Outstanding from start to finish! I called and they were able to get my Daughter in the next day for tooth pain. I had called several practices because Blue Sky dropped our insurance and I am so thankful! Blue Sky had a super aggressive treatment plan and would have cost me a ton of money. Turns out the pain wasn't coming from their overinflated response to a few very very small cavities.
Her pain was coming from impacted wisdom teeth that Blue Sky didn't mention AT ALL. The technology is outstanding and the office is beautiful and clean. Every staff member was fantastic and our tech was very professional and pleasant. Way to go Elite Smiles you have made my day!

The best dentistry ever! Dr. Sun is my son's normal dentist but we have also seen Dr. Hoppy. Both provide excellent, friendly, compassionate care. Dr. Sun has helped my son (4 years old) overcome so many fears after a horrific dental experience at another office. She treats my kid like her own. He's never stressed or made uncomfortable. Ms. T and Amelia are on a first name basis with my kid and always make him happy. Office are excellent! Office is very clean and updated. I won't take my son anywhere else. I gladly drive from Middleburg.

Being new to the area our hunt for a good pediatric dentist was challenging. With the influx of new families most are not taking new patients and or service was iffy. We got lucky when we found Dr. Sun at Elite Smiles. Great facility with a complete section dedicated to kids. Tons of flexibility with scheduling and The kids love Dr. Sun. Not one tear ever. Always giggles and laughs which when going to the dentist is rare. Highly recommended.

This place is AMAZING and we are blessed to have Dr Sun as ours three kids' dentist! She's very passionate about her job and takes great care of my kids. She always goes the extra mile to work with their problems. When they are tense or scared, Dr Sun is super understanding and encouraging. My kids enjoy going there for cleaning, cartoon shows and free toys at the end! Can't recommend more about this place!

I am extremely pleased to have selected Elite Smiles to satisfy all my child's dental needs. The facility is well taken care of and I always feel I'm in a Spa facility as it has this tranquil vibe to it. The staff is most amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. My son loves to go to the dentist and that's because Dr. Sun is so genuinely awesome. It is evident she loves her job and working with kids.

The staff at Elite Smiles are truly the best I've ever encountered. I have a special needs son, who is very difficult to deal with at dental appointments. Elite Smiles Kids is fantastic! Dr. Sun was so patient and understanding with my daughter. You can tell that Dr. Sun genuinely enjoys her job, and cares for her patients. My daughter was a bit scared of the procedure she had to have done and Dr. Sun made sure that she felt comfortable, safe and heard. Dr. Sun did not make us feel like we were taking too much of her time and made an uncomfortable experience for my daughter a very pleasant one. I highly recommend Elite Smiles Kids for all pediatric dental needs!

So I have to say this and not just because my mom works here and loves it! But because this was one of the best cleanings I've ever had xrays went smooth (even though I have a terrible gag reflex), Shannon was so sweet and took her time. This was my second cleaning and examination appointment. So far, I feel very comfortable with Elite Smiles. I had a couple of huccups with dentists in the St. Augustine area (we relocated a couple of years ago from Indiana), where I had a great rapport with my dentist for some twenty plus years; hopefully ES will be my dentist here in Florida for many years to come.

Beautiful office, clean and well staffed with polite friendly people. I had Jana as a hygienist and was treated with care. She was excellent at explaining everything and made me feel extremely comfortable. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, but I am glad I chose Elite! I look forward to getting my smile back! If you have children, this is the BEST place to take them! The place is SO kid friendly, tons of toys, and every employee has a huge heart for kids! My son was extremely nervous and everyone took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. The assistant and dentist took the time to understand my concerns and reassure me. They offer toys to kids after the exam and the assistant even played with my son while I checked out so that I could do so without having to hold him and the diaper bag. I was EXTREMELY impressed in every way!

The staff and Doctors are incredibly kind! Each time I have been to the office I had little to no wait and effortless treatments. The hygienists are so energetic and positive! Other than the pain of dental work, it's like a spa treatment! They must have the same trainers as Disney & Chic-Fil- A! Highly recommend Elite Smiles.

Joanna was my hygienist. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I'm currently in braces and she was able to get around them and suggest products that may help while in ortho treatment. Future treatment was suggested but not pushed and prices were reasonable. Thankful I found a new family dentist. My girls will be going in December for their cleaning. And I am confident they will feel at ease.

This facility is amazing! Beautifully decorated and felt brand new when you walked in! They have everything. a pediatric area with toys and vending machines that they get tokens for! And they even have separate wings for the pediatric patients. From reception to the dentist herself. staff were so friendly and treated my 2 year old with such care!
