This was my first visit and I couldn't be happier. There was practically no wait time to see the doctor. He was very attentive and thorough. He spent a lot of time evaluating my teeth health and talking with me, asking a lot of questions. The office is very well organized and everything is running smoothly. There is a large stuff of very friendly ladies in the office.

I have been introduced to everyone of them by name and it makes it very personal and welcoming experience. They were all delightful and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Everybody was happy and truly genuine in their desire to help. I look forward coming back and to make this dental office my "home".

As a 63 year old individual who has seen several dentists over the years, I feel that Dr Riehl is one of the best dentists I have ever experienced. He is thorough, gentle, compassionate and can explain things in a way that most anyone can understand. His staff is also very very good and very kind.

I am a very anxious person especially at the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and let me be in control a little. They let me do a much as felt comfortable with and told me everything they were going to do before doing anything. I highly recommend Dr. Riehl and the staff there. It is a great atmosphere and they really listen to you and answer your questions the best they can.

Not our normal dentist, but so sweetly agreed to see my husb. on a Friday to make sure he didn't have a tooth abcess, as our dentist was out-of-country for a few wks and his assistant was sick. We SO appreciated their kindness and my husb. said they were extremely polite and efficient. We were very pleased and grateful.

Everyone from the office staff to Dr Riehl's assistants are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Riehl was very helpful with answering all of my questions concerning the procedures that will be done.

It is always a great experience when I go in for my Appointment. The staff is always smiling and cheerful. They are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I always seem to come out with a big smile on my face!

Most honest dentist I've come across in many years. Plus actually had contact with a dentist, rather than only the assistants. Would highly recommend. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

From the moment I talked to the receptionist I felt comfortable. I am one of those people who are not real excited about seeing a dentist, and have hesitation in doing so. To sum it up quite simply. Doctor Riehl is one of those people who after you meet with him will set your mind at ease knowing you are in not only competent, but caring hands. I not only recommend Doctor Riehl here on this web site, but have already recommended him to the people I know.

Entire office is very friendly and personable. Dr Riehl takes the time to understand your concerns and feelings and what you are hoping for your appt/teeth. He explains things thoroughly and he and the entire office really make the effort to make you comfortable and ensure that you know your opinion is important and taken into consideration for any dental plan you may need.

If you suffer from anxiety as I do at times, Dr. Riehl notices immediately and helps to calm the anxiety BEFORE it takes hold! Highly recommend. He's very gentle and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further! Keep smiling.

This dentist needlessly removed the 2nd molars from my top row of teeth back in 2004. (I had already had my back molars removed when I was a teenager so this left me with only twelve teeth on the top of my jaw.) They both had multiple fillings but none of them extended down near the roots and he could have easily put crowns on them. After they were removed, the adjacent teeth began to drift toward the back of my mouth, leaving gaps between my front molars and bicuspids.

Food would constantly get stuck between them and they were always getting infected. He mistakenly tried to fix the problem by shaving the top off my 2nd molar on the bottom tooth off so it would not contact my top tooth, thinking that it was "pushing" the top tooth toward the back of my mouth. It did not work, and the problem only got worse. Fourteen years later, after multiple fillings, and attempts my multiple dentists to correct my teeth, I still have gaps between my back teeth. Braces don't help because after they are taken off the teeth just drift back again to where they were.

Thanks to Dr. Riehl, I am missing six teeth in the back of my mouth. The gaps between my teeth have caused my first molars to deteriorate to the point where the roots around my last two remaining top molars are exposed and often in pain. My underbite has also gotten worse since he removed the teeth from the top of my mouth so that my top and bottom teeth do not line up. Once you remove your teeth you can never get them back. I wish I'd had the presence of mind to sue him when I had the chance.

Dr. Riehl and his staff are the best people to see. They are kind and make you feel welcomed; they make a visit to his clinic a joy rather than a chore. I would recommend Dr. Riehl to anyone who is looking for a good dentist.

Have been going to Dr. Riehl for the last 15+ years. I now live in Seattle but won't trust anyone else so I made the trip over on a Friday and he found a small cavity and squeezed me in for a filling that same day. Excellent staff, awesome doctor!

Being person who is not a fan of the dentist I never thought I would have such a great experience getting my teeth worked on. Dr. Riehl and his whole staff are very professional and kind. My experience at this office was definitely the most comfortable ever! They were all very in tune with my needs and did everything they could to meet them! Definitely going to refer everyone I know to Dr. Riehl!
