Services
A crown is a cover or "cap" that restores the tooth to its normal shape, size, and function. Veneers improve the appearance of teeth by covering them with a very thin custom-made layer of porcelain. Dental braces straighten crooked teeth for an improved and more comfortable dental bite and appearance.
When you walk through the door at any of our Life Dental Group practices, you can expect a comfortable, welcoming experience from the check-in desk to your consultation with one of our highly trained dentists. We offer an array of general dentistry procedures and more specialized dentistry options such as cosmetic teeth whitening and teeth alignment treatment (dental braces).
I actually enjoyed my visit to a dentist office. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and everyone was trying to make my visit a comfortable one and a speedy one. I appreciate all of you. First time here and I was treated like family. I love Valen Johnson. She cleaned me up but what stood out to me was the fact that she seemed like a sister then just a dental hygienist.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Murphy and his staff today, and they are nothing short of spectacular! Ms. Tonya and the rest of front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, and Alisha made my visit so relaxing that I did not hesitate in scheduling my next visit! all in all-thorough, effective service and a GREAT staff!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Murphy and his entire staff! They are the type of clinic that goes above and beyond for their patients! I spent years searching for a dentist that I could trust to redo an old veneer that I was never happy with. I finally found Dr. Murphy, and he has given me the smile I used to envy of others! I am SO grateful for my beautiful new smile!

My dental appointment at Southern Family Dental was not your normal dental appointment, this was an experience that I have never experienced at a dental office before. The staff from the time I walked inside the building were amazing, they greeted me by my name and that made me feel so welcomed and not just as a patient. McKenzi the dental hygienist and Dr. Murphy were super AWESOME!
