The staff are kind, friendly, careful and everything you would want when you are "ugh" going to the dentist. I have a mouthful of metal even though my parents were diligent about taking me to the dentist and I do everything I can to keep the decay away. So I appreciate their careful and kind service and wouldn't go anywhere else. Much thanks to these kind dentists and their staff.

Emily is a great Hygientist, she is very friendly and knowledgeable of the Dental field. Dr. Todd found a small cavity that he was able to fill for me the same day as my cleaning. He is fast and efficient and Shannon his Assistant is wonderful. I can't compliment all the helpful staff here enough. I'll never go to another dentist office again!

I have been going to Charlick, Springstead & Wilson for 20 plus years. It's always a very pleasant experience. Every dentist and hygienist I've seen has been exceptional. They take the time to listen to any concerns and answer all questions. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Christina Scanlon and staff are by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I've been going here for 10+ years now and they have always been amazing. I've had everything from dental caps to implants to regular cleanings done here with nothing but the best experience and results. Charlick, Springstead & Wilson Dental offices are very clean from the parking lot, waiting room, to the chair. All of Employees are courtesy and professional. At my cleaning this morning Karen took extra care to explain a number of things that I was not aware of and Dr. A when examining my teeth took the time to describe an issue and offered a proactive approach to resolving the issue before it could become a really big expensive problem. I have been a patient for a long time and would certainly recommend them for anyone needing dental work

I was always so anxious to get my teeth cleaned as it used to be so painful. I saw Stephanie, and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had! Her room was exceptionally clean as was she, which I appreciate with covid on the rise. She was very gentle and thorough. Stephanie was even able to get some stains out of my front teeth when others have not. I felt very relaxed, well taken care of and safe. I highly recommend Stephanie!

I had my first of four deep plaque removal from my teeth. I was offered anesthesia for the procedure. I laid back, listened to a book on tape for the next hour while the technician deep cleaned one quarter of my teeth. She cleaned with care for my comfort. I was very pleased with her work. She suggested it use a waterpik with Listerine to help clean and help adhere my gum back to my teeth. I'm anticipating my second procedure with much less anxiety.

Complete ripoff! Was treated terrible, all they do is come up with exams and xrays to do that aren't necessary so they can charge you as much as possible. WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN! I get it you can at least be nice if you're going to steal money from customers. Very abrasive and try to make the appointment as miserable as possible charging you the absolute most amount of money possible, THATS ALL THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT

My family and I have been going to CSW for 6 years now with multiple referrals given as well. Generally have had good experiences with the staff but the last two visits have been frustrating with regards to prompt service. Today I arrived at 1:38 for a 1:40 appointment and was made to wait for over 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. My time is valuable to me (taking time off work for this appointment). I will hope for an explanation or will find a dentist who can commit to a more prompt service.

The doctors seem knowledgeable and the office is clean but 2 awful experiences with their billing department will assure that we never go back. Their services are priced significantly higher than other offices in the area and trying to get information about the cost up front is impossible. If you have limited or no insurance beware.

I love CSW dental. I switched my dentist a couple years ago so that I wouldn't have to go so far and I'm glad I chose Charlick, Sprinstead, and Wilson. I think I've seen every dentist since I've been going here - both Charlick's, Springstead, Wilson, and there's another one too I believe! The staff is wonderful, the office is welcoming and clean, and they do great work. I hope I don't have to switch again due to location - ever if possible!
