Smile Centers

I went for minor fix and the doctor did great. No complaints. However, the front desk lady questioned me such an attitude when I didn't fill their so called user friendly online form ( I tried to fill it in twice and it's so outdated. That form user interface reminds me of early 2000s forms ) And they were supposed to charge 10$ as per my copay but charged 15$. It's a small amount but couldn't understand why!

Had my first appointment for a well overdue post-pandemic cleaning as well as check up. Met 4 different staff- receptionist, dentist, hygienist, and tech. Warm welcome from the moment you show up through the moment you leave. Very quick, friendly, & efficient. Scheduling for new patient appt and even follow up that's coming up in a couple days is very easy. Completed new patient documents online as requested the day before my first appt which made check-in very simple on me and the receptionist.

She asked for my name after warmly greeting me and had me take a seat immediately. Got brought to the back within less than 5-10 mins. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Usually i dread going to the dentist in every possible and yet this place felt very relaxed and well structured. They get the job done and could even feel their dedication to doing their absolute best and more where they're able. Quick and to the point yet not at all in the sense where you feel rushed. Very refreshing experience.

Very friendly staff and accommodating in scheduling appointments at Smile Centre, Troy. Beautiful and comfortable office premises. Whole family been going here for about 3-4 years now. And will be going there as long as possible. Dr. Sirisha has been very patient with our kids.

I and my family members have been visiting Smile Centers regularly for the past 16 years. Wonderful facility. Excellent equipment. Very neat and top of all very friendly staff. Dr. Srireesha is so caring and highly professional. I strongly recommend Smile Centers for all your dental needs. It's a wonderful place for your family to have your regular dental cleaning and checkups.

Doctor was nice and he did a good job with root canal treatment. However the receptionist I encountered was horrible. I had an appointment and they gave me a reminder call 2 days before and said my appointment was confirmed at 11.00 AM and when I visited the spot there was an unprofessional receptionist who said my appointment was at 12.00. She didnt even ask an apology for the confusion they had created and rudely she asked me to wait. When I respect their time it's their responsibility to respect my time as well. Mistakes do happen and this lady didnt even had the courtesy to apologize.

The clinic is neat and clean. The name is smile center however I do not see smile on anyone's face even by mistake. They just want to charge you for a treatment and many a times do not even have any time for discussion. Doctor is mostly not available for any discussion.

The inside of the office is actually really, really, nice and welcoming, much better than other dentists' offices I've been to, good selection of magazines and coffee available in the waiting room. The staff are nice and welcoming, they are very flexible with appointment timings, usually able to get mine before work or during weekends (even Sundays), and I'm usually in and out pretty quick without feeling rushed. Will continue going here.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We have been to many dentists before and we haven't met anyone so nice and charming dentists like here at Smile Centers PC. They will make you feel comfortable and relaxed, and staff are friendly and approachable too. We're so glad! Smile Centers PC, highly recommended to my family and friends!

Smile Centers is awesome! The people that work there are very professional, organized, and have great customer service. I have been getting my dental work done here along with my whole family. Annual clean ups are what I go for and I also got recommended to a place for my son's Invisalign. Very clean interior, lovely receptionists and amazing dentists, and dental assistants. The interior was recently changed so the entrance waiting area is really lovely. Great place for your smile!
