This place is beyond amazing they helped me out by getting my mother in law in on an emergency basis.after having her heart failure, COVID, RA diagnosis and a stroke in the last few months the last thing we needed was lack of confidence with her because of a tooth being knocked out from a fall with physical therapy comes bumps along the way. But we didn't skip a beat thanks to the staff here for being so kind of her mental state and the work they did! You all are angels in my book! Thank you all!

I originally called this office looking for specific whitening trays. I loved the call so much that I cancelled my upcoming dentist appointment elsewhere. I've been in twice now and have never had a better experience in my life. The staff and Dr. Dowell are so nice, and spend time with you, explain things in depth which I need. This is the best experience I've ever had.

Best experience I have had with a dentist. They go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable. blanket, music, and conversation. Of course, I absolutely loved the puppy! I loved the dental assistant and Dr. Dowell. Very happy I switched to this office.

A follow up. I had the crown work completed. Two crowns in the same day. They are wonderful. The staff is exceptional and the dentist is gentle, and caring. They will tell you what they are going to do. Took their time. The dog is the best.

Dr. Dowell and her amazing team are so patient, kind, and professional. My roaring family of 3 girls can go in and my kids feel totally comfortable with all the staff members. And of course their favorite staffer, Rawley! Dr. Dowell explains each step and goes above and beyond to keep everyone comfortable and loving the dentist experience. I'd recommend Dowell Dentistry over and over again!

There aren't enough good things I can say about this amazing staff! My 7 year old needed to have a tooth pulled which we knew could be a traumatic experience as she has never liked the dentist and cries at every visit with her previous provider. At that office we were told due to COVID I would have to send my scared 7 year old back by herself for the procedure.

I understand the guidelines and I'm all for following those guidelines when necessary however this did not feel necessary. I was referred to Dr. Dowells office by a family friend. I called and explained our situation and from moment 1 I felt cared for and understood. They were able to get us in 2 days after I called WOW! My daughter felt so comfortable with every single person in the office and so did I.

They took their time, made sure my child felt comfortable and in control of the situation. An experience we had been dreading turned out to be a great one. I am so thankful to the staff and Dr. Dowell for taking care of my baby! We will never go anywhere else EVER!

My mentors recommended Dowell Dentistry to me since I needed a new place to go in Norman. Dr. Dowell and all the staff are AMAZING. They are all so knowledgeable, patient and make sure you are comfortable and know exactly what's going on at all times. They are all super sweet and easy to talk to! They make the overall experience as easy and cozy as possible. Plus, they have a sweet baby angel pup Rowley! They are willing to work with you as much as possible, which personally helps out so much being a college student. Will be going here from now on. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Dowell Dentistry is great! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! I have always been one to have anxiety when visiting the dentist, but not since becoming a patient here. I have pretty intense TMJD and Dr Dowell and Jamae have both always been very patient with me during treatments. I'm very thankful for Dr Dowell and her staff!

After my previous dentist had caused me a lot of pain and discomfort, I came to Dr. Dowell. In my first visit i said, "This is the best day of my life!" Which I never thought I would say sitting in a dentist's chair. Everyone on the staff is so wonderful and nice, since my first visit I have never had to sign in, I walk in and they say, "Hi, Nikki!" They know exactly who I am, which has never happened with ANY doctor before.

Their staff is warm, welcoming, helpful, and a lot of fun. They never make me feel bad about having a cavity or needing to work on my flossing. Not to mention they have a therapy dog! He totally knows when I need some extra support and its so great to have that, I wish every doctor's office would get a therapy dog as sweet as him! They fixed me up in a timely manner and worked extremely hard to get an infected tooth taken care of before my wedding.

I could not thank them enough for all that they have done and continue to do for me. I recommend Dowell to every person I meet, as soon as someone mentions their dentist I tellthem, "Nope, go to Dowell." Thank you ladies for all you have done for me!

Dr. Dowell and her staff are very friendly to my family. They are very detailed in their services and it shows. They are like family, when we come back for our regular visits, we pick our conversion right back up. They show that they care for their patients.
