I have been a patient of Chalet dental for many years. The staff & Dentists are very friendly and professional. Dr. Jeff Trammell is my Dentist & he is very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Gutmann listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. Stephanie took good care of me through out my appointment.

Very friendly staff, super welcoming, I'm usually afraid of going to the dentist because I've had bad experiences but Chalet Dental Was great, the doctor was also super nice, all I can say is I recommend it! Try it out

Dr. Ross Austin is the best dentist I have ever been too. His bedside manner is so professional, easy to talk to and very easy to trust. I believe her name was Mia, she was my dental hygienist and she was probably the most caring person I have ever met. I truly love this place.

I have always felt very welcome and comforted at Chalet. I had a serious bout of white coat syndrome when visiting a dentist before becoming a patient of Chalet. Since my first visit, all those feeling has surpassed. Highly recommend!

I'm a veteran and appreciate seeing a local dentist rather than blow a whole day going to WALLA WALLA. However, the follow through I have experienced in trying to schedule appointments keeps me from giving 5 stars. They either can't get or don't have authorization for my appointments and it takes longer than it should to get authorization. At times I'm not sure the paperwork was sent in a timely manner.

I can't remember ever being "squeezed in" when i felt it was needed. We've now moved from Yakima but since we have family in Yakima we can make the most of our time there. I haven't yet sought dental care in our "new" locale. But it is lingering in my mind every time I think about making an appointment. However, the Dentists have been so professional, helpful and caring. That's what keeps me going back!

I find all of those who work at Chalet Dental, including all those at the front desk, the dental assistants, the dental hygienists, and Dr Gutmann, to be very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and really kind. All are very patient.and take time to explain my dental needs, making sure I understand my plan of care, and giving me a plan for success. It's not often or ever that I've said I truly enjoyed being at the Dentist today and look forward to my next visit. Yes, I said that and was extremely impressed with the service and care that I received from the Chalet team while making my first appointment there and being X-rayed as well as one of the BEST cleanings I've ever had. Denise was so sweet and kind getting my appointment in and juggling things around to accommodate my needs. Angie at the receptionist desk was fun and safe during my check in and out during the time of C-19. Dr. Tim Gutman (apologies if I butchered his last name) was very insightful and explained everything to me in a informative and professional manner. Kims cleaning was both thorough and gentle with great conversation during the process.

The gal (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who took the X-rays was so friendly as well In being careful and making me feel comfortable. Thank you again Chalet Dental and Stay Safe.
