Lowell Tooth DOCS

I needed a new dentist. I chose LTD from a list of dentists who advertised that their medical staff is fully vaccinated. I am 74 and have a weakened immune system from chemo, so this is important to me. My first visit went quite well. My only complaint is that the "Masks Required" sign on the door is not enforced. A gentleman not wearing a mask entered and sat near me and the reception staff said nothing.

Love going to see Lowell Tooth Docs. Everyone is great at what they do. They take care of every little detail. I always feel I am in great hands going there. Dr. Ramos is wonderful and does an amazing job. I hated going to the dentist and that is definitely not the case here. Keri the woman who cleans my teeth always does a fantastic job. You cannot go wrong with Lowell Tooth Docs.

Great team, friendly, professional and attentive to individual needs. Unfortunately my Delta Dental Insurance no longer covers all my routine visits here for some reason and It's been a big game of finger pointing between the insurance company and Lowell Tooth Docs with no clear answers as to why, so I'll be taking our family elsewhere so we don't have to pay out of pocket. I had no trouble finding other offices that take this insurance in full so not sure what the issue is here.

Lowell Tooth Docs provide a combination of excellent and skilled care along with a friendly environment and very competent office staff. I see Dr. Ratte. As person with a complicated dental history it had been hard to find someone to handle my case properly, and she does. Also, no pain and no guilt!

Always enjoy coming to Lowell Tooth docs for my dental care. Dr Ramos makes me feel at ease during my visits and she is very thorough and detailed with explanations of plan for any additional services needed. Everyone in the office is friendly, kind and supportive and they all seem to enjoy their jobs and where they work. I would recommend Lowell Tooth Docs to any friends in need of quality dental care!

I am very happy with my experience at Lowell Tooth Docs, they are very professional and compassionate. I came here after skipping the dentist for many years, so as you can imagine, my treatment plan was fairly extensive. The great thing is Dr. Ratte and my hygienist- keri-botto-boucher devised a plan. They tackled the most pressing things first and worked with my insurance.

It took a couple of years but it was such a great feeling when we tackled everything on the list and now when I go in for a routine cleaning everything is looking great and I have no issues and great oral health. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are friendly, non-judgmental, and take pride in their work! Keri is a great hygienist and shares tips every visit. Great experience. My dentist of 25 years recently retired and his practice was bought out by a dental chain. I gave them a chance but doctors and staff rotated out at a crazy pace. I was looking for a dental practice that had some stability and a good reputation and found it here. Very friendly, professional and thorough. Pricing is reasonable and clearly explained in advance of procedures. I'm a satisfied customer and highly recommend Tooth Docs.

I saw all those great reviews and divided to change my dentist. I got rescheduled 3 times. Very disappointed experience.

Best dentists in the area. I've had other dentists in the past and I would not trust my dental health to any other. Lowell Tooth Doc's staff is also top notch. They take the time to explain any billing issues you may have and also act as an advocate for you to your insurance company. Ultimately, your insurance company makes the final decision but its nice to have Lowell Tooth Doc's on your side.

I absolutely LOVE Lowell Tooth Docs! Nancy, my hygienists is the BEST! She is gentle and always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Can't say enough about Dr Ramos too! Always explains my options and keeps me at ease. If you had bad dental experiences in the past, like I did? You NEED to go here! I never though I would say this. BUT I look forward to going to the dentist now :- Oh and the office staff is super nice and friendly.

It took me a lifetime to find a great dental team! Myself and my entire family love this place!

In a word, amazing! Dr. Ramos & Dr. Ratte are awesome, along with a great "friendly" staff. So, unfortunately, due to an insurance change the wife and I had to leave Tooth Docs for a while. However, more life changes and we are able to return. I have had a toothache since late February trying to see a dentist. Tooth Docs took me back with open arms and treated me like I was the only patient they had (of course that is not true, but you know what I mean) They are friendly, professional, they listen, very sociable, and most important, they care! If you want a great dentist go see Lowell Tooth Docs!

This office is top notch from front staff to providers! Very informative and caring. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new office.

I love all the staff and doctors at lowell tooth doc! They were amazing with my 3 year old who had very high anixity about going to the dentist, as well as my 6 year old, who gets excited about his appointments there! They are not only fantastic with children, but adults (such as myself) when they are babies about dental work! I would defiantly recommend!

This is actually a SIX star rating. Tracy is not only my hygienist, she is my friend. I am a VERY difficult patient, but despite knowing I'm a pain, Tracy takes care of me offering her tremendous skills, compassion, and care. She is amazing at what she does, and under her treatments, I have had the easiest and best dental visit I can remember in years and owe it to the team at LTD.

The staff always go out of their way to make sure each dental visit is comfortable, efficient, and excellent. I'm not sure anyone ever looked forward to their dental appointment before but my family does - it's like visiting with friends more than anything else. They genuinely care about not just your dental health but your overall health and who you are as a person.

The amount of detail that goes into each visit is spectacular it's an experience unlike any other. I've had a lot of dental work in my time but this is by far the highest quality of care I have ever received in the most state of the art and cleanly environment. Once you've gone send everyone you know they'll thank you for it!

I used to hate going to the dentist - until I started coming to Lowell Tooth Docs. Originally, I switched to them because my former employer was on the 1st floor of the same building, but I've long since cut ties with that employer and still drive almost an hour, happily, to stick with Dr. Ramos and her team. Their office is clean, comfortable and modern, their equipment all looks state-of-the-art and they're actually nice!

My previous dentist seemed to find something to complain about in every visit; Dr. Ramos provides positive reinforcement in every visit. Thanks to her team, my teeth and gums are in fantastic health. It took years but I finally convinced my wife to convert and now she, too, is a big fan. I highly recommend them.

Lowell Tooth Docs is outstanding. It's the best dental office I've ever used. Dr. Ramos is a terrific dentist and has my highest recommendation. The office is spotless, and the staff is both professional and friendly.

I was told good things about Dr. Ramos and her cosmetic dentistry so I went through the hassle of changing my dentist. Now I have nothing bad to say about Dr. ramose. Everything I've heard about her has been wonderful. But the office is horrendous! First I called and said that someone had recommended I see Dr. Ramos and I wanted to see her for an irrigation of my gums, cosmetic bonding consult, and a cleaning.

The girl on the phone was very friendly and said no problem and scheduled me in for an appointment. When I got there I was told that Dr. Ramos was very far behind and probably would not be able to see me that day, but that the only thing they had time for anyway was for the gum irrigation, so I saw the other dentist. The other dentist was very nice and did a good job, but the technician working was clueless!

She was a front desk girl so I can't even confirm if she was a technician but the dentist had to give her so much instruction and she sprayed water ALL over me and my face! Then I scheduled another appt for a cleaning, so I cancelled with my previous dentist and they called me a day later at Tooth Docs to tell me they made an error I and didn't have Dr. Ramos in that day.

So they put me on a waiting list time that I was available and they called me to say that they had one that I could take. So I took that appointment and within the week they called me again to tell me that Dr. Ramos would be on vacation. They slightly tried to be accommodating by telling me that they had an appointment available three hours from when they were calling me.

Unfortunately I could not accommodate that late notice and I already had an appointment booked at that time on that day. I expressed my frustration about the three cancellations at this point and the person on the phone gave me a very rude tone and said that I had not been very flexible even though I gave them four hours a day to work with and that wasn't even the issue.

Not to mention, they are not open every day of the week. I explained that the issue was that they booked three appointments for me that they could not keep. I ended up going back to my dentist I have been going to all along. It's unfortunate that I heard such great things about a dentist that I never was even able to see because the staff at the office are so unorganized and also not so kind.

If you don't like going to the dentist, then you're going to the wrong dentist. I used to dread going to the dentist and be a very skittish patient. I swear that I now look forward to it. Crazy? Maybe. Lowell Tooth Docs is the right dentist. Dr. Ramos has not only built a state-of-the-art, modern practice with the latest technology, but she has assembled and retained a well-trained and caring staff.

They are happy in their work. Many of them have been with the practice since the very beginning. They spend a good amount of time on the cleaning/exams. They don't rush through those as some places do. This prevents dental problems or catches them early. I have been going to them since they opened and can't imagine going anyplace else. On a scale of one to five, they are a seven.

Lowell Tooth Docs are the best around. I had not been to the dentist in years when I happened to land a job in the building they are in. I got to know the people that worked there and made my way to the dentist chair. They are without a doubt the dentist to go to. They listen, they care, they take the time to get to know you and your concerns. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Doctor Ramos is the only dentist I will see, and that's saying something now that I live closer to Western MA than Lowell. Check out this office, it is worth the trip!

I had less than one month to have dental work done before my daughter's wedding. Dr. Ratte and her staff were so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I would be ready to smile at the wedding. Thank you for everything!

Well, I'm no fan of dental work, however I have found that Lowell Tooth Docs has transformed that typically horrifying experience into a most pleasurable one. Many Dentists these days don't give you the personal attention you deserve, often use scare tactics, and convince you to take out a small car loan to pay for things you may not necessarily need. Luckily, LTD explains in detail what you need, what you MAY need, and next steps to take; all with a "smile" [HA! dental puns] Lowell Tooth Docs has convenient hours [open till 7PM on Mon/Tues], a very welcoming office environment [immaculately clean and bright] with a super friendly [albeit sarcastic] staff : While they aren't a 'one-stop shop' for all your dental needs [no major oral surgery, orthodontic work], they focus on what they do well, and excel at it. I avoided the dentist for years, but now wish I needed more work so I have an excuse to go back. Well.maybe.
