Dr Cohen was so knowledgeable and had incredible bedside manner! Highly recommend office and dentist!

Dr. Cohen is our pediatric dentist. He sees our two boys ages 18mo and 3yrs. Both of my boys love him. The office staff is patient and pleasant and we always feel comfortable while there. Dr. Cohen is knowledgeable, thorough and explains everything in simple term. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My two boys love Dr. Cohen and his staff. Everyone is so kind and caring. You always leave this office feeling like your kiddos are in great hands. Always a great experience.

Dr. Cohen is wonderful and honest. If I could have a great experience from scheduling through the entire appointment I would give this a 5 star. Unfortunately, the doctor is the only thing I LOVED about this office. Things that didn't work for me: - Constantly having to be rescheduled. 2/3rds of my appointments had to be rescheduled and could not offer me time frames that were reasonable to my original appointments. - Reminders were an issue.

When I started at this office I told them this was one of the most important things was being reminded because as a single parent I am GO-GO-GO and need the reminders. They promised they were great at calling a week out and a day out. Well, that was a lie, I was lucky if I got a text the day of the appointment. - When I attempted to bring up my issues with the office they didn't even care.

They just wanted to cancel my future appointments and get me off the phone. No apology, no questions. If you are looking for a great Doctor and nothing else this place will please you.

Fourth time rescheduling for a sealant. I understand there are emergencies etc. but this is excessive to reschedule the same appointment over 5 months.

My daughter had to wait 55 minutes to be seen. They brought her back to a chair, and I for once, stayed in the lobby, since she is 15. It was only when I went back to check on everything, thinking the appt seemed awfully long, , that I realized she hadn't even been seen yet. And, it was only then, that Dr. Cohen went over to examine her. Next time I will go with her, as this may have been part of the issue, no one to ask about the delay.

I realize out appt was 2 days before Thanksgiving and the office was quite busy, but at least communicate with the pt and/or parent as to what's going on. I worked as a provider for many years, and understand how easy it is to run late, but also how important communication is when this type of situation occurs

Best pediatric dentist by far! I can not say enough about this dentist and the care and knowledge he possesses. He is a rare find in the world today. Still loves what he does. All three of my children were patients. My last one is 15 and I will be so upset when we have to move to an adult dentist. Love love love the whole crew. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Dr. Cohen and the staff are simply amazing. Their care, attention, and detail is phenomenal. They make you feel like your little ones are part of their family. I trust Dr Cohen implicitly with the care and need of my 3 boys. No other place comes close to their excellence!

Dr. Cohen is attentive, compassionate, patient, and kind. He is conservative in his treatments and doesn't push extra, fancy, unnecessary treatments. We trust and love the entire staff.

I have had such a great experience with Dr. Cohen. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like my kids are in such great hands with Dr. Cohen. He is so patient and caring and always takes the time to address any concerns. I like that he has a preventative approach and how he makes sure to give clear instructions to parents and children. Once, when my young son fell, cut his lip and badly damaged his gum tissue, Dr. Cohen was available during off-hours to take my call and to follow up later to see how he was doing. He's an excellent pediatric dentist!

Couldn't have had a better experience! My 5yr old loved every second of her dentist appointment today. Dr. Cohen and his staff made her feel comfortable and brave at the same time! Dr. Cohen is one of a kind and I highly recommend his office!

The orthodontist department never orders the correct Invisalign trays. I have never left an appointment with the trays I should have, which has unnecessarily prolonged the experience and weakened the effectiveness of the Invisalign. Don't go to the orthodontist here unless you want to waste your time and money due to a lack of organization.

We love Dr Cohen and his staff. They are always nice and caring. Dr Cohen only suggests treatments that are necessary and always looks out for his patient like his own child. My son looks forward to going to the dentist.

I took my son to get his teeth exhaled for the first time and let me say the service is amazing and love how they explained things. My son had a great time with them. I highly recommend to go.

Dr. Cohen and the team of specialists are great. My kids actually get excited on the day they get to go to the dentist. And while my son's largely been free and clear of issues, my daughter has the teeth of a pirate who's been at sea for 5 years. And despite being just 4 years old at the time and having to go to multiple appointments, she was excited for each one.

Part of that is the experience but the main part is the people. Starting with Dr. Cohen, they're all exceptionally nice and care for the kids as if they were their own. Can't recommend them enough.

My children have been going here since they were born and we absolutely love this group! They are the most welcoming and calm people on the planet! He takes the time to calm the kids down and explains what he will be doing each step of the way. I highly recommend his practice for anyone that wants a longterm dentist for your children! Believe it or not, my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Probably because of the fun machines with toys they get at the end of the appointment but still! LOL ~Bill O'Donnell

A friend recommended Dr. Cohen & I'm so happy she did. Dr. Cohen & his staff are AMAZING! He has an encouraging and gentle manner. He respects where the child is emotionally and is able to roll with whatever comes up.

Happy to not to do this dentist any longer. First they suggested putting my three year old under for a procedure and now we got this letter from them because we are busy and haven't had time to go back. Be advised they have never personally called us and I only recall like one thing in the mail about a reminder for appointment.

It's not often that you get to roll out a wonderful review for a doctor's office especially a dentist, but Dr. Cohen's office is wonderful from the doctor to the receptionists. We had great luck up in Flagstaff with a pediatric dentist and are thrilled to have had it here in Scottsdale/Phoenix. We found Dr. Cohen off Yelp, and feel really lucky to have found him for our son. Thanks!

My daughter has seen Dr. Cohen for about three years. She has been in for several routine visits as well as a dental emergency where she needed her front teeth basically rebuilt. Dr. Cohen has been amazingly patient and kind on every visit, and he is really good with my daughter (and with me as the VERY concerned mother). I appreciate that he always gives treatment options - from the least to most aggressive - and then gives his opinion on how he would proceed.

On every occasion, he has always suggested the least aggressive (and least expensive!) treatment option and provided a follow up plan. I really don't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Cohen is definitely no-nonsense, but he is extremely kind, patient, and generous with his time. I would agree that wait can be a bit long, but I really can't complain since the last time we were there, Dr. Cohen spent over an hour with us!

The office has the latest equipment and the staff in the back are very nice and gentle. Don't be in a hurry though. They are always running late. If you have plenty of time to spare, they are great.

With 4 children I have been to all different kinds of dentists over the years. This is the first time we have seen a pediatric dentist. I have been taking my children to Dr. Cohen for about 2 years now. What a difference a children's dentist makes! Dr. Cohen is awesome when it comes to taking care of what needs to be done. He is always on the conservative side & I never feel pressured to have procedures done that are overpriced & unnecessary. He is very friendly & interacts well with the kids. His staff is the best! I just wish I had started with him sooner.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Cohen for almost a year now. They are both less than 6 years old. They've had routine cleanings as well as fillings done by Dr. Cohen. His office staff are all great, the office is efficiently run and cleanly maintained. The thing that I like the most about Dr. Cohen is that he is very conservative with the use of sedative medications for kids.

He uses only nitrous oxide (laughing gas) plus local anesthetics (shots) in the office; anything else requiring heavier sedation he takes to Phoenix Children's Hospital. The only downside to that is that he doesn't have office hours on Friday since that is his hospital day. The current location is brand new. There are TVs in the ceiling with kid's movies playing the whole time and my kids love going to see him.
