Excellent service. The staff is very professional and thorough. They are using equipment and procedures that are more advanced and comprehensive that we have ever seen before.

The staff at Minnehaha Falls Family Dental is very friendly and their work is exceptional. I really enjoy my routine checkups/cleaning here because their staff does their job well without giving you a world of hurt. They are also very informational so they provide useful tips for your ongoing dental care at home and in terms of additional services they provide (without being pushy). Best dental experience I've ever had. Excellent intake process, friendly staff, strong adherence to COVID protocols, and the most thorough and well-explained patient exam I've ever had. Dr. Swenson and her team clearly take teaching patients seriously, and it makes a big difference! Can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

The dentist Jamie? and her assistant, Jackie, were very professional and kind during a long procedure to begin building a bridge for me. I felt the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Nicki, was a bit condescending and robotic when she spoke to me. I am always confused by the billing procedure at the end of the visit as I don't believe I have received complete information about the cost of each visit, when it is going to my Delta insurance and when it is not and certainly had not heard of the discount I can get using a check rather than a credit card.

As this is my fourth trip after leaving a dentist as he retired, I am surprised by the cost and length of the cleaning visits and not sure of why they are required as I did not receive this treatment previously. I apologize for not knowing the dentist's last name and felt she did a fine job.

I love these people! They listen to their patients needs and concerns. I've never felt uncomfortable with the hygienist nor the doctor. The people at the front desk are great communicators and leave you feeling well taking care of on your way out the door. As a person of color I've felt uncomfortable and unimportant at nomourus dentistries, but this practice makes certain that they're patients are treated with the upmost respect.

Everyone who works here is kind and friendly. I broke a tooth during quarantine, and was greatly relieved at how careful they are, and for the safety protocols they follow. I love it when I get one of the dental chairs that gently massages between my shoulder blades!

This is practice is outstanding. They are excellent dentists and dental assistants. Their equipment is up-to-date. They are fastidious about cleanliness without being overbearing. The atmosphere is warm and friendly without being excessive. The work they do is top-rate and they do not press clients for procedures about which the client is still considering. They communicate very well and give you detailed information about the work they are doing or plan to do.
