Dr. Fredric Lyndon Bonine

My son had his wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Bonine in the summer and we were very pleased with the out come, he explained everything very well that even my 20 year old understood what was going on and had no further questions even after the procedure, they gave great handouts, the office is stunning and very calming, the before, after and during care was exceptional and I loved knowing that if there was an issue after the procedure that I could call and get Dr. Bonine himself and not just an on call number, Everything went exactly as planned, the office has a seamless very organized system from beginning to end, you know leaving your consult what your expected costs are so that you can prepare, no suprise billing or charges, I would HIGHLY recommend this practice, from the ease of making an appointment, to the welcoming office setting, to the highly organized staff to Dr. Bonine and his amazing reputation as an oral surgeon. Very happy with our entire experience.

As a fellow colleague of mine for nearly 40 years, I can say that Dr Fred Bonine is one of the most highly skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons to whom I have had the pleasure referring my patients. Of special importance to me, is the fact that Dr Bonine possesses the skills and courage to treat difficult cases which could possibly intimidate some practitioners. It continues to be my pleasure Dr Fred. Great Job!

Long wait time (over an hour) with no consideration to acknowledge the inconvenience. Unethical in questioning your primary care doctors prescriptions. Also, questioned the professional work of my dentist who is highly skilled. Did not feel safe or comfortable in this office with a Dr who embellishes the facts. Asked a question about cosmetic surgery to my face which had no bearing on my reason for being there for wisdom tooth removal- a condescending move in front of staff and interns.

As a professional myself, with insurance, and cash needed to pay for my procedure, I was taken aback by this mans unprofessional demeanor. Read the reviews as he will directly use his "arm to usher" you out of his office if you stsnd up for your rights. Please look elsewhere for an empathetic, caring, and respected Oral Surgeon. Many more with high integrity to chose from.

After the patient had waited an hour and a half to see the doctor, he proceeded to belittle the patient in front of his staff. This doctor lacks professionalism and has no people skills. If you are not happy with his rhetoric the doctor will use his arm to usher you to the door. Read the negative reviews experienced by other patients. This instance is not isolated. The patient wishes they had read these reviews beforehand and does not want anyone else to be subjected to this same treatment.

So grateful for Dr Bonine and his staff i felt like I was in great hands. They were very patient with me and handled what a hot mess i was. it was Friday and late in the afternoon, I had come in for emergency extraction. Super clean facility-tucked away in a wooded, beautiful wildlife surrounding. My designated driver was even given a gift by them! I would most definitely recommend to my family, friends, and clients! Thank you Dr Bonine and his staff. Hope to come back one day for my 2 implants

Was very dissappointed with my consult for my wisdom teeth extraction. He was very degrading and accusatory. First off I was there for a consult for my wisdom teeth. The first 20 minutes of my consult he lectured me about taking Xanax 3-4 x a week for anxiety. (I'm sorry but that's not what I went to him for). I pretty much felt like he was accusing me of either a) being an addict or b) selling it.

He told me I had my prescription filled 4x in one day. (Not true) When I denied it he did not believe me. When his assistant looked at the paper she realized he was looking at 4 refills for the med. Not the med being filled 4 x in 1 day. All he had to say was oh, I was looking in the wrong column. Never even apologized. I went home that day and was so upset that I cried.

I would never allow somebody that makes me feel this way do surgery on my teeth. It's really too bad because his office staff and the assistants were exceptional. I would not recommend anyone I know to go to him. I will follow up with someone who is more caring and compassionate and has a good chair side manner. Can't believe I have to pay $100 for the consult and $175 for my x-rays for someone who treated me so disrespectfully. Sincerely, S. Wow! I am so impressed with Dr. Bonine and staff. Just this week I received the unpleasant news that I had a tooth that had broken in half. I was in pain, so they fit me in the next day. I had oral surgery as my tooth was extracted & the socket filled with cadaver bone to begin the seven month grafting period. There was also a suspicious lump on my tongue that was removed for biopsy.

I noticed it a year ago & forgot about it. People, this Covid thing has us all going nuts, so take care of yourself. Especially now. Dr. Bonine has on average seven emergencies a day. So if they fit you in to take care of your emergency, relax & enjoy the beautiful building & landscaping. There is also a lovely outdoor area, if you prefer to wait outside.

Sorry to be this wordy, but I wanted to make a special attempt to thank the doc and his staff for make what potentially could have been a horrible day into a very pleasant day. BTW - Fear of needles here, there was no pain. Beautiful office overlooking a lovely pond with tons of birds. Great music & especially great people. Mostly the doc is VERY thorough & professional and has a fabulous bedside manner. Snappy outfit & all:)))

I must start by saying I would not recommend this business for wisdom teeth removal. Bonine was less than accomodating. Personally, I experienced a dry socket which is not uncommon. I called the receptionists on my break at work and they said Bonine required me to come in immediately. I then had to leave the staff short handed for the remainder of the day as I was worried this was now an emergency.

He then applied clove oil bandages and proceeded to use a sharp tool to stick it INTO my gums which made me wince as I was not expecting it. I thought okay maybe this is standard procedure, however the next few times I had to go in for a bandage change was done by a tech or someone other than Bonine and I never had that experience again of something sharp going into my gums.

After my first appointment, Bonine told me he was on call on weekends in case my dressing got dislodged and I needed a change. The next morning on Saturday I was at work and I could tell the dressing came out and I was feeling the immense pain again. I did not want to call Bonine because I know how it feels to be on call, no one enjoys it. However, my mom found out I was hurting so she called Bonine asking if I could get a bandage change. Bonine then proceeded to berate my mother as she lay in a hospital bed after a major procedure.

How dare she call a doctor who put HIMSELF on call? He had to expect patients during the weekend when he treated this as an emergency the few days before so this reaction was utterly ridiculous. Not only was this my experience with him, but my brother had his wisdom teeth taken out the week before and he proceeded to talk to my mother about politics in the middle of the election. What a way to win over your patients than to talk about the most heated topic of that time right?

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed and had been putting it off for 3 years. Needless to say we couldn't have asked for a better Dentist and staff! Very calming, informative, kind and understanding! My daughter did amazing because of their process and wasn't nearly as afraid as she had been before. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained and all questions were answered in detail. Thank you Dr. Bonine and Staff I couldn't have put my daughter in better hands

I don't care what any other review says. Dr. Bonine and his staff are the best! I went in to have all my upper teeth and 3 bottom teeth pulled. I put this off for a long time, fearing that it would be super painful. He told me I would never be worse then sore (after the surgery)and he did not lie. I was amazed at how well he did. During my recovery my pain never went over a 3 or 4 out of 10! Great job Dr. Bonine. I would recommend anyone to go to this doctor! I also think he was very kind, comforting, and informative. 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Bonine's has been one of the greatest healthcare experiences I have ever had. I was in need of having my wisdom teeth removed and contemplated multiple oral surgeons until I was recommended to see Dr. Bonine. The process was seamless. Very easily understandable pre-op instructions, a painless procedure, and a very comfortable recovery. He made an effort to include and educate me throughout the whole process, which I really appreciate.

He offered great post-op care and was always a phone call away. The office also called me the next day after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I recommend Dr. Bonine for any oral surgery needs and will definitely return for any procedure in the future. He was very respectable, educational, and kind. Thank you Dr. B!

I visited Dr. Bonine for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Couldn't have gone better! First of all, his office is very nice and you can look out into nature as you sit in the dental chair. He calmed my nerves before the procedure and told me exactly what to expect before and after the extraction. The procedure was extremely quick and no pain was felt during the process.

I felt like I was out of the office in 10 minutes. The first day, I was only a little bit swollen. The next few days my swelling had gone down so much no one even noticed I had gotten my wisdom teeth extracted. I went to my mother's birthday dinner the day after! I didn't even need narcotics for the pain. Thank you so much Dr. Bonine!
