This appointment is considered very important to both the patient and Dr. Blank. Because of this, we schedule 1.5 hours to spend with you. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time if you have completed the paperwork at home. At the conclusion of the first visit you should have a very good understanding of your current dental health.
The Dorsal Fin appliance is just one of several appliances that Dr. Blank can custom fit to help move your lower jaw forward while you sleep. Redid my whole mouth w new teeth in order to fix my bite & previous work(by others) which had gone awry. super office staff = very professional. & my bite is a zillion times better cuz it was way off. So he literally fixed my whole mouth(& lower chin/mouth area) which would have become deformed(from lack of solid teeth)

Absolutely phenomenal experiences. I've had an extreme dental phobia for years combined with a significant medical history and extensive dental work needed. His whole staff is exceptional, his technique and equipment is state of the art. The amount of precision and detail Dr. Blank exhibits in his work is above and beyond expectations. I could not be more pleased and finally gaining confidence back. If I could give a million stars I would. Highly recommend.

The BEST dentist I have EVER visited! I say this without reservation whatsoever. Dr. Blank is thorough, conscientious, and LISTENS to his patients and wants to know their concerns so he can address them completely. He spends the time to get to know who his patient is. Dr. Blank and his staff epitomize medical professionalism at its best - from the friendly greeting by Mary Ellen to the efficiency and politeness of Cheryl. PLUS, the DECOR of the office is delightful and tasteful - with the most comfy rocking chairs in the waiting room, where by the way, there is little to no waiting.
