

My family dentist to go to since 2011. I love this place because it's close by from where I live, love the building on 16th floor and I always got nice view whenever I clean. My son got the invisalign there too and until today he has no problem with it. Thanks to all the staff and doctors there.

Where do I start! I love this place! #1 WE all wanted to know how much right? But they work with you, I had an amazing person do all she can to get my payments to what I can afford. The staff there are very respectful & they make you feel welcome. #2 Does it hurt? The work I needed on my teeth were 16 in total & the pain was nowhere to be found. #3 The before & after!

I am very pleased with my veneers 8 on the top & 8 on the bottom. They all look natural not that big bulky look. I recommend this place if you're looking to change that smile

I switched dentists to Wilshire Smile Studio and I'm so glad I did! They are friendly, professional and their service is great. Bita is the friendliest hygienist that I ever worked with.

They do their job but I have two critiques: firstly, they have never been on time. I leave work to fit this appointment in and would appreciate being able to count on my appointment being at the time it was scheduled, not 5-15 minutes after that. Second, every time I have come, they tell me something different that results in oh and we happen to have a paid service that could fix that. I don't want to be sold to. I just want to do what is necessary to keep my teeth clean and healthy.

I have been going to Wilshire Smile Studio and Dr. Twersky for over two years. He and the entire staff and wonderful. When ever I have a dental emergency they always find time and am always greeted with a smile (I assume a smile now with masks on). I recommend everyone at Wilshire Smile Studio for any and all dental needs.

Signed my son in at 12:30p I asked if they needed me for anything (2 times). The receptionist said no. Went to my car because I was on a meter. They called me back at 12:59p to tell me my bill went from $890 to over $1500. Daisy almost forgot to deduct my deposit from the new balance while I explained to her I'm a teacher on a budget. While running down to the meter they called me again at 1:45.

This time the doctor says my son needs another procedure. Why didn't he tell me while I was signing and paying on the new bill? They want to be paid but are not willing to give the service.at least not to me. Forgot to mention that they didn't start work on my son until 2:30.

I used to be in the dental industry and know many of the top dentists. I chose Wilshire Smile Studio because it provide highly-skilled dentists in different specialties, so it's my one-stop shop everything. I cannot say enough about their high standards and excellent staff.

Tiffany is the best hygienist ever. It's been over a year since I had a cleaning since COVID and I was so satisfied with my cleaning. She was careful since I have some teeth sensitivity but she was still very thorough. Loved it. Dr. Twersky was great as well. He was warm, thorough, and efficient. I appreciated how he walked me through his treatment plan and listened to my needs/concerns. Overall, I am very pleased with Wilshire Smile Studio.

My employer offers Aetna DMO and I was initially discouraged to find my options so limited as many offices only take PPO. But I am so glad I found Wilshire Smile Studio. They're not too far from my work/home, take my insurance, and have such friendly/skilled staff. I'm looking forward to my next appointment :

Haven't actually gotten any work done here yet, but so far the onboarding process has been a dream. I'm new to LA from NYC, and this has got to be the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. View is incredible, staff very friendly. They were happy to find a way to treat my gf and I at the same time so things were convenient for us. I've been going to Wilshire Smile Studio over a year and a half and while the dentist/technicians do a fantastic job with care, the front desk seems to lack organizational skills to run a proper business. Furthermore, they look any and all opportunity to hustle you into additional procedures, and lack any accountability when mistakes are made. While the work itself is great, I would not recommend Wilshire Smile Studio requiring more than 1-2 visits. There are plenty of dental offices in the area that have the capacity to provide excellent care plus great customer service.

I love coming here for all dental services. I am new to LA and was scared to go to the dentist before coming to Wilshire Smile Studio! Everyone there brings service to the table. Gaby is always scheduling things that makes it easy for any customer to feel like they are taken care of and considered. She always provides knowledge and thorough checks and balances. Jun has easily become one of my best friends there, with his knowledge, his ability to comfort you and make you feel apart of the family, he is easily the happiest person I have ever met and is a huge reason why I have come back to continue with Wilshire Smile Studio. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Dr. Sanai, who is nurturing and skillful in her craft. Thank you for your continued efforts of helping me get my smile back!

My experience with Dr. Twersky was fantastic, he fixed and completed a crown for me, was gentle, talked with me through what he was doing and I felt very comfortable. I also came back for a cleaning with Anisa. Wow, she was fantastic as well, my mouth/teeth/gums feel clean and my smile is shining. I have personally known Igal for 15+ years and I trusted coming to this practice because of that.

The first time I came to Wilshire Smile Studio was in July of 2017. I had the worst Gingivitis most people had ever seen. Not only were my gums terrible, my teeth were also very crooked and I had cavities. After 3 years of regular visits, Invisalign, gum surgery, cleanings, and whitening, I can now say I am the happiest I have ever been with my smile. The amount of confidence I have gained since fixing my smile is something I thought was impossible. I strongly recommend WSS and all of the amazing people that work there.

Being a patient of Wilshire Smile Studio has been a wonderful experience, and its surprising for me to say this about a dentist! The Doctor and team helped me get settle in and ease my anxiety considering I have never been a fan of visits to any health-related place. They were attentive, fast in responding to questions, and were ahead of the curve in following up and checking on my treatment progress. The location was very clean, inviting, and definitely looks like the professional space that a dentist in Los Angeles should have. I recommend this place to anyone.
