Dentist is rude and Disrespectful to staff. Unpleasant and stressful work environment causing constant staff turnover. How sad . Ants, spider and beatles in the office. Who knows what else would be found if an inspection was done. GROSS Call Terminix for God's sake. That's disgusting

From the time I started my braces journey Dr D and entire staff have been nothing but welcoming and helpful! It's a great and atmosphere. Not only does Dr D help improve outer appearance with a more beautiful smile but she also gives little nuggets to help our inner being I enjoy each visit

The staff is bad and Dr. is moody. I had braces on twice with Dr. D. She is okay, but I'd go somewhere where someone cares more about the patient's needs than the money. She didn't make it clear that my teeth still needed a lot longer treatment the first time around and second time, her staff was unclear about the cost. This last experience, I tried to get a retainer and her secretary Katerina was rude and actually put the doctor on the phone with me with an attitude over me trying to schedule an appointment. Katerina, if you can't handle being clear and professional on the phone then maybe you shouldn't deal with customers. Although the Dr. goes through new employees all the time.

I came to this orthodontist office about three years ago and EVERY experience with Doctor and her staff has been delightful. You can tell that Dr. Decambre genuinely cares about her patients and does everything in her power to make sure that they are completely satisfied. If I ever have to recommend an orthodontics office to someone, it will be this one!

I love Dr Decambre and her staff! Especially Ruth! But they are all very friendly. I'm an adult who needed braces and the Dr made me feel very comfortable about my decision to get braces later rather than never. I'm halfway through treatment and even though I still have work needing done I already am more confident with my smile than when I first came in.

The pricing is the best I found in Port St. Lucie. I don't have insurance but due to their low pricing and payment options I was on my way to a new smile without going homeless. If you or a loved one are needing braces this place is where you need to go! Also they have free cookies and coffee at every visit! If that doesn't get you in the door I don't know what will.

Went in for a consultation for my daughter. Doctor and staff seemed very nice. However when it came time to discuss payment for braces/treatment it was cloudy. I was shown on a computer screen what the total cost would be and monthly payments would be. I couldn't get it in writing. I wanted to show my husband what we would be paying for our daughters treatment and they wouldn't print out or email a copy.

Also offered a discount if I would go with their office but I had to decide on that day. Very strange. We were in the office about an hour and a half. Needless to say I'm spending a small fortune and need to see the cost/financial fees in writing. We decided to go to a different doctor.
