Windsor Family Dental PC

This was my first time visiting this dentist office and I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind and helpful. They got me all taken care of quickly and efficiently as I told them I had taken my lunch break to come see them for a chipped tooth. Thank you for all your help and I'm looking forward to coming back for a cleaning!

The dentist was, kind, thorough and demonstrated professionalism and acuity in his work. Bridget is awesome and the reason i have stayed through several provider changes in the office! Will always appreciate what you have done for me

They are wonderful! I love my hygienist, Ling. Their doctors are friendly and compassionate. When I had a problem with my gums, they got me in right away, and I felt so much better, fast. Love this practice!

The staff here are always friendly. I see Bridget for my dental work and cleanings. She is lovely and very skilled at her job! Dr. Lindsey is also warm, knowledgeable and a skilled dentist. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful visit. The front desk staff was friendly and the dental hygienist and dentist were helpful and kind. However, my appointment was at 8:00 am and when I scheduled the appointment they told me to arrive at 7:45 to fill out paperwork. Apparently they mentioned the same thing to others because there were 3 of us outside waiting to be let in prior to 8. Additionally, forms were sent to me to fill out prior to the appointment that I filled out but there was no record of them at check in. Not the biggest deal but was a waste of time to have to fill out again later in office. The friendliness of staff and ease of scheduling would make me return again though.

My husband went in went in and get a cleaning done waited for 30 minutes it only got a 15 minute cleaning this lady didn't even speak much English and just rushed through the service and my husband felt like he didn't get the proper cleaning that he pay for at all! It's ridiculous to charge so much and you only get 15 minutes of cleaning service when is supposed to be an hour. my husband rarely complains about amazing and when he does has to be something really really really bad I will not go there again.

Moved my kids to WFD after they graduated from Big Grins. Good service for several years but late 2020 changed jobs and insurance. In Jan 2021 they incorrectly billed the wrong insurance. I did not hear about the unpaid bill until August 2021 when they sent it to collections. Called their collection agency 12 times, nobody answered, had to leave messages, nobody called back.

After repeated notices from collection agency I walked a check in and paid the $38 at their office. Its Jan 2022, just got another letter from collections. The dental people seem to be good but the office has problems.

I was very pleased with my visit at Windsor Family Dentistry. The staff was very welcoming and professional and made every attempt to put me at ease. Dr. Lindsey had a great chair side manner and made sure I knew what was being done and why. The last experience I had with a dentist left me traumatized and I was extremely nervous before my appointment. Dr. Lindsey was very understanding and I was able to relax. I feel that moving forward I have found a dentist and a team I can trust.

I had a very good experience here. They were on time, the hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and very helpful with what I can do with my insurance so there will be no surprise billing. I was impressed with Dr. Roy Wortham. He was very friendly and helpful and I can tell he really cared. I will definitely be coming back.

I am a person that gets anxious about going to a Dentist, any Dentist. This day was no different, maybe even worse. I was going to a new Dentist. I was pleasantly welcomed by the receptionist. When I went in for the exam Bridget was a total delight. She made great conversation and made me feel like she understood all my disappointments on my failing teeth. After the exam I understood all my options on my teeth. I felt a little better about my teeth when I left.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They do good work! Nothing more you can ask for. We moved from Windsor but still go there because it has been so great!

Friendly staff, attentive to what I needed done, thorough, and very good at what they do. Will be bringing the rest of the family to them for all our dental needs.

Had crown work about a year ago that has caused pain since. First visit, about 1/2 hour in chair, some adjustments made to crown to eliminate bite pressure points and feel like new man! No more pain. Dr Roy and Windsor Family my new Dentist!

Super friendly, the dentist Roy is really nice and makes you feel good as a person! Quite informative with anything you wanna know or learn about you teeth! The receptionist and dental assistants were all very informative as well! I will definitely go again when I get an insurance they take!

The hygienist was very nice and listened when I had a concern about an area of my teeth. She took special care in that spot. Dr Lindsey was great! He took care of an issue with my night guard without hesitation.

I was really pleased with my hygienist. She was thorough start to finish. I had been to another dentist for 6 years and was told over and over to get a couple cavities fixed. I never did because my teeth didn't bother me and I did not want to spend my money on unnecessary cavities. I was expecting to be told today that I have 3+ cavities to fix. I was so pleased to be told everything that is seen can be kept an eye on it but no necessary fillings for the meantime. I like to trust my dentist office and for my first time here, I feel that I can trust these people! Thanks so much!

We called them due to emergency for my husband, and he was seen immediately. A few weeks later, I had a similar issue and was also seen immediately. Very friendly staff, the dentist we saw was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend, and not only in emergent situations. We will be back for general cleanings as well. A++

Great people! Explain in detail the work needed and develop a plan that won't break the bank. Would definitely recommend!

I was there two weeks ago.went back to change care for my kiddos.we love Windsor Family Dentistry. The staff are great, very patient with my kids, and fully discussed everything with them making sure they were comfortable. So glad we found them! Loving that we can all go to the same location, too.

I love Windsor Family Dentistry. They're very good at what they do. I drive over from North end of Fort Collins.
