St Augustine Family Dentistry

Let's start off by saying I do not like dentists. I have been going to the same dentist in NJ for 20 years. I have been flying back to NJ for the last 4 years since I moved to Florida. But there comes a time when I have to face facts. I can't maintain that. So I found St. Augustine Family Dentistry. Let me say I was very happy. Dentist was awesome. Hygienist was awesome.

They didn't try to rip me off by selling services I didn't need. They were honest and very concerned with my well being. Coming from someone who really does not feel comfortable around dentists I can't recommend this one enough. I am sending my whole family there. Big thank you for being understanding and patient with me.

Dr. Orbs do and his entire staff are kind caring and professional. At all times they kept me well informed of what was going on with my treatment, provided excellent treatment. I highly recommend

I was quoted for a crown. After I had my root canal my appointment for the crown was rescheduled 5 times. Then when I finally had my appointment, they took X-rays, did local anesthesia, took impressions of the tooth to make the crown and removed the cement from the root canal. Then at this time the dentist said that he disagreed with the previous treatment plan.

He now felt the tooth was too weak and needed a post. All this equaled more $$. It was super shady to decide this after already doing local anesthesia, removing the cement and so on. I would not recommend this place and it feels like they are just out to see how much money they can get out of you. I had the dentist replace the cement and I will be finding a new dentist.

1st appointment- new patient: greeted by courteous, friendly & polite office staff. On time start to finish, teeth cleaning w/ Katie the hygienist very thorough & the dentist examined all teeth & made notes for tracking over next 6 months.

The office staff are very professional and friendly, and are on top of things. The dentist is fantastic, he tells you what is going on, never felt pain, and I have to say he is a true craftsman, I will be coming back.

I had an emergency situation, everyone was so helpful and professional. I was very satisfied, they were even able to help me the same day. The staff and Doctors were kind gentle and painless. I will return.

Everything about the Saint Augustine Family Dentistry office here in Saint Augustine his outstanding. Today I got my teeth cleaned and as every other experienced here it was great. The staff is very attentive very hospitable very proficient. Casey is great her communication her cleaning skills and a great personality makes it a very relaxing experience.

I have been going to this dentist for at least 10 years. They are the best. Friendly staff and clean office. Pam is my favorite hygienist! Highly recommended. I was referred this office through a friend who also raved about them. I am not disappointed.

My appointment was at 9:00 am and I did not wait one minute before being taken back to the examination room. The dental hygienist was personable, professional, and pain free! She did an outstanding job. The front desk receptionists were friendly and quite accommodating. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Pam is a fabulous dental hygienist. My family has been going to her for our dental care for many years. She is thorough, honest and very professional. Pleasing personality that puts my family at ease. The front desk and office personal very welcoming. Nice, clean, spacious office with plenty of parking.

I can't tell you how happy myself and wife are. We are so happy to be part of St Aug family Dentistry. Everything was perfect for our first visit. Everyone is so passionate and nice.

How I look forward to my visits at St. Augustine Family Dentistry. Always greeted warmly by the friendly and knowledgeable office staff, they make check in very easy and efficient. Having my teeth cleaned by highly skilled Casey is amazing. Casey does such a thorough job, and cheerfully answers all my questions. My exam by Dr. Abondo was top notch, and he recommended I start on a treatment plan so I could continue to have bright teeth and healthy gums.

My next visit 2 weeks later, was for a replacement crown, and assistant Codi made the process comfortable and efficient, as she skillfully assisted this procedure. I give St. Augustine Family Dentistry 5 out of 5 stars!

Literally the best dental experience you will EVER have. Kind, caring, professional. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for them and how they made me feel. Such a positive experience. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much.

From the receptionist to the Dr. and the ladies in between, professional and personable. Excellent explanations from each person as to every procedure. I haven't been to a Dental Office, in my entire life, that was as good as this team of folks. I would highly recommended St. Augustine Dentistry.

Very good office. Everyone is so nice and caring. They work with you price wise. The dentist's are new to the office, and very good. They explain what you may need, but understand if you cannot afford the procedure. Diane who handles the insurance, paperwork is outstanding. So sweet. The office is very clean as well.

St Augustine Family Dentistry is an extremely professional, efficient, accommodating & pleasant dental practice! Since moving to Florida almost 3 years ago, my husband & I have only gone to this dental office, and we each schedule appointments every 4 months. Our hygienists are warm & friendly, but more importantly, they are highly skilled & truly concerned about our dental health as well as our overall health & well being.

We have always felt comfortable & in good hands during our visits. I especially appreciate the time that Casey takes with me to answer my questions & make recommendations based on my needs. The women at the desk are always upbeat & do their best to provide a quick & easy intake & exit experience. I have had limited contact with the dentists at this point, but I have found them to be extremely competent & compassionate doctors each time I have met with them.
