It's so unfortunate that we did not have the same experience as others. That rude staff called Nicole does not know how to deal with customers. Heads up everyone, it seems like you are charged $50 after your 2nd missed appointment for any reason even if you are dying. Always remember to put people first, then money and things. Nicole needs to take a class in customer service and always remember that what goes around will eventually come back to you. We've looked for another dentist elsewhere.

Garrisonville Dental has very pleasant and professional staff. I tried different hygienists but they are all friendly and knowledgeable in their work. The Doctors are funny, and the best thing is they do care about the patients.

Getting a deep cleaning and very nervous. Pam made it very comfortable! Now I won't be canceling my next appointment like I planned to. I'm not kidding. I should send her flowers.

My mom is in town for a visit and had a dental "emergency" I gave them a call and they were able to see us the same day. My mom and I loved the customer service and the way the doctor took her time explaining things and finding different care plans that will suit her the best. I recommend them 100% Also my daughter and nephew had their wisdom tooth surgery here and they were excellent. Thank you!

My dentist, Dr. Conway, and her assistant, Karen, were amazing with me in getting a crown put on. I was very anxious about it. They explained everything and were so patient with me. They turned a scary unknown into something tolerable and comfortable.

Garrisonville Dental is amazing. Dr. Howard is the best dentist I have been seen by he's very meticulous and explains everything about what he's doing. His assistants are very knowledgeable as well and really make the trip to the dentist easier. The front desk staff is extremely kind and works with you to get you into the office to be seen as soon as possible.

I simply must RAVE about my experience at Garrisonville Dental! My hygienist was Carmen and she was FABULOUS! She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. I appreciate the level of care she provided me with as I'm like most and am a bit uncomfortable at the dentist. Her assistant Char was very welcoming and took my radiographs quickly. Dr. Conway did my exam and she was very kind and made sure I understood my treatment options and why she was recommending them. THIS is the CARE you WANT when you go to the dentist. And a HUGE thank you to everyone at the front desk, especially Stephanie at checkout! Can't wait to return to this office!

I visited Garrisonville Dental as a new patient today. Office staff was friendly and courteous. I was brought back for my appointment right on time. Sabrina, my hygienist, was super gentle! I have issues that make x-rays rather painful, but she was gentle and quick. The dr was also polite and willing to answer any questions. Great experience!

I can truly say every visit gets better. I truly found the best dentist office finally in my 40s. The staff is fun, friendly, keep you laughing and professional, and knows their stuff. Keeps you comfortable while performing the dental work but always checking on you. I highly recommend this location.

Yesterday was my very first visit and I was nervous coming to a new dentist, BUT as soon as I walked in the door the staff was very warm & welcoming. The office is very clean and organized! My dental hygienist Sabrina was super nice; took her time & explained everything she was doing. Absolutely recommend Garrisonville Dental!

The moment I walked in, to the moment I left it was a pleasant experience. Staff and Dr. Howard was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Howard and the Hygienist made my situation pleasant and easy.

I didn't even want to give this flim flamming office 1 star. My daughter went to this office for a few years. They never contacted us regarding any money owed. This office sent a garnishment to my daughter who is now 25, but at the time they said service was given she was 18. I'm still not understanding why we weren't contacted. They have me a collection agency number, that had no paperwork.

They tried to hurt someone's credit from the age of 19, not too mention we always paid the difference when ever she had a root canal. I ended up paying$712.00. I would never disregard something like that, especially when she was a college kid. Unprofessional all around.

This was my first visit and I had a pleasant experience. The dental assistant was professional and friendly. The doctor was the same and I like that they're conservative with recommendations and don't try to sell you the whole farm. This will very likely be our new dentist!

Great experience every time I go in for a cleaning. My hygienist is the best. Extremely knowledgeable, great at what she does. My teeth feel so clean afterwards. They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

I have no idea where to start because so many positive things come to mind when trying to make this review. I am so happy that I found this place, from a person with extreme anxiety when going to the dentist, I can say from the moment you walk in, it is amazing customer service from the beautiful ladies up front and it's not just check and sit down, I love the fact that they interact and go above to make sure they are doing what they can to make it easier for you.

I had the pleasure of having the service of Dr. Conway my last two visits and she is AMAZING! Dr. Conway is very knowledgeable and sweet and made me feel very comfortable as well as her dental assistants. The whole staff is very observant and helpful. This is such a professional and caring establishment for all your dental needs.

The staff are awesome and dentists really care about treating you! Highly recommend and will be back soon!
