Scheduling and Accounts Coordinator: Melissa is dedicated to helping patients with every step of their visits from making patients feel welcome and comfortable, scheduling their appointments, to processing their insurance claims. She attended Northeastern University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

We'll go the extra mile to ensure that our patients get the best results possible and that they are informed and educated about their care along the way.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. In many cases, we will take photos of your face and teeth and a digital x-ray (unless it is deemed unnecessary at this time), so that we can more easily review the findings with you. This important visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs.
