Dr. Max Higbee is a native Oregonian who attended the University of Oregon prior to receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Oregon Dental School, now the OHSU Dental School. He first put his skills to practice serving as a dentist during the Vietnam War. Due to his passion for his patients and a forward thinking philosophy, his practice continues to grow and expand.
I have been working at Redmond Dental Group for over 35 years. First as a dental assistant and for the last 20 years as a dental hygienist. Helping patients have the best experience possible is our number one priority at RDG. I feel fortunate to have been allowed to assist patients with their dental health over the years.
Dr. Ho is a bright and friendly addition to the Redmond Dental Group family. She grew up in Georgia before moving to California. Graduating from UCSD with a Bachelors in Communication, she went onto excel in her Dental class at Midwestern University in Arizona where she received her DMD. After graduating she moved to Oregon because of her love for fishing, mountain biking, hiking and enjoying a good meal. She originally practiced in Roseburg and has been practicing at Redmond Dental Group for nearly a year now.
Redmond Dental Group originally started as Dr. Higbee's own private practice more than 30 years ago. It began on one basic premise: to provide the best possible dental care in Redmond and Central Oregon. Over the years, our patient-centered approach has grown our business and created a solid base of more than 7,000 satisfied patients.

This practice is absolutely amazing! I brought my 3 and 6 year old in for a cleaning and they were so fantastic with them. The front desk staff was amazing at check in. The dental hygienist took time with my children and made them feel very comfortable. She made them balloon animals which they loved. Dr Max was extraordinary and my kids were very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend their office and my children can't wait to go back.

I had an appointment never got a call reminder (4months I waited) they would rather have $$$ patient then OHP If u call and say u have an issue and cash in hand they will get ur right in but if u call and are OHP they r at least 3 - 4 months out and don't care if ur in pain! Don't waste ur time these people truly don't care! And when I called they where very very rude!

These people are so kind and helpful! I have had anxiety about the dentist for many years from past experiences elsewhere. Everything they did made me feel comfortable and cared for. The work they did on my teeth has helped improve my life ten fold. Thank you Dr. Max and Courtney and everyone else on the staff

Worst experience I've ever had in my life, as far as dental service goes. There should be a no star, or negative star option. Pulled my teeth, then made me wait ten weeks for partials because their lab tech was on vacation. Meanwhile my insurance was cut off. Now in order to get my partials I have to pay 2800. Out of pocket. If they wouldn't have taken so long, I'd have them because my insurance would still pay, But only if the partials took under 45 days from my last impressions.
So now I get to walk around with missing teeth because staff needs vacations. There is so much more, but this was the big one. Love my dentists and assistance, it's the office ladies that are rediculous, and horrible in the customer service, and caring department. It could be a great place, but they need to be replaced. They fixed it which was very nice. I updated their Stars

I had my first appointment in 6 years and walked in absolutely terrified. I have a ton of work to do, but Jackie was incredible! She was so patient and understanding and treated me like family. Dr. Max was awesome, too! They helped break everything down financially and took the time to talk through everything I need done with me and made sure I fully understood.
