Everyone was extremely nice. Starting from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. Will definitely be referring ppl to this office.

This Dental Office is one of a kind! The dentists at Untied Dental Care are very nice, honest, and patient. The staff are upbeat and friendly. The office is clean, and the added plus is there is not a long wait to be seen by the hygienist, assistant and dentist. The overall experience is great! Thank you, Tiffany

Customer service was AMAZING! I was helped by Maria Elena, Nathalie, and Jazmin. I hadn't gone to get dental work because of this whole covid thing, but they made sure to make me comfortable. The doctor that did work on me was Dr. B, he was amazing and even recommended me different options on what actions i can take. I would highly recommend coming to this dental office.

Very well organized. Everyone is super friendly. The doctor that attended me was very patient and kind as well as very informative as to how to help improve my oral health.

Great staff. So welcoming! Got my root canal done here and although I was scared since it was my first root canal, it was honestly painless. My doctor Chris was amazing and always made sure I was comfortable and pain free, his assistant was also great. The Front desk also made sure they got my meds before I was even done that way I'd just pick them up without waiting. Thank you all so much!

I highly recommend this place and give it a 5 star Do not look any farther this is the "Best" in the west dentistry ever. When I called they were so welcoming and as I arrived I felt so peaceful because of their caring and happy energy. From the Secretry at front desk to the assistant; Ivan Torres made me feel so comfortable and took my stress away by his charm and kindness.

And the doctor, Christofer Choi, most amazing dentist he had a great sense of humor and instead of feeling pain I was laughing. He is a smooth operator who knows his expertise and you would feel at ease with his work. Very professional and helpful. We need more dentistry like this. Very up-to-date facility with good customer service and the doctor was knowledgeable they also take Medi-Cal.

BEWARE: this is an insurance scam! Their website claims to take insurance that companies *DO NOT TAKE*. This office charged me over $1000 in procedures that a) were completely ineffective and b) were promised to be covered by insurance, only to be told later I needed to foot the bill. Do not be fooled by their fancy website!

The major problem was when my 7 year old daughter was getting dental work done was strapped down tied and they told my husband to wait in the waiting room because having a parent there makes it worse. My daughter was crying for them to stop she came out drenched in sweat from her head down her body also hyperventilating. That was the last straw. Besides over pricing and very pushy to get you to pay for services.

This was pre covid. Decided to finally leave a review should had done it when it happen but driving by this dental office still brings my daughter bad memories she calls it the bad place.

Great experience with United dental care today, everyone, the office staff and clinical staff are very professional, responsive, kind and overall amazing. Great management and ownership! My experience was A++ and I highly recommend them. An special thanks to Jacquline for doing an excellent job. She made me feel calm and I comfortable and with her exceptional expertise, I knew I'm in good hands.

It's been a long time since my initial review and my last visit. But I felt inclined to elaborate on the how much Invisalign was pushed on me. My female dentist told me that "more boys would like me, " if I got Invisalign. On my next visit, I told the male dentist seeing me that I was quite happy with my smile. He started to tell me a personal story about how he was also happy and it wasn't until he got it.

I stopped him there and told him I had heard his story already and I don't want this service. Idk why I'm coming back to update this now. It's been years and I still haven't gone back to any dentist since those visits because I'm worried I'll get another dentist that pushes a cosmetic procedure so hard on me. What stuck with me was the fact that I expressed being content with my smile, and they seemed bent on fostering discontentment in how I look. I've gotten compliments on my smile my whole life. it was upsetting.

They also tried to push a $2,000 treatment on me, did an irrigation procedure without really explaining (so I was surprised by my bill), and unnecessarily prescribed me a mouthwash that was about $30. I honestly felt myself even start questioning if the cavity they filled was even there at all. Anyways! They were all nice people and my procedures/cleaning went fine. I just have been holding a grudge about how they handled the sales pitching on me.

We had an ortho emergency and they were able to help out. Everyone was super kind and they helped us when no one else was welling. Thank you, Dr. E!

Dr. E was fantastic very calm and professional. He took his time to listen and address every concern I had. I will be coming back for years to come!

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a horrible experience when first trying United Dental Care. I was lied to and scammed to get money since my insurance is medical and they don't make much from it. They wasted my time and was treated horrible since I don't have good insurance. If you have medical do NOT go this place. Here is what happened. They took two hours to do my x-rays and wait around and continuously tried to make me watch a movie.

I didn't want to watch a movie I simply came in to get some cavities filled. After making me wait for so long they tried to tell me that my insurance didn't cover everything. They wanted me to pay for some of it out of pocket. Then they said my insurance would cover but we needed to send approval. Finally I got a letter saying that "my treatment was beyond their expertise". Cavities is beyond your expertise? WTF!

I immediately called my old dentist to see if my insurance covered my treatment and they said it did. I had to make an appointment with them instead and drive across town to where I used to live. United Dental Care was simply trying to scam me for more money. They should not be accepting MediCal patients since they do not treat them equal. I do not appreciate being lied to and my time wasted.

To the reply below: My insurance covered my treatment but you lied to me and told me it didn't so you can get more money by charging me full cost. You care more about money then your patients. Please don't pretend otherwise. I will be looking into legal actions.

I can't say i love the dentist, but so far this has been a great experience. The entire staff is super attentive and friendly. The doctors are super skilled and gentle. the office is super clean and well decorated. 10/10

I am very happy by great dental care I have received in united dental care clinic, From the front desk to dental assistants and doctors all of them are very nice and extremely professional and caring, They want to make sure that their patient is happy with the experience and care he or she is receiving in their clinic, Thank you to doctor Navid and jeje this was my best experience in a dental office and best dental cleaning that I have ever received

Dr. Navid at United Dental is the best dentist I've had since moving to the States. He always does the job quickly and efficiently (granted, I have good teeth and only come for cleaning). He is also always positive, courteous, and never tries to sell you things you don't need! I have met dentists who tried to insist that I have my wisdom teeth removed (although there is nothing wrong with them at all), or have some extra procedures performed. Dr. Navid never does that - he just does what needs to be done and does it very well. And then gives you gifts and a flower on top of that! The only dentist's office I've ever left with roses. Dr. Navid's assistant Gigi is also very sweet.

Dr. E and Ivan are absolute ARTISTS at what they do. I've been to the most expensive and well regarded dentists in both Los Angeles County and Santa Monica, and none of them even begin to compare to the skill, care, or treatment you get here. I even only signed up on Yelp originally (years ago) because of having been ripped off by a dentist who was supposed to be "the best" who turned out to be simply just expensive.

Unlike most places, you are not treated by a revolving staff of dentists who work for the namesake of the office, if you make an appointment with Dr. E they he will be the one to see you, and the one to treat you. NO PAIN. Of course that's a lot to promise at a dentists' office, but they have ways to avoid even the pain of the needle that numbs you.

I spent a fortune at the "Painless" dentist in Los Angeles County which ended up to be an absolute joke when I now look back on it, but here I had a procedure done and I'm going to say from start to finish, NO PAIN. Again, this dentist is exceptional at what he does, and he truly cares about you and his work. The staff and people who prep you are exceptional.

They are not there just logging hours at a 9-5 job, they are polite, helpful, and friendly. When you go in there, you cannot tell who is working by the hour, and who is part owner of the business. Everyone there cares and in a genuine way. Prices. I have been to dentist offices in both the most expensive parts of Los Angeles County and in Santa Monica, as well as the more quiet, inexpensive areas, and always pay out of pocket, in cash, with no credit cards, no insurance or other help, so I actually feel the bill each time.

The price per specific procedure is about the same as anywhere in the less expensive areas in my experience. If you're looking for a exceptional dentist office that stands out. Look no further for I recommend United Dental Care!

Excellent service and staff. They are very attentive. Waiting room is clean and neat. The doctors are kind and very caring about patient comfort level. I was greeted openly with handshakes and smiles by all in the office. It was a very nice change from being treated like a number at other offices. Thank you Dr. Navid for being so kind and thorough with all your explanations and questions. Thank you to all the receptionists as well for being so friendly. Highly recommend a visit!
