Dan Zotolli was very helpful and went out of his way to provide me with the best information to help me make my decision. He always checked up to make sure that I understood the insurance process and policy I was getting. He would answer quickly whenever I had a question and would set up a phone meeting to make sure that my questions were answered in full. I appreciate everything he did for me and a glad to be working with him.

At first glance, this place looked like a dream to me. One place that makes sure the USA gets the best medicine and food available. I walked in, and that's when reality set in. We initially came to talk to a professional about my grandmas medicine for her Alzheimer's, but due to it not being a "priority", we were pushed off for nearly 9 months.

I really want to know if anyone else has had this happen to them too? While we were waiting we got to see some of the real work that is done in this place, and I really wish I didn't have to do that. The negotiating skills of the workers there were those of a child, they would just accept the first price by big pharmaceutical companies for medication.

I also found out that the foods regulated by the FDA aren't in fact the best out there, just the ones they can make the most amount of money on. What really forced me to write this review was how me and my grandma were treated once we were able to speak to a representative. Not only did he not respect us because we didn't have all the money in the world for him, AFTER 9 MONTHS, we were told that they still didn't have any new medication for us and that they would be calling us in the future.

I have never been more disgusted with a place and I hope there are more reviews like this to show how corrupt this place really is. If I could give negative stars, I would gladly do that.

My professional insurance needs are taken care of beautifully by FDA Services through The Doctors Company. Premiums are reasonable and the FDA staff works with me to tailor it to my specific needs. I especially commend Carrie Millar for her efficient service.
